Chapter 45

Arzan walked quickly to Mother Ani's nursery. Once there, however, he found no one. The room was empty and was being tidied up by an OB in charge of cleaning each ward.

"Mas, is Ani's mother headed to the operating room?" asked Arzan with a gasp of breath.

When it was on the way, the car carried by Mr. Ujang suddenly broke down and that is what made him arrive late because he had to wait for an online taxi first.

"Oh, you mean Mister, you're the one who's being treated in this room?" ask the OB.

Arzan immediately nodded, confirming the OB's statement. "Yes, Mum."

"So there were some treatments that took her outdoors. All his family were involved, sir," the OB replied.

"alright. Thanks for the information, Mommy." Without waiting for long, Arzan continued his steps towards the operating room.

His heart pounded again when he saw the girl he knew very well, was sitting lethargic with two people who did not know Arzan. Arzan could see the look on the girl's anxious face.

It felt as if it had suddenly come to him. He did not expect, if the goddess of his help was the girl who had always been a friend of his debate who was always called 'strange woman' by him.

"Allura" called Arzan as he stood in front of the three women.

Allura who felt called immediately looked up and saw someone who had already called his name. Not only Allura, but Viana and Aunt Erni also saw the arrival of Arzan.

"Sir, what are you doing here? Sorry if I left the Star with Mrs Fika. But, Mrs Fika has given permission for me today" Allura said as soon as she got up from her seat. The girl still does not know, if Arzan— is the one who has helped relieve all the costs of her mother's hospital.

"I came here to see you. But, not to take you home" replied Arzan.

"Can we talk for a minute? No need to be far from here. We just sit on the bench there," replied Arzan as he led Allura to the long bench, where not far from where Allura was sitting with Aunt Erni and Viana.

Allura followed Arzan's footsteps and sat down beside him. Arzan unconsciously continued to hold the girl's hand and Allura just let him.

"So, what do you want to talk about, sir?" allura asked as they sat down.

"I wanted to ask you something before." Arzan began to express his initial intention to meet with his helper girl.

"Please, Sir. Seems like something really important?" guess Allura with a questioning look.

"What ... are you really the one who helped me from the accident that hit me one month ago?" ask Arzan straight to the point.

Allura was silent for a moment after hearing Arzan's question, he tried to recall what happened a month ago. After a moment of thought, the girl nodded her head several times. "Yes, right, sir. Is there a problem with that?" tanyakanya.

The girl felt a little strange about Arzan's behavior, she did not expect that Arzan would be so grateful to her for helping him to get out of the danger of death. In fact, Allura himself had forgotten about the incident. He did not dare to recall the terrifying incident, which had almost claimed the life of someone before his eyes.

"But, Mr. .. I. I feel you are overreacting.The cost of Mama's hospital is not cheap. So–"

"Don't think about your Mama's hospital fees. Focus now on your work and may your Mama recover soon" Arzan said with a gentle smile.

Allura was quite moved by Arzan's words. The girl smiled softly at the man in front of her.

"Thank you, sir."

On the other hand, there was a woman who was peeking at the closeness of the two of them besides Aunt Erni and also Viana. Nira, the girl followed where Arzan went with Mr. Ujang. In fact, she also asked Mrs Fika to lend one of the Rafindra family drivers to her.

"It's okay, Ra. According to Mr. Arzan's orders, he must know what to do," responded Viana who was immediately embraced by Arzan.

Finally, Allura said. He sat back with Arzan, Viana and Aunt Erni to wait for Ani's mother who was still in the operating room.
