49. An Unusual Desire

After checking in at the hotel, Azmy booked room service for lunch with a menu. Then took Nyssa into the hotel room.

Inside the hotel room, Nyssa takes off her hijab and cardigan, then lays her body on the bed. Azmy approaches him, giving him a bottle of water to keep Nyssa from getting dehydrated. And for those who stay away from or avoid doctors, maybe they have their own reasons for doing so."
