A resonating sword clash resounded through the boundaries of the dungeon. Saishira, who was wearing an enigmatic black robe, engaged in a fierce duel with Kaminou.

"Why did you betray us?" Kaminou was boiling, her annoyance was obvious.

Saishira calmly replied, "Reliving the dead through the sacrifice of innocent lives? It was a futile and ironic endeavor. Besides, we don't know if the magic really has the power we're looking for or is it just a fabricated legend."

Enraged, Kaminou orders the purple-robed individual to besiege Saishira. They approached, surrounding him from all sides, ready to master him.

However, things did not happen as Kaminou had imagined. Brandishing her dark sword, Saishira deftly faced each enemy one by one. With calculated precision, he subdued them, rendering them helpless but still breathing.

However, as Saishira deals with the purple-robed assailants, Kaminou takes the opportunity to escape, disappearing into the shadows. This turn of events forced Saishira to return to her temporary home, the kingdom of Harmodia.

Saishira was on the verge of returning to the kingdom when a booming minotaur roar erupted, causing the earth to tremble. Intrigued, he ventured into the kingdom without succumbing to panic, driven by a desire to quell the imminent threat.

Climbing the roof of the house with finesse, Saishira quickly shows the location of the minotaur—taman a chaotic city. From his point of view, he watched the minotaur threateningly approach a young girl. To his relief, a male figure intervened, protecting him from danger, their identity shrouded by straying hair.

As the minotaur prepared to attack again, Saishira summoned her powerful dark magic, unleashing the powerful Giga Dark Spikes skill that emerged from the creature's left wing. Quickly, he descended from above, making sure the minotaur met its end.

He's making, "Three Dark Spikes, huh? It was so powerful, more than I could have imagined."

Staring at the two rescued individuals, Saishira's astonishment culminates as she recognizes Dreyl Satoruu and Yuka Olivia. Thoughts race through his mind, grappling with the revelation of their unexpected presence in this world.

"Hm? Aren't they Dreyl Satoruu and Yuka Olivia? How can they exist in this world?" Saishira's mind was filled with confusion.

He went further, "Sorry, but I am not sure of your strength to survive in this world. Maybe I should make a test to measure your abilities."

Shrouded in a cloak of darkness, Saishira disappears, leaving the lifeless minotaur as proof of her frightening presence.

...****************...

In the present, as the first light of morning shines through the room, Satoruu is shocked by Yuka's deteriorating condition. His body was emitting warmth, yet his complexion seemed unnaturally pale, as if plagued by an unknown illness. Even more puzzling, her once-bright skin had turned white like a ghost.

"How did this happen?" Satoruu pondered, his mind filled with worry.

Claire, a demon with unique abilities, tries to uncover the cause of Yuka's suffering. With his talent, he investigated the intricacies of Mana Yuka, observing her flow within her body. It became clear that the previously stable Mana current was gradually diminishing.

"The Mana Flow is slowing down. I've never witnessed anything like this before, but there seems to be a barrier blocking the natural flow of her Mana" Claire honestly told Satoruu.

A deep sense of concern struck Satoruu, making him unsure what steps to take. Suddenly, Yuka reached out and clasped her hand, trying to convince him.

"Do not worry, Satoruu. I can still gather strength to rise." Convincing him.

However, when he attempted to leave the bed, a sense of dizziness overwhelmed him, causing his head to spin.

"No, it's not something we usually see. I will find a way to cure you, whatever the risk," Satoruu said firmly, his determination unshakable.

Yuka remains confined in her room, while Satoruu tirelessly searches for a way to recover her health. Despite Shelina's presence, her healing magic ability proves to be ineffective in curing Yuka's illness.

In search of a solution, Satoruu's mind turns to the abandoned underground city of Voidical— which holds many unraveling mysteries. Perhaps within his enigmatic boundaries, he could find the clues he was looking for.

With determination in his heart, Satoruu began his journey to the Voidical city. The underground village emitted an oppressive darkness, its dilapidated ruins emphasizing its destruction. Just looking at the city made one goosebumps.

