Not a Savings Woman

Not a Savings Woman
Ayah

Supposedly today Ajeng and Andik will go to the hometown to ask for blessing while taking care of wedding preparations, but must fail because Andik's adoptive father will come. They had to postpone it for a while.

Even so, Ajeng remained busy to welcome the prospective in-laws.

''Are you sure I look beautiful, Lidya?'' He questioned his appearance again.

''Already, Ajeng. You are so beautiful. Moreover, the clothes that you wear are from famous brands, must be perfect.'' Lidya lifted her thumb and continued to praise.

''I'm afraid his father protested and didn't approve of our relationship.'' Ajeng lowered his head. Suddenly, he seemed to have no guts to meet his future father-in-law.

''I'm sure his father Mr. Andik will agree his son married you.'' Lidya again convinced Ajeng to think positively and passionately.

The sound of a horn sounded made Ajeng and Lidya surprised. ''That must be Andik's car. Spots out!'' Lidya pushed the friend towards the door.

Between panic and fear making Ajeng's steps feel heavy. The hadith was not even confident to face everything alone.

''Are all the women who will marry like me.'' Waving his hands towards his face that was filled with sweat. In fact, this is only a Youk, especially later if he is faced with his prospective in-laws. I'd be even more nervous.

"Please go in first, Mom. Didin's still in the room.'' Ajeng allowed Andik to sit while waiting for his brother.

''Dare to meet dad?'' andik's Goda can catch the nervousness on Ajeng's face.

''You have to be brave, Mom. But I'm afraid that your father doesn't agree with this relationship because I'm a villager.''

This is what I often hear from my family.

Andik. Very sure that would not happen, because he knew the character of his father who was not materialistic also compared. Although only adoptive father, but the man really appreciate whatever your decision, including who will accompany him later.

''Dad would agree, you have nothing to fear.''

Didin came out, the man approached Ajeng and also Andik who was still busy chatting.

''We're leaving now?'' ask Didin enthusiastically.

Andik saw the clock in his hand. It had been three hours since his father called, which meant that the old man was almost there.

''Soon, I wait for her mother's representative Ajeng first." Didin turned his body and walked towards the sister's room.

Shortly after, Didin came out with a beautiful woman who made him fall in love.

''So Lidya was deliberately told to come to represent Miss De?'' the Andik joke that made everyone chuckle.

''Yes, it is, when the sister wants to get married, the brother is single, yes it is impossible.'' Didin prides himself.

They immediately went to the apartment where Andik lived, because the meeting this time was indeed at that place.

Arriving in front of the apartment, Ajeng immediately went down. Supplying oxygen to be able to breathe freely before being suffocated by the presence of Andik's father.

''Andik.'' shouted a heavy voice from behind loudly.

Andik turned his head towards the source of the voice, as well as Ajeng and the others.

''Dad,'' cried Andik while smiling.

It looks like an old man wearing a batik shirt and black pants and black peci was hassles carrying his luggage.

Didin ran over and helped pick up the cardboard.

''Oh my gosh, what do you bring?'' He looked behind the man he called Dad. It turned out that the man brought a banana horn that was almost ripe as well as cassava and sweet corn typical of village plants.

Ajeng and Lidya came closer and shook hands and said the name of the introductory sign.

''Where is your future wife?'' Staring at Lidya and Ajeng take turns .

''This is my future wife, Father.'' Holding the small shoulder of Ajeng who looked friendly bowed.

Dad mangosteen. From the look of his eyes, he admired Ajeng's beauty. As soon as you read it.

''Later you boil this cassava yes, Nduk," pinta father gave cassava in the sack.

Ajeng simply nodded without much protest. In his village he often ate such food, and not a taboo anymore.

While Andik can only pat his eel to see the behavior of the father who never changed and still want to eat food from the village he brought.

In fact, the man was not fond of pizza and considered the taste of the food was not ripe.

''Don't be surprised yes, dad is like this, '' whispered Andik with a blushing face.

Ajeng simply gave the code with a blink of an eye the sign agreed. Memorize.

They all went into Andik's apartment and sat in the living room. Talk seriously about the wedding that will be held soon.

''So I don't have to go home. Later if I have married Ajeng, we will go to the village together. All of you introduce Ajeng with our villagers," Andik's advice was immediately approved by the father.

"If the family wants to do it how? Did they agree?" ask me to make sure. Staring at the prospective daughter-in-law who from earlier just looked down.

''I as the sole guardian of Ajeng strongly agree, Father. Last night I also contacted Ms. De, she also agreed with their marriage, Didin said honestly.

''May there be no problem, and hope that this holy intention will run smoothly until the day," said Father praying.

''What would Dad drink?'' tanya Ajeng tried to get closer.

''Sweet coffee,'' replied the father straightforwardly

''Don't eat and drink sweet things, Dad. Later get diabetes, '' Andik reprimanded. Although they were in a distant place, the man often reminded the father to always take care of his health, also told him to avoid excessive sweetness.

I only responded with laughter.

Ajeng who was already in the kitchen smiled slightly considering his in-laws attitude. It was not all as expected. He thought Andik's father would oppose the relationship. But instead, he got strong support from the closest people.

''What are you saying, so long?'' Lidya who just entered the protest saw boiling water on the stove.

He immediately poured into a cup that has been formulated with coffee and sugar with different sizes.

If you like sweet coffee. Andik on the contrary, he prefers coffee that is bitter without sugar, while Didin likes the standard, his coffee tastes the same sugar.

''But his father Mr. Andik is good, huh? I didn't expect him to directly agree to this relationship without frills.'' Ajeng stirred up his coffee.

''Yeah, I didn't expect it either. I was worried, but eventually lost. May all be given a smooth.'' Lidya hugged Ajeng. At times like this they also remember the friend who could not attend.

Pucuk arrived ulam also arrived. That familiar voice sounded loud to the kitchen.

Ajeng and Lidya looked at each other and smiled.

''Ainaya,'' he said in unison.
