In a hospital room.

A young woman is struggling with a heart disease she is suffering from. Death can pick him up at any time. Only one thing can prolong his life, with a heart transplant.

He just lay weak with a lover who was always beside him. Accompanying himself in his last days.

“Kak, if I die ..”

“Do not say that. We can definitely get a heart donor for you.” Juliet's lover tries to strengthen Juliet's heart.

“Looks like our story's about to end, brother. Just like Juliet who can't unite with Romeo. Me, Juliet can't unite with Sister Romeo.”

"We can be together. We can certainly realize the dream of Romeo and Juliet in the past. We made a happy ending for Romeo and Juliet."

Until finally they heard the news if there was a suitable heart donor for Juliet. Juliet has a heart transplant.

Doctor Iwan's memory goes back to a week ago. When she was dating her husband. They also talked about marriage. They began to organize the building, decoration, eating, clothing and others.