As Satoruu dug deeper into the shadows, he felt a strange sensation. His soul seemed to resonate with the darkness, eroding his fear of the unknown.

He becomes attuned to the Yin side, where even in the midst of the encroaching darkness, his strong determination to save the world and Yuka remains. Yuka, on the contrary, embodies the Yang side. Although he remained in the light, he exerted himself excessively.

Therefore, their collaboration is very important—a blend of light and dark, working in harmony to overcome their challenges.

As Satoruu continued his exploration of the Voidical city, he found a broken wooden door at the western end. Despite its dilapidated appearance, the door was emitting a dim and soft light.

Despite feeling a strange sensation surrounding the creation of the door, Satoruu brushed it aside and opened it. When the door opened, there was a vast expanse of lifeless forest, without leaves and filled with a terrifying atmosphere.

Undaunted, Satoruu stepped into the forest, his senses immediately detecting a striking contrast on the ground beneath his feet. The ground looked pale and lacking vitality. However, as he ventured deeper into the forest, a growing sense of unease crept over him.

"Death forest. This isn't something I usually meet." Satoruu unsheathed his sword as he prepared himself for whatever was awaited.

Suddenly, faint footsteps echoed from his left. Quickly, he searched for a hiding place, intending to not be discovered.

From his point of view, he observed demons riding horses, their appearance was very strange. Both demons and their mounts had skeletal structures adorning their heads, while the rest of the body remained fleshy.

Surprisingly, the creature looked like a fusion of demon and horse, with demon that had no legs, its body fused seamlessly with the horse as if they were a single entity.

"I've never seen such a creature before" muttered Satoruu in awe, captivated by the mysterious creature before him.

Just when Satoruu contemplates his escape, an unfortunate misstep causes him to accidentally break a fragile log.

The resounding crack attracted the attention of the pursuing demon, increasing the discomfort that had enveloped him. Racing against time, he ran back to the door.

Easily, the demon smashed the already broken door, ignoring Satoruu's presence. Unable to find his quarry, the demon finally returned to the silent depths of the dead forest, leaving Satoruu unscathed.

Unbeknownst to the demon, Satoruu had sought refuge under the bridge connected to the door, making him invisible to his sharp gaze. Sensing the lingering danger, Satoruu made the decision to retreat for the security of the kingdom of Harmodia.

Upon his return, Satoruu is shocked by the state of the royal population, who appear to be stricken with a sudden illness.

"What kind of disease is this?" Satoruu mused, his curiosity tickled by the bewildering suffering now engulfing the kingdom.

Upon his return, Satoruu checks Yuka's condition once again when Alarick suddenly appears.

"It's not a disease, it's a curse" Alarick said with certainty.

It was proved that a curse had befallen a certain area, known as the Monster Curse. This curse comes from a horse-like demon known as Nuckelavee.

"Wait, a horse-like demon? I'm sure I've met him before" Satoruu said, recognizing his resemblance to the creature that chased him in the dead forest.

Confidently, Satoruu details his encounter with the demon, confirming that it indeed fits Nuckelavee—'s description of a strange entity consisting of a rider and a horse as one being combined.

Eager to find a way to cure Yuka's condition quickly, Satoruu asks about how to defeat Nuckelavee.

"Only Mither O' the Sea has the power to conquer it" Alarick said.

Mither O' the Sea, often referred to as the Mother of the Sea, was the only entity capable of defeating Nuckelavee. According to Alarick, Mither O' the Sea lived in the southern part of the kingdom.

In hopes of finding answers, Satoruu and his friends embark on a journey towards the Mither O' the Sea residence, leaving Yuka under Shelina's care in the kingdom, ensuring her fragile condition remains stable.

Upon their arrival, the vast expanse of calm sea provided a soothing sensation for the group. They saw a female spirit whose appearance was similar to the color of the sea, perched on a huge rock—it was Mither O' the Sea, the woman they were looking for.

