Regardless of the surroundings, Sara ran along the corridor. Wiping away the cold sweat that was pouring out from fear, his heart started to drift apart.

The fear was getting bigger plus his mind that was never headed for good. His feet that began to ache because he continued to run were not cared about anymore.

All Sara wanted was to get to the room where Peter was, make sure her Papa was okay. Sara was not willing if what she thought happened. Sara did not want to feel lost again, not willing until she wanted to destroy the world if it happened again.

From a distance, he saw Max sitting head-on in the waiting chair of the emergency room. His heart beat again when he saw the doctor and some nurses there were busy doing help to Peter.

The limp leg was ignored by Sara. With a tremble, he approached. Test your guts by making sure of the reality. Echoing the incessant prayer in his heart.

Her eyes were crying again looking at the room where Peter was. His loved ones were struggling in that room.

Sarah could only pray, putting everything to God. But he will blame God if his wish is not fulfilled. Selfish, but that's how he thinks.

Sara just doesn't want to be left behind. Alara had left him, and she did not want Peter to do the same. His past mistakes, Sara has not apologized to Peter.

"You need to be strong, honey. Nothing is eternal in the world, all will return to face the Creator. If God wills it, we can't fight destiny. Peter did a good thing, he took good care of you."

Max lifted him up and sat him in the chair. She wiped her tears and hugged Sara tightly. Sara just sobbed, not expecting if this should happen.

Like having a nightmare, Sara hits her head to make sure that it really is just a dream. He wants to wake up and Peter is fine.

"Don't hurt yourself, honey. You have to be strong, then Peter will wake up too."

Sara shook her head, unable to say anything as her sobbing made her chest tight. Again he felt a deeper pain. More than the pain that left Alara.

He wanted to catch up with his two loved ones, if Peter did not want to be with him on this earth. His cries were heartbreaking, making the blue bead stroke his back gently. Spreading the sense of security.

Sara said softly, "Is this karma because I became an unfilial child? Papa will leave me, Max ...."

"No," Max replied firmly. Screaming quickly and making sure his wife doesn't blame the past. "You can't change the past, but you can decide what you're going to do today and tomorrow. Believe me, something amazing is waiting for you. You want to change, do it, Peter loves you. And rest assured, God never disappoints His people."

Sara sobbed, immersing her face in Max's wide chest. Trying to forgive yourself is very difficult. Sara felt that Peter's suffering came from her, and that it was because he was Peter in this room right now.

Even in every breath that came out, he regretted. And every second of that he only hoped, muttering a prayer to God.

After feeling that the chest was tight now feel relieved, Sara took out the book she took from Peter's workroom earlier. His lips curled thinly seeing that it was tangled due to being stored in the pocket of his pants.

"I found this in Papa's study, Max."

Max accepts and is about to open before the doctor who was on duty exits. Sara who was very scared and anxious immediately confronted the doctor. "How's my Papa? Is he awake? Is she okay?"

The middle-aged man opened the mask that covered his mouth, sighing for a while before giving an answer.

"Sorry, are you the patient's son?"

Sara nodded. "Yes, that's me. What happened to Papa?"

"You can see it straight away, madam. Sorry once again, we've tried but fate says something else. He's gone."

Like being struck by lightning, Sara felt her entire body paralyzed. He was helpless to get such news. Peter leaves her, goes to meet Alara in a happier realm.

With a remnant of his strength, he clasped the collar of the doctor's shirt in front of him. Pull it hard until the power resting there is lost and makes it droop.

"You ... ber .. lied to me .... Say it's just prank ...," Sara stammered.

His limbs were lunglai, unable to withstand the weight of his body that was about to rise. Until her consciousness is taken over, Sara gets no answer that makes her wake up.

Max presses his throbbing temple, feeling how depressed his wife gets the gripping news.

With thinning lips, she glanced at the man who looked restrainingly annoyed towards her. "You could've killed my wife, Peter. Look at you, you still can't show him your affection."

Peter who did not move from his bed snorted. Looking the other way, anywhere in origin did not meet Max's gaze.

Max smiled thinly. Feeling relieved that Peter has returned to being a hard man. The middle-aged man who could lie to his own son until Sara fainted and was unconscious for two hours.

