Chapter 40. Edward Kusuma VS Richard Bimantara

Arriving at the VVIP Room, the Doctor checks Kanaya again to make sure everything is fine.

"Doctor please do my best for my daughter" said Daddy Ded.

"Okay sir, I will try my best" said the doctor.

"Doctor please heal my daughter" Mommy Lingga said, pleading with the doctor.

"Madam, I will do my best to heal your daughter" said the Doctor, smiling at Mommy Lingga.His heart was touched to see Mommy Lingga.

"I'll give you anything Doctor, anything you ask and want, but please heal my daughter" Mommy Kanaya said, handing over to the Doctor.

"Listen to your mistress, it is my duty to heal your daughter, I will try my best to heal your daughter, man can only try, but all come back to our Lord" said the Doctor.

"Calm down, madam, pray more, so that your daughter quickly passes the critical period," said the doctor.

"At least I don't trust you" Richard said sharply.

"I know you won't believe me even your whole family won't believe me, but this time believe me, what I'm saying is true, I will prove to you that I have changed, I am coming back here only to make amends for all my mistakes and leave the rest of my life to the mother of my son and also my son Gerald.

"You may not believe all my words, considering all my actions towards Kanaya, but right now I beg you to give me a little chance, please, and when Kanaya recovers allow me to marry her and replace her for 10 years, with all the rest of my life, and I promise I'll prove all my words," edward said as he looked at Richard with a pleading and compassionate look.

"You come with me" said Richard, pulling Edward Kusuma's collar out of Kanaya's room.

After Richard removed his grip, Edward said.

"I knew it would be very difficult, but this time I won't back down again. All this time I kept quiet without resistance because I knew I was guilty of Kanaya and my son, I was so sorry, I was so shocked to see the fact that Kanaya was your sister.

"I've been looking for him all this time but I didn't find him, I met Kanaya while in France, but when I wanted to get close to him she disappeared, I postponed my return just to look for it but it was very difficult to find it and when I returned to Indonesia, we met and you took me to your mansion, I was very surprised to see Kanaya and Gerald.

Edward took a deep breath without continuing his words. later recalled the time some of his men came home with bruises all over his body when ordered to follow Kanaya and Gerald to let Edward know what their activities were and try to find an opportunity to talk to the mother of his son and also his son, but unfortunately they came home with a formless face.

"Once again you hurt my beloved sister and my nephew, then I will never give you mercy, and will completely finish you off, he said, and it'll make you lose everything until you crawl around and you can't get up, remember and keep that in mind," Richard then stepped into the hospital room where Kanaya lay helpless. His steps stopped when he heard Edward's words.

"This time whatever I'm going to do to get it, I'm not going to let anyone stand in my way, I'm Edward Kusuma's going to get Kanaya and my son Gerald, that's my promise" Edward said, he then stepped into Kanaya's room.

Inside were Daddy Ded and mommy Lingga standing next to Kanaya's bed vault, Mommy Lingga sobbing, in Daddy Ded's arms. They were so devastated to see the condition of Kanaya.
