Not a Substitute

Filming the next day.

Actress Violet fell ill and was hospitalized. He can't come. The crew members were anxious because filming had to keep going because if it was delayed, their expenses would swell.

Joshua gave advice. “Bagaima if Hana is Violet's mom? Hana often practices with me at home.”

Director K saw Hana. He has often seen Hana play a role in films made by Hana's father even though only a small and insignificant role.

“Try us to practice,” says director K. He did not want his film to fail because of a bad actor and could not act.

Hana then reads Violet's mother's dialogue.

“Not bad.” Sutadara K then announced that filming would continue and that Violet's mother role would be replaced by Hana.

Taking the setting of a rented house that lived Bambang and Violet. Mama Violet is coming.

“What are you coming for again? Didn't you leave us both?” Bambang said with a sneer. He used to love this woman in front of him but now there is only hatred.

Mama Violet left them when Violet was a week old. Mama Violet is crying. “I'm sorry. I was wrong. But I want to be with my son.”

“He hasn't been your son since you stepped foot out of this house and left us.” Bambang was disappointed that mama Violet ran off with a man richer than her.

Violet went home. “Papa.” Violet saw the beautiful woman who was well dressed in her house crying.

The woman hugged Violet. “Vi, this is mama, Nak.”

“Mama? ..” Violet never knew the figure of her mother because Bambang had already thrown away all the photos of her mother.

“Go. He's not your son.” Bambang kicked out Violet's mom.

“Cut.”

“Sickness, Brother.” Hana pretends to make Joshua feel guilty.

“In the meantime, I'll take ice cubes so that it doesn't hurt anymore.” Joshua rushed to get the ice cubes and put them in Hana's hand. Hannah was touched. He suddenly kissed Joshua.

Joshua whispered. “Don't kiss me here. I'm shy. Kiss me at home as much as you.”

Director K just smiled at the behavior of the two of them.

Filming continued with the scene of Violet leaving with her mother. Bambang felt that Violet was better off staying with her well-off mother than with her poor self.

“Papa ..” Violet does not want to separate from Bambang.

“Violet join mama now. Violet wants a mom. Mama's house has a lot of toys."

The car took Violet and her mother away.

“Papa ..” Violet crying. She wanted a mother, but she did not want to lose her father.

Filming was completed and continued the next day.

Finally filming was completed and director K continued with the editing process.

Then the film. Director K praised Joshua's acting in front of Hana's father.

“When I want Joshua to play again in my film,”, director K said.

“But you have to pay full. My son needs to eat too. Other directors are also eyeing Joshua.” Hana's father pointed to Joshua who was being approached by the director who attended the premiere of the Single Father/Be Happy film.

Joshua expanded his network. Maybe this film does not produce compared to other films he starred in but from this film he learned many things. From time management, effective filming management and much more.
