On a dark and foggy night, in a small, remote village, there is an old house that has always been the topic of conversation. This house was known as the "Host House" by the villagers. No one knows who used to live in the house, and horrifying stories of ghost sightings have spread among residents. Tonight, the story will be real.
The woman at the center of the story is a girl named Sarah. Sarah is a smart and beautiful villager, but she is always curious about the truth behind the haunted house. He had heard many horror stories about the house, but never really believed in those stories. Sarah feels compelled to reveal the mystery surrounding the house.
One night, when a thick fog envelops the village, Sarah decides to explore the haunted house herself. He did not tell anyone about his plans for fear of being banned. Bravely, he walked alone towards the house, carrying with him an old flashlight belonging to his grandfather. The atmosphere was very creepy as he approached the house. The door of the house looked weathered and wide open, inviting him to enter.
Upon entering the house, Sarah felt a bone-chilling chill. The room in the house was pitch-black, and he turned on the old flashlight to look around. The walls look like they were once full of color, but are now strewn with the dullness of age. Suddenly, Sarah heard the sound of footsteps from upstairs.
With a pounding heart, he went upstairs and took a look. The sight he found upstairs shocked him. In one corner, she saw a woman in a white dress that looked worn out. The woman looked very pale and looked at Sarah with empty eyes. Sarah can't talk, she can only stare.
The woman began to walk up to Sarah in a very slow motion. His body looked pale, and he carried a strange shadow. It looked like he wasn't there physically. The ghost continued to approach, floating in the air, and began to feel Sarah's face with transparent hands.
Sarah felt a gripping cold touch from the ghost, and she was terrified. But he couldn't move, couldn't even scream. He felt like he was trapped in this ghostly presence. The ghost then spoke, his voice like a whispering night wind.
"Remove yourself from here" said the ghost. "This isn't your place."
Sarah tried to deny it, but her voice choked. The ghost continued, "I've inhabited this house for centuries, and I'm waiting for someone who will free me from this curse."
In an instant, the room was filled with other ghostly shadows. They all looked pale and turbulent, as if they were spirits that could not calm down. They all looked at Sarah, and the first ghost spoke again.
"You're what we're looking for" said the ghost. "We will make you one of us."
Sarah felt as if she was being sucked into the ghost world itself. He felt like his spirit was starting to separate from his body. But when he saw the ghostly shadow that was closer, he saw faces that seemed to seduce him. They don't look evil; they look very lonely.
Then, there was one different ghostly shadow. This was an older woman, with a different expression. He doesn't look so lonely like the others. She looked at Sarah with glowing eyes, and her voice was the first to be heard clearly.
"You have goodness in you" said the ghostly woman. "But you must go now, before you become one of us."
After escaping from the haunted house, Sarah felt confused and scared. He knew he had an amazing experience, but he did not know how to tell it to anyone without looking crazy. For several nights, he kept thinking about meeting with the ghost and the old woman who told him to leave.
The night after the experience, Sarah could not sleep. He kept pondering about what happened. Are those ghosts really so evil? And what did the old woman mean when she said that Sarah should go?
On the third night after the incident, Sarah decides to return to the haunted house. He felt that he had to find an answer. Boldly, he faced the door of the old house again, albeit with a deep sense of fear. He went inside the house and lit his flashlight.
However, when he reached the top floor, he found the house empty. The ghosts he saw were no longer there. Sarah searched, but there was no sign of them. There was only a terrifying silence.
Suddenly, in that calmness, he heard an extremely soft and delicate voice. Sarah turned her head and looked at the old woman she had met before. The woman sat in the corner of the room with a calm expression.
"You're coming again" said the old woman, her voice soft as a gust of wind. "I know you have a lot of questions."
Sarah approaches the woman, feeling that this is an opportunity for her to understand what is really going on. "Who are you? And what's really going on here?"
The old woman smiled gently. "I am the guardian spirit of this house. I've been here for centuries. And the ghosts you see are those who are lost, trapped between this world and the next."
Sarah understood that the house was a kind of prison for spirits who could not move to another realm. "Why do you want me to go?"
The old woman replied, "You have goodness in you. And I see the light in you. I don't want you to be like them, stuck between this world and the next. I want you to live."
Sarah understood, and now she knew what to do. He knew he had to live for his family and friends. He thanked the old woman for her advice.
As time went on, Sarah became a wise villager. He lives a life of kindness and shares stories of haunted houses with the village children, but always emphasizes that there is kindness even in creepy places.
The haunted house remains a mystery, and stories of ghost sightings there continue. However, Sarah knows that there are not really evil ghosts in it, and she carries this story as a reminder of the amazing experiences she had in the haunted house.
