“We don't kiss.” Steven was firmly telling the truth.
The agency's CEO overshadowing Steven sent a link from an article the reporter wrote. As soon as the reporters lost Steven's line, they immediately uploaded Steven's dating news.
Emi's face is not very visible. But the photo angle makes them seem to kiss.
It wasn't just the agency CEO who called Steven. My dad called Steven, too. He wants to meet Emi. “Daddy, we don't kiss. We just met in elevator.”
“Dad don't believe it. Take the girl home now. If you don't bring him in, I'll cross your name off my heirs list. You know I never mess with dad.” Steven's father immediately disconnected the phone call.
Steven inevitably has to meet his father with Emi. He did not want his name removed from the list of heirs for his father's wealth of priceless value.
“I can't take you home yet. We need to see my dad now. Even if you feel any objections but we have to go see dad.” Steven drove his car home. Reporters are seen lurking from a distance. But they did not dare to go near Steven's father's house because they were afraid of the bodyguards who had the face of a rogue and stature like The Rock.
Steven's car went through the fence. Emi just looked at the amazement of the palace-like house. The front garden is so big. Not to mention the house that can be said to look like a castle.
Steven and Emi went into the house to meet his father.
Steven's father warmly welcomed Emi. “So this is Dad's son-in-law?” Steven's father hugged Emi.
“My daughter, what's your name?” Steven's father asked.
“Name ..” Steven just realized they haven't met. They don't know each other's names yet.
“My name is Emily, Om. You can call me Emi" replied Emily.
“Do not call Om. Call Dad. So when are you getting married?”
“Dad don't believe it. Where anyone instantly kisses when meeting for the first time.”
“Stev just wiped his face.” Steven knew the father was misunderstood because of the paparazzi's article.
“Dad never taught you to lie.” Steven's father felt lied to.
"Stev doesn't lie, Dad.”
“Good. Two more days you are married.” Steven's father was actually about to hold a wedding tomorrow but he pushed it back to two days.
Today he will contact the wedding organizer for decoration and events. Tomorrow they'll be fitting clothes and spreading invitations. Day after the wedding.
“Your parents?” Steven's father was about to meet Emi's parents.
“I don't know where my parents are. I grew up in an orphanage,” Emi replied.
“That's your fate my son. Consider this father your father. This father is your parents.” Steven's father hugged Emi again.
At the place where Violet and Agus were.
Violet (the wife of Agus) and Agus (the half-brother of Steven) missed the news about Steven. They knew the news of Steven's kiss when Agus' father told him Steven was getting married the day after. Both Violet and Agus were shocked. They never heard the news if Steven was dating or showing his girlfriend.
Violet and Agus only believe when the father leaves Emi in their apartment. Their father said that Emi and Steven cannot stay in one house.
The news of their kiss has become another news that tells if Emi and Steven have stayed one roof over the years. Though the photo shown is a photo of Violet who was with Steven. It seemed like Violet and Emi's posture did look similar.