"Yes, you should rest enough for a while. I have a villa in Palma, you can relax there."

Peter snorted in protest at his place. "Huh, you want me to thank you? Don't be naive, my daughter must be brought back after I'm healed. Your villa, I don't want to."

Max chuckled softly. He looked at Sara who was still lying soundly, tightly grasping the wiggly fingers. "Maybe I have to let you down about Sara, she can't take you back. And even if you want to pay off your debt with all your property you own, it still can't be paid off. Because you owe me back."

Seeing Peter's astonished reaction on his bed, Max smirked faintly. "What do you mean, damn it? What else did you do to me?"

"Not much, just left Thompson paralyzed and unable to move from his bed."

Peter's startled reaction made Max chuckle loudly. He patted the bed next to Sara's bed. "Come on, you don't have to thank me. Your rivals are helpless, you can take a vacation for a while."

Peter looked at Max sharply. Those red eyes returned to their original state, sharp and intimidating. "So, my pretenses mean nothing? And Sara fainted you were in it too, Max?! You shameless bastard, you're really cunning!"

Max only chuckles at the swearing Peter often utters. The two are hostile but maintain good cooperation. Those blue and red eyes gave off a gripping aura, until they were unaware of the pair of brown eyes opening and heard the debate of the two.

Sara was shocked and immediately got up from her place. He looked up and saw Peter lying on the bed next to him. "Papa?!"

Peter and Max were shocked at Sara's screams. Both of them were staring at the horror at the woman who was screaming and shedding tears. Sara wept and got out of bed and hugged Peter's neck tightly.

He was relieved, happy and a feeling that could not be expressed in words. Happy tears just drip. Sara did not let go of her embrace even though the one she was hugging was trying to escape from asphyxiation.

"Thank you, God. You answered my prayer," he said, who returned successfully to shed tears. "Father, I'm not alone anymore."

Peter who could not scoop up the air due to Sara's close embrace forcibly released his daughter's hand. "Do you want to kill me, you idiot?! I'm almost out of breath!"

Sara chuckled, but did not forget an apology coming out of her lips. The happiness was bloated, warming his chest and making him smile foolishly. She continued to hug Peter, no matter how upset the man held his breath.

"While you prank me for pretending to be dead, I'm happy. I'm happy that you didn't leave me" Sara said.

He wiped away the tears that kept dripping down his cheeks. "Don't hurt anymore, Papa."

"I can die out of breath, you idiot! Unhand me!" Peter pulled Sara's hand, but it didn't budge from there.

"Don't be angry again, okay? Doctors say it's not good for heart disease like you."

Not giving time for Peter to speak, Sara expressed her heart that she had been silent about. Missing the man she called Papa.

"Papa, I'm sorry for everything I've done. Sorry for making you angry and depressed, sorry that I have often denied and cursed you. Please promise, never leave me. You have to live long."

Hugging Peter, Sara spoke again. "I picked up the book you kept among the Barbie dolls. I haven't read it yet, but I will."

Sara could feel Peter's body stiffening. And at that very second, Peter pushed him. "You ...?! Give me back the book, you idiot!"

"No, it's mine." Sara shook her head then hugged Peter tightly as if there was no tomorrow for them.

Looking at the stubborn Sara who was almost the same as him, Peter glanced at Max who was just smiling in him. He curses Max for not helping him to let go of Sara's embrace.

"You're gonna let me die strangled by this stupid kid, Max?"

The owner of the blue bead only put his shoulders indifferently, not responding seriously. "I'll let him, Peter. My wife loves you."

Those red eyes glared in disbelief, a mocking smile etched on his lips. "Don't play me with that sneaky line of yours, Max. And you, idiot, let go of your arms!"

Sara shook her head, continued to hug Peter as she was when she was a child, pampered and hugged him warmly. "Don't hurt anymore. I borrowed the book for a while, before the weekend I'll give it back to you."

"No, you can't take it! That's mine, Sara!"

"That's mine too. I have many names written there."

Peter was angry. "Max, take this Crazy Dumb guy out! I could have died before enjoying your fortune in Palma!"

Max grinned thinly. "So, have you considered it?"
