Not Just a Milk Mother

Chapter 3

The next day, Allura waited for Viana to come back to the hospital. She was determined to accept the job that Viana had offered her yesterday.

Hopefully the work is still there, I really hope to still be able to save Mama through the work, Allura's mind with great hope.

After Allura wiped off Mother Ani's body, she fell silent again while staring blankly at the woman who was pregnant and gave birth to her. Although now the possibility of Mother Ani to recover is very small, but she still wants to try to do her best. Whatever will happen afterwards, she still hopes that Ani's mother can be saved.

Until the time showed at ten, then Allura got up from her seat and walked to the hospital canteen to fill her stomach that had begun to rumble. Even to eat the ration is now reduced in order to save money.

Today Allura chose to work in the afternoon, lucky that her boss understood her circumstances and allowed her to enter during the day, then would go home after night.

Arriving at the cafeteria, Allura immediately ordered instant cup noodles that were cheaper than rice. Not that Allura did not want to eat rice, but the savings he had were getting thin.

While Allura was still enjoying her meal, suddenly someone came to surprise her by patting the girl on the shoulder and almost making her choke. Luckily the noodles that Allura ate were not spicy because he was not a lover of that flavor. However, it still made him quite tormented.

"Oh my God, Viana! You're gonna choke me on purpose, yeah!" sergeant Allura as he turned his head and looked at Viana who was standing with her guilty face.

"Sorry, Ra. I didn't mean to make you choke like that" Viana said, clenching her hands together in front of her chest. Then, his gaze was distracted at the nearly toilet cup of instant noodles.

"You're eating instant noodles again, Ra?" ask Viana.

Without warning, the girl grabbed the cup noodles in front of her and was about to throw them away. However, his movements came to a halt as Allura clutched her wrist.

"Where are you taking the cup noodles?"

Viana kept the food box she had brought in front of Allura. He had intended to bring food to his best friend.

"Now, eat rice! You should not get sick from constantly consuming instant noodles," said Viana.

Allura looked at her best friend Haru, she felt like she was a very lucky person to have a friend like Viana.

"Thank you, Na. You're really my best friend." Allura hugged Viana, she did not care if it had become a spectacle of people who were in the canteen.

"Together, Ra. Now, you eat first" said Viana as she began to open the food box she was carrying.

Allura nodded in approval to Viana's words, she herself was already very hungry because last night Allura missed her dinner.

Viana continued to watch Allura who was enjoying her food, she felt very sorry and amazed at the woman. If he was in the position of Allura, not necessarily he would be as strong and as calm as his current friend.

Finished with the food, Allura immediately tidied up the food box. He also left some of his food to enjoy tonight.

"Ra, why don't you finish the food?" viana asked as she saw that there was still food left in the box.

"I'm intentionally setting it aside for later tonight, Na."

Again Viana shook her head softly after hearing Allura's reply. He thought it was still very day, but Allura had thought about it for later tonight.

Allura did not immediately comply with Viana's wishes, had been able to eat rice even today, he was very grateful. But if you have to trouble his friend again, of course Allura does not want to.

"That's it, quickly finish the food!" viana's orders when she saw Allura who was just silent.

"But, Na–"

"There's no buts, Ra. Mama's already cooked the food for you, she'd be sad to know you didn't eat the food." Viana put on a sad face while picking up the phone she was going to use to call her mother.

Allura immediately stopped Viana's movements, he again finished the food in a few mouthfuls so as to make Viana smile widely made.

"Have you satisfied, beautiful?" allura asked with an annoyed look at Viana, whereas Viana herself immediately nodded a few times while smiling widely.

After the food was completely toilet, Allura and Viana took the time to chat for a moment. Allura also expressed her intention to accept Viana's offer yesterday afternoon.

"Na, what .... what ...your cousin has found the right person to be the mother of her employer's child?" asked Allura nervously.

Viana stared fixedly at her friend, she had thought Allura would not do the job. Especially after seeing his reaction yesterday afternoon who immediately rejected him without thinking first.

"Hey, don't look at me like that" Allura said as she looked at Viana who was fixedly staring at her.

"No. Are you serious about accepting that job offer?" ask Viana to make sure again.

Allura bowed for a moment, his decision this time was round, he would do anything to be able to finance the treatment of his mother, Ms. Ani.

"I have to earn money for my mother's medical expenses. If you only rely on the payday from the clothing store, until anytime the money will not be enough. So, I will try to do whatever I can," Allura replied softly.

Viana rubbed Allura's shoulders, trying to channel her spirit to her best friend.

"You're patient, Ra. Rest assured that Ani's mother will definitely recover" said Viana. Then the girl took a cell phone to contact her cousin who was still working.

Allura continued to watch Viana's movements, long enough they waited until the call was answered by Allura's cousin.

Viana began to talk about Allura's intention to be willing to become the mother of her employer's child, even Allura also had a moment to talk with Viana's cousin's employer. After the conversation was over, they agreed to meet tomorrow afternoon.

"Ra, are you really seriously going to do the job? It's up to two years, you know. Then, how about your partner? Aren't you afraid she'll suspect something?" cecar Viana's.

Allura thought back to Viana's words, what her best friend said was true. However, for now Allura had not thought of a more serious relationship. After all he was sure, if the man who was going to marry him would be willing to accept all his shortcomings.

"I'll stay honest with him, Na. If he's my soul mate, then he won't mind my condition. Anyway, I haven't thought about it yet, Na." Allura smiled slightly at the end of the word.

Viana did not know Allura's true feelings, of course the girl was nervous, anxious, there was even a speck of fear perched in her heart. However, it was not Allura's name if he could not cover all those feelings.
