I'm sitting here, waiting for a shooting star and begging the universe. Hope our happiness doesn't just get here.

Maxwell Del Montana

Sara closes her eyes and ears tightly while Max tries to stop her.

"I just want to sleep. You've been making me tired all day, Max."

Max conical. He cannot ignore this problem but the health of the wife should also be considered.

"Would you blame me if I were the cause of your mother's death, dear?"

Sara was silent for a moment, making Max worried. "Hey, please answer me."

The woman exhaled, she looked at Max with a glare. "I believe in you. Stop talking, I want to sleep."

"Don't you want to know the real story about Alara's death?"

"The dead will not rise again even if I find out the truth. Everything has happened, why burden yourself with the problem that has been completed?"

Max frowned, like this Sara who was always hysterical when talking about her mother? Because after all, Sara always cursed and scolded Peter if it alluded to Alara.

Max felt something was wrong with his wife. Sara replied in an ordinary tone, unmoved by anger.

"Do you know anything?"

"What do I know? My mom died of asthma, that's the truth."

Max could catch there was an unusual feeling from that remark. But she could not see the wife's eyes because Sara had already wrapped her body in a blanket.

"That's what Peter told you?"

"That's also the fact, my mother did have the disease."

Max took a deep breath as Sara completely turned her back. Although Max hugged her, there was no reaction from the woman.

"It looks like you're hiding something from me, honey. Did someone tell you?"

There was no answer to make Max guess. "It seems like my guess is right. Stephen would've done it, he wouldn't have stayed silent."

Sara still did not move making Max hug her back tightly.

"Alara drank the poison that almost killed me. That's why he died so quickly" Max said guiltily.

He closed his eyes waiting for a reply from his wife. But there was no reaction from Sara.

"Honey," call Max.

There is no lawfulness. Max was silent, he heard the fine snoring from those thin lips.

"He's really exhausted" he murmured.

Then Max enveloped his wife well and she went to take a bath.

"Senor, he almost died. Isn't it outrageous in this way?"

Max chuckled at Alex's worried complaint. "Since when have you had any pity for your enemies, huh?"

"But, Senor, Russel was really like a murdered corpse."

"That's what I want. She bit my wife's lip, I just gave her a little back and still forgave her life."

Imagining the middle-aged man being sprawled with blood and a body torn to shreds made the series on Max's lips wider.

"Stop it for tonight, I'll visit him tomorrow. I also need to prepare a good whip," Max grinned.

He stood by the window and looked at the star-filled sky. With an occasional eye to keep the wife who looks restless in her sleep.

"What about Stephen's move? Did he do something with that exploding casino?"

"I heard that his son with Alana was burning there."

Max paused for a moment then exhaled a rough breath. "I'm not sure about that. He's a little sneaky and must be playing the role of victim."

"Why do you think that, Senor?"

"He must have killed me before he threw Sara into the sea that night to get her revenge. But he didn't do it, there's something there."

"It means fake news to attract people's attention. Do I need to do something about it?"

"No need, there's a part you can't touch from someone's body. The impact will expand later, I don't want any grudges left for my descendants and for our clan."

"Well, Senor, I'll have to break Russell's bond for a while."

After the connection was broken by Alex, the owner of the blue bead was pensive by the window. The more dissolved, the stars in the sky the more visible the light.

"Maybe you're like that, honey," said Max, glancing at his sleeping wife.

Looking at his wife's exposed back, Max gulped roughly. He had been tempted just by looking at that soft skin.

The man approached. He gently touched Sara's skin making the woman squirm. And that made Max smile.

He knew his wife was very sensitive to touch. Therefore, he did not want to interrupt for longer. Max is afraid of not being able to control his wild side while his wife is still exhausted.

Holding the passion in him back up, Max turned around about to leave. However, his hand was blocked.

"You want to go?"

Max shocked. Hearing that hoarse voice actually made her act. He turned his face away from Sara's confused look.

"I'm sultry."

"But I'm cold."

Max nodded nervously. He who does not want to make his wife tired is faced with difficult choices. "You want to be hugged?"

"Yes," answered Sara while pulling Max up to the bed.

Max just found out there's a different side of Sara. From stubborn to very spoiled. Sara used to always refuse if she got an offer like that even though she did not refuse if she did it directly without asking.

Is this the change after knowing I love her?

"You still tired?"

"No."

"Oh."

"Why?" sara asked as she pulled her head out of the blanket. "You want to fuck again?"

Max gulps a rough spit. What happened to this stubborn woman?

"Don't joke, you must be tired. Go to sleep," said Max, stroking his wife's hair fondly.

"What would you do if you didn't?"

Getting that kind of question made Max grin. He did not want to be teased by his wife and got rejected at the end because Sara came back as weird as she was on that day.

"Are you really not tired?"

Sara chuckles, hugging Max and slapping her head on her husband's chest. "I know you want it. Why pretend to go?"

"I don't want to make you tired, honey."

"You can do it again. I'm strong."

Max chuckles tasteless. Is this Sara his wife?

"We'll meet someone tomorrow. You have to save your energy."

Sara clucking. Irritated, he pinched Max's back. "You're a bitch."

The man chuckled, he again stroked his wife's head. "Sleep."

"Give me a kiss."

Sara grinned when she realized Max was stopping the elusan in her head. But he was shocked when Max's lips touched his forehead.

The kiss was very warm even if only for a moment. Not wanting to waste the opportunity to seduce her husband, Sara pulled Max's nape to reach for the man's lips.

"I want a kiss on the lips."

Not letting the kiss slip, Sara held Max's nape until she could feel something hardening down there.

"You sure you don't want more?" sara asked after she took off the kiss.

"Don't blame me if you can't get out of bed tomorrow morning."

"You can prove it" said Sara.

Max grinned in satisfaction. He kissed his wife's lips for so long that Sara was almost out of breath.

"Max!!!"

"This is the result of teasing me, dear."

Sara caught her breath panting. He looked at Max who was looking at him with mocking lips.

"You almost killed me!"

Max chuckles. "I'll do it now."

He pulled back Sara's nape and deepened their kiss until the two were completely consumed by the atmosphere.
