After discussions with his father, mother and Hana, Joshua decided to take on the role. He practiced using his own make-up because there were scenes that required him to be able to apply makeup on his face.

He is currently practicing wearing false eyelashes. Joshua looked at Hana's fake eyelash collection. Some are thick, some are flat, and many more.
