Chapter 49. Prepare Your Proposal
Time shows at 18:30. As promised, Edward came with his parents. Kanaya, who was sitting with her parents with Gerald and Richard on the sofa in the living room, looked at the surprise of Edward and his parents. Edward just smiled looking at Kanaya's face that looked very beautiful that night even though it still looked pale. Then Edward approached Kanaya, and brought his face to Kanaya's ear and said.
"You're a very pretty little elf,"
Hearing Edward Kanaya's words, he turned his head away and stared intently at Edward.
"Edward sit down" said his mother.
"OK Mam" said Edward, sitting next to Kanaya.
"Sit there dong," said Kanaya coldly.
"It's more comfortable sitting next to you" Edward said, winking at Kanaya.
"Cihh, it sucks" said Kanaya, shifting her body away from Edward.
"When did this start?" ask Mommy Lingga.
"What's Mom starting?" kanaya asked, glaring her eyes at Edward who shifted to sit closer to Kanaya.
"Lamaran" said Dady Ded.
"Master? who will be proposed?" ask Kanaya.
"You're Nay, who else" Richard said.
"Huh..!" Kanaya.
"Who?" kanaya asked like a dazed person.
"That's right next to you" Richard said.
"He..!" kanaya shouted while pointing at Edward's face.
"Yes" said Edward.
"Are you happy little elf? Didn't you propose to me? then now why are you so surprised" said Edward, smiling at Kanaya.
"Gosh, I was a kid then" exclaimed Kanaya .
"I don't want to marry you" exclaimed Kanaya again.
"You will marry me" Edward said, staring at Kanaya in the face.
"Gosh this is nothing at all?" kanaya asked as she looked at everything in the living room.
His eyes looked at Gerald who was bowed lethargic. Looking at Gerald like that, Kanaya felt very sad, her heart was completely broken, Then Gerald raised his head and looked at her mama with a sad look, her face looked very sad, she said, then lowered his head again as if hiding his sadness.
"I'm sorry Mami son" Kanaya said in her mind.
"At first I was very surprised, hearing Edward's words asking us to come here" Mami Edward said.
"And this is what I was afraid of, Kanaya did not want to marry Edward, so we came here to make sure in advance, whether Nak Kanaya would accept Edward's proposal and marry Edward, therefore we came here to make sure first, given everything that has happened, it may be difficult for Nak Kanaya to forget everything, but it would be nice for Nak Kanaya to think about it" Mami Edward said.

"And now I'm charging a promise to the little elf" Edward said in a stern tone as he stared at Kanaya's face.
Hearing all Edward's words, Kanaya closed her eyes, reflected in both of her son Gerald's eyes, then opened her eyes and turned to Gerald, who was bowed down miserably, hiding her sadness. Then he looked at his parents and his brother and Edward's parents, and then looked back at his son who still did not lift his face. Feeling constantly stared at by her Mami Gerald raised his face then turned his head and looked at Kanaya.
On the face of his son clearly looks sadness and also the two clear eyes were trying to resist the crying that wanted to burst out from both of his eyes. Kanaya exhaled and said.
"Alright, prepare your proposal" Kanaya said, staring at her son's face. Gerald who heard the words of his mother got up and ran to his mother.
"Still Mam" said Gerald, hugging his mother tightly. Edward looked very happy then looked at Kanaya and also Gerald in his heart said.
"Finally complete my happiness," said Edward then embrace Kanaya and also his son while whispering.
"Please Nay," then tightened his embrace on the two people he loved so much. Both Kanaya's parents as well as Edward's and Richard's parents were breathing with relief. Tonight is a night filled with happiness, with joy, with laughter, in their hearts they said.
"Hopefully this happiness will never end.
"It looks like Kanaya has accepted Edward and the day after tomorrow we will come here to propose to Kanaya" said Papi Edward.
"Wouldn't you get engaged?" ask Mami Edward.
"No. Mam, all the way to the head," said Edward.
"What's? You're crazy, yes" exclaimed Kanaya.
"Yes, I've gone mad because I love you, so it's better now that we go to the top" Edward said, rising to his feet, pulling Kanaya's hand.
"Edward Kusuma, tonight I'm going to take you to the asylum, take off my brother's hand, don't you see he just got out of the hospital huh..!" exclaimed Richard while standing on his waist staring at Edward, the two men stared at each other sharply.
"Sorry brother-in-law I forgot," said Edward as he patted his eel and grinned.
"Your love has driven you crazy" Richard said, mocking Edward, then glaring at him inwardly.
"Hopefully you really love my sister, I know how you are, but I'm not sure if she comes back, you could hurt my sister, and by then you'll feel how I beat you up, with your ex-lover's woman,"
Richard secretly searches for information on Edward's ex-lover.
Meanwhile, Edward, who had a sharp look from Richard, said in his heart.
"I know what you're worried about, I know you very well whatever chard you're thinking, none of that will happen, that's my promise to you,"
