SAKYA PARAKA: THE LIBERATOR

SAKYA PARAKA: THE LIBERATOR
Mysterious Old Grandpa

In the unknown part of Vanaya forest. In the cave where Sakya lives. The sound of barking roused Sakya from his sleep.

At the mouth of the cave, the resana child jumped up and down while barking. Seeing Sakya had woken up, he approached then jumped up and down again while barking.

"Oh you're awake... Yeah, I know how you feel." Sakya has experienced it. A heat that burns the entire body.

Not wasting any time Sakya ate a small stem of Calvaraksa flowers and put the rest in her shirt. He knew that he would be attacked by the burning heat. But, she had no other choice, because Sakya currently had no food. The warmth began to spread throughout his body.

"Do you have a name?" Sakya asked as she stroked the head of the child.

"Grukis... Gruk" Resana's son just barked and raised both of his front legs.

"No...?" Sakya did not understand the meaning of his barking but she could guess it. "From today your name is Karka. Let's go Karka, let's get some exercise." Sakya went straight out of the cave and climbed the canyon. Karka followed him from behind while barking.

They ran towards the southern direction of the Vanaya forest. The southern Vanaya forest area is a mountainous area, full of valleys and hills. At the end of the Vanaya forest, Mount Suda rises high with snow-covered white peaks. Mount Suda is the border between the southern Vanaya forest and the Panthalassa ocean.

Sakya accidentally runs to a place she hasn't explored yet. The goal, in addition to staying moving, is to mark safe and dangerous places, as well as to see where he is.

Sweat began to trickle down Sakya's face after she passed two hills. The lush trees hampered their escape. However, it did not have much effect on their goals, as they did not pursue speed.

After coming down the hill, Sakya heard something. Shouts for help. Sakya stops running while Karka does not stop barking.

"Will he be human or not?" sakya asked Karka. Sakya knows that even though they cannot communicate, she feels that Karka understands her point. In addition, because Karka is a resana that has a better smell. Sakya needs to be careful because in the forest, danger comes from all sides.

"Grukis... Gruk." Karka immediately ran towards the source of the sound. Sakya followed him from behind. Upon arriving at the source of the sound, Sakya saw an old grandfather inside the 4-meter deep hole.

"Yes, son, he he he. I'm a little sloppy. Can you help me?... Careful, Son! There's a sattva resana beside you." Grandpa pointed at Karka.

"Don't worry, Kek, he's my friend. He will take care of you while I look for roots" Sakya replied as she left. Grandpa smiled at Karka and waved his hand.

Not long after Sakya came back with a long enough root and immediately pulled the Grandpa.

"Where's your village cake? Let me take you." After saving Grandpa, Sakya asks in the hope that he can also come out of Vanaya forest.

"Oh I live around here son. You wanna come with? But it seems my leg is broken. If you don't mind, will you carry me?"

Sakya finds it strange how a grandfather lives in the forest. However, because Karka was silent, he was forced to believe.

"of course. Don't worry, Cake. I'm still holding you" Sakya replied.

While being carried by the Grandpa gave direction to Sakya. They are getting into the southern Vanaya forest.

After a long time they arrived in front of a cliff that was quite high.

"My place of residence is at the end of that gap. Don't worry the gap is big enough for both of us" Grandpa pointed at the small crack on the cliff.

They entered a long enough winding gap. The situation in the crack was quite dark because the cliff was high enough to hold the sunlight in.

Finally they arrived at the end of the cliff. Behind the cliff crevice, the sun shone bright enough to dazzle Sakya's eyes. As Sakya's eyes get used to it, everything becomes clearer. Sakya was shocked by what she saw behind the crack.
