Chapter 31. Kanaya's

"Mom I went to my room first, mam," said Gerald, upon arriving at the mansion.

"Are you okay, son?" ask Kanaya.

"I don't know why mam" replied Gerald, staring at his mother's face.

"Alright," said her mother.

Then Gerald took his foot up the stairs to his room. While Kanaya and her parents sat their bodies on the sofa of the family room while looking at Gerald who walked up the stairs with his face down.

"You see Nay, Gerald is depressed but he's hiding it from us" said Mommy Lingga.

"Mommy is right" said Kanaya, breathing out and leaning behind the sofa she was sitting on, and closing her eyes her mind filled with all sorts of burdens about her son. lately his son is so quiet and sometimes daydreaming alone, distancing himself from those closest to him. Kanaya opened her eyes and looked at her parents in turn.

"Kanaya came out for a while Mom, Dad," said Kanaya.

"Aren't you working Nay?" ask the Daddy

"Gak Dad," said Kanaya then walked out to his yard, shortly after from the gate of Kanaya's car and also his Daddy's car left in the school yard, entering the mansion grounds. Kanaya also walked over to his car which was driven by his driver Pak Iwan.

"Miss want me to drop off?" ask Mr. Iwan, who has come out of the car.

"No sir," said Kanaya while taking the car keys from Mr. Iwan's hand.

"Sorry, can I say something?" ask Mr. Iwan.

"Please sir, what's wrong?" answer Kanaya.

"Regarding little Lord Gerald miss," said Mr. Iwan.

"I often find little Master crying there," said Mr. Iwan, pointing to Pendopo at the end of the front yard of the mansion.

"How did you know that Gerald was crying over there, sir?" ask Kanaya.

Then Mr. Iwan let out a long sigh, saying.

"I wonder Mr. Gerald often sits alone there, I approached him secretly and it turns out that Mr. Little is crying, I do not know what is in his cry," said Mr. Iwan.

"What should I do now?" her question was in her heart, reflected in her memory the sad face of her son. Sighing a long breath Kanaya also deflected her sports car.

Soon Kanya stops her car in front of a high-fenced mansion. Seeing a car stop in front of the fence, the guard opened the gate and approached Kanaya's car. Kanya opened her car glass, saying.

"I want to meet Mrs Kusuma" Kanaya said.

"Have you made an appointment?" ask Satpam.

"Not yet, just tell her Kanaya wants to meet her," Kanaya said.

"Okay ma'am, please wait a while," said Satpam, as he stepped into the guard post.

Five minutes later the security guard approached Kanaya and let her in, Kanaya drove her car into the courtyard of the mansion after parking her car, Kanaya got out of the car and stepped foot towards the mansion door before hitting the bell, the door was opened.A woman her mommy age appeared with a face full of smiles greeting Kanaya.

"At last you came too son" he said, looking at Kanaya in awe.

Kanaya who heard Mami Edward's words raised her eyebrows, looking at Edward's mother's face without the slightest expression. Regardless of Kanaya's gaze, Edward's mami pulled Kanaya's hand into her mansion.

"Let's sit down please don't hesitate" said Mami Edward kindly.

Then Kanaya sat down on the sofa in the living room, and said.

"I'm sorry my lady here just wanted to say one thing" Kanaya said.

"Don't see my son again" Kanaya said in a stern and cold tone.

"I thought you were going to say it was Nak Kanaya, forgive your mother's son who made you miserable and your life difficult" Mami Edward said, looking at Kanaya with a soft heart

"Mommy knows, his actions cannot be forgiven, but is there no door for his forgiveness? at least for this old mom" said Mami Edward.

"I'm sorry, I came here just to say that, once again I reiterate Don't see my son again" Kanaya said, then rose to her feet to the door of the Kusuma family's mansion, her steps stopped hearing Edward's mother's voice.

"Mommy knows everything that's going on, and mom agrees with everything you did to Edward, it's a punishment for a cowardly man like him, and now he is taking the payback for all his deeds" said Mami Edward.

"But can't you just let your mom get close to my granddaughter Gerald?" ask Mami Edward.

"I'm sorry Mrs Kusuma, I know you and Mr. Kusuma are good people, only I can't forgive your son who is that bastard" Kanaya said. Then he drove his sports car fast.

Meanwhile, Edward, who was in Singapore, walked back and forth in his apartment. Shortly after the bell rang, Edward walked over and opened the apartment door.

"Are you ready, sir?" ask his personal assistant.

"I'm waiting for you downstairs" Edward said, then stepped out of his apartment into the elevator. While his assistant named Jerry entered the Edward Apartment to pick up Edward's suitcases. Arriving at the lobby Edward was waiting for him. Soon a car stopped in front of Edward and his assistant. Then they entered the car, the car drove to Singapore Changi Airport.

Meanwhile Kanaya who had arrived at her parents' mansion with lethargic steps entered the mansion.

"Where's Nay from?" asked Richard who was sitting on the sofa in the living room with his parents.

"Current cry, sister" said Kanaya as she sat on the sofa.

"Wind Nay, I'm looking for him" said Richard.

Kanaya simply flicked her shoulders indifferently.

"Edward Kusuma will return to Indonesia" Richard said.

"Oh" said Kanaya.

"Is that just Nay?" ask Kanaya.

"Then what should I say, dong?" ask Kanaya.

"What are you planning?" ask Richard.

"I'm lazy to talk about it sister" said Kanaya.

"Don't we all know that? for what else is discussed," said Kanaya.

"I'm tired of dealing with that Kusuma, I plan to go back to France" he said.

"No, you can't go anywhere anymore" said Mommy Lingga.

"Sorry mom, this time I have to do it" Kanaya said.

"Sooner or later they'll find out everything and I don't want to risk mom, I have a bad feeling since the news in the magazine, and also since Madam Kusuma met my son," Kanaya.

"Yes we still remember it" said Daddy Ded and mommy Lingga.

"I have a very bad feeling about them, and I'm sure the magazine case is related to them" Kanaya said.

"We've been investigating all that Nay, I talked to Cintya and she explained everything" Richard said.

"Let's think about it again mom" Kanaya said.

"Mam I don't want to leave here" said Gerald, as he approached his mother and sat down next to her.

"Please mam" said Gerald staring at his mama.

"Are you sure this is what you want?" ask Kanaya.

"And do you want to tell mommy what's been going on with you lately?" kanaya asked, looking at Gerald with the gentle gaze of a mother.

"Tell me what happened" Kanaya once again told Gerald.

"Please promise me you won't do anything to them" said Gerald, then looked at Oma, Opa and his uncle with a pleading gaze.

"OK, we promise," they said simultaneously.