Aware of their presence, Mither turned around, her long hair dancing gracefully in the wind, even as a spirit. Her refined beauty was perfectly aligned with the calm ocean waves, exuding a sense of coolness and serenity.

"Ah, that's you, Chosen Ones," Mither greeted them with a melodious voice that was in keeping with her nature.

Ryan politely conveyed the purpose of their visit.

With a hint of pessimism, Mither questioned, "However, I don't have full strength beyond summer. It's still autumn, can we really beat him?"

Satoruu, unshakable in his determination, stresses their commitment to helping Mither defeat Nuckelavee by luring him in, while Mither's job is to lock the creature deep in the ocean. Feeling no objection, Mither finally agreed to the plan.

However, Mither offered an important revelation. "There's something you all should know. I can only lock up Nuckelavee. If anything happens afterwards, I can't help you any further because it's still autumn."

The next day, their plan began to work. Satoruu and the rest of the group begin their task of luring Nuckelavee. Fortunately, they were familiar with the route to the southern sea and did not need to cross the Voidical city anymore. They skillfully guided Nuckelavee away from the dead forest and towards the waiting sea.

Considering her fragile state, Yuka carefully sat on the horse accompanied by Alarick.

Unexpectedly, Kaminou shows up, messing with the plan they had carefully put together. He threw a dark ball, forcing those who lured Nuckelavee to dodge the attack quickly.

Stepping forward, Satoruu intercepts Kaminou, giving the others a new chance to lure Nuckelavee back on track. A fierce battle ensued between Satoruu and Kaminou.

The rumbling clashing of Satoruu's sword with Kaminou's staff resounded in the air. Kaminou unleashed many magic skills, but failed to land a single blow on Satoruu.

In a devastating turn of events, an unexpected moment occurs in front of them.

When Satoruu finds himself cornered, Yuka selflessly intervenes. He protected Satoruu from Kaminou's powerful magic, resisted the brunt of the attack and was thrown several meters away.

"Yuka!!" Satoruu's sad cry pierced through the air.

Rushing to Yuka's side, Satoruu finds her in critical condition, her panic escalating. "No, no, no! Yuka, you have to hold on, please!"

Weak, Yuka clasped Satoruu's hand. "Yes, I can still hold on. But please, continue with our plan."

After saying those words, Yuka was unconscious. Although his breathing continued and his heart was still beating, he no longer had the strength to remain conscious. While Yuka's condition is stable, Satoruu is overwhelmed by grief.

Overwhelmed by grief and fueled by anger, Satoruu rose to his feet. With confidence in his voice, he began chanting powerful spells.

..."I call upon the Companions of the Lords of Hell."...

..."He who acquired the Wrath. And he was the strongest among all of the demon-race dragons."...

..."Hear my call and come forth."...

...Indonesia: indone:...

...("I call upon the companions of the Sovereign of Hell.")...

...("He accompanied the Wrath. And he was the strongest among all the dragon race demons.")...

...("Hear my call and come.")...

..."Demonic Dragon's."...

His sword was enveloped in a purplish black aura, a darkness that surpassed anything he had ever held before. The aura rotated from the hilt to the sword, increasing its power at all times.

Satoruu's eyes suddenly lit up, one turning red and blue, reflecting the heterochromia that determined his gaze. His blank gaze locked onto Kaminou, his face wrinkled with anger.

The once-bright sky had now become darker, the clouds swirling in response to his spell. The surrounding landscape took on an ominous hue, as if it was absorbed by the increasingly dense darkness.

Kaminou launches an attack, but Satoruu, who is now strengthened by his awakened Demonical Darkness magic, remains immune to danger. The shadow enveloped him, forming a sinister robe that strengthened his already terrifying presence.

Answering his call, the Demonic Dragon's soul materialized in the form of a shadow created by his dark magic. It stood beside Satoruu, its silhouette visible, its eyes shining with a fiery red light.

Shelina, Viona, Ryan, and Claire could only stare in awe as Satoruu made full use of the potential of his Demonical Darkness magic. They never understood the terrifying power sleeping within him.
