My love is blocked by your throne
28. The Family of Willyam Pramudya

There's a difference in the mansion of Willyam Pramudya's extended family residence today. The usual atmosphere was quiet and cold, now it looked warm and crowded. At least it is illustrated from the family dining room where the whole family gathers to eat together after the arrival of the king, Mr. Willyam Pramudya, the commissioner and owner of Pramudya Corp.

The man over sixty years old still looks dashing with good looks that are still left clearly on his face. He sat at the head of the table eating his dishes.

To his right sits Damaresh Willyam next to Madame Claudia. Then one seat away from Claudia, sat Antoni Willyam, the man who had the face of eleven and twelve with Edgard. Opposite Damaresh, sits Edgard Willyam accompanied by his wife, Nola. Then Mistress Cristine, mother of Edgard and Antoni.

Willyam Pramudya has

three children. Claudya Willyam, the mother of Damaresh.

Alan Willyam, father of Edgard and Antoni, then Alarick Willyam the youngest son who is not found in the ranks of the Willyam family today. Even according to the news of Willyam Pramudya's youngest son had withdrawn from the big name Willyam family because of something.

So, there are no daughters in Willyam Pramudya's extended family, all of them men who are equally good-looking above average especially Damaresh Willyam, who is a good-looking boy, the man who keeps more of his mouth shut now than any of his other family, who is busy licking Willyam Pramudya with insignificant praise.

Naturally not, if everyone wants to get the attention of the owner of the power, who knows with it can be an additional amount of share ownership in Pramudya Corp or at least additional assets in other fields. Again the ends of money.

But by how much, they caught the attention of Willyam Pramudya, inwardly, the man had already crowned Damaresh Willyam as the crown prince of his kingdom. Because of the many advantages that Damaresh has over his other brother, in addition to the boasting Damaresh first to Edgard if he is the "gold mine" of the large family of Wilyam Pramudya. It is clear that Willyam's attention is more on Damaresh, though he does not completely ignore his other two grandchildren.

"Aresh, how are you?" Willyam turned the question to Damaresh after a few jokes and he listened to indirect reports from his other descendants about the busyness and income they get every day, especially Edgard who seemed eager to find more face in front of his grandfather. Even if not for the compassion of Damaresh, Edgard would have been kicked out of the seat of the greatness of the CEO Mediatama.

"As the result of the canon, Grandpa." said Damaresh briefly. He felt that he did not need to extend a lot of words, because he knew his grandfather who preferred to live abroad had invisible surveillance cameras in all lines of his business in the country. No small spot will escape his monitor. So why do many say, if it turns out that Mr. Willyam already knows everything.

Hearing his dearest granddaughter's reply, Willyam let out his trademark laugh while patting Damaresh on the shoulder once.

"Maybe there's only one you need to know about Damaresh" Claudya said. The woman who always put forward a luxurious and classy look was very excited when Willyam had directed the conversation towards his only son.

"What's Clau?"

"It's time, he decided on his future life partner, right Pa?" Claudya gave a smile towards her son who seemed to be less fond of the topic of conversation that Claudya had chosen now.

"I agree Aunt Clau, it's time for my brother to end the hunt for the girls who have been chasing him all this time" said Edgard. He deliberately showed his pretentious attitude to the brother who was also considered his rival in fighting for the throne in Pramudya Corp since long ago, until he declared his defeat some time ago when Damaresh showed his sharp fangs.

Damaresh only glanced at Edgard with the tip of his eye.

"Betul Aresh, you need a companion for your future career success" Mrs Cristine said.

"If marriage is only meant to support job success, I don't need that Aunt Crish" Damaresh said flatly.

"agree. All this time Damaresh has been successful without the presence of a wife." said Antoni Willyam.

"It's true" Claudia said. "But Aresh will be even more successful if he is accompanied by a woman who has the ability to support his work."

added again.

"Does Brother Claudya have a candidate for Damaresh?" ask Crishtine.

"There certainly is, and I'm sure Papa would agree with this candidate, too," Claudya rolled the conversation over to Mr. Willyam to hear the decision-maker's opinion in the Pramudya family's circle. But there was no response from him, except to stay relaxed eating his food. Because the word Pramudya is always appearing at the end of the story, as a marker that the decision has reached its finish.

"Why ask for grandfather's approval first, Auntie? should have asked Damaresh only,"

"Damaresh will obey his mother and grandfather" Claudya replied confidently. Of course this is also a satire for Antoni who repeatedly refused to be betrothed because he felt not interested, while women in his tribe were rejected outright by his extended family because it was not worth it. Antoni then decided not to marry when he never again found an agreement with his family.

Of course because of that Antoni is called not obedient to family rules.

Another case of Edgard who agreed to marry Nola, the woman of choice of family, while in him never grew love for his wife. Be Edgard looking for her pleasure outdoors by dating several women including her secretary in the office.

Setali three money with Nola who also never wanted Edgard as her husband, making him also do the same thing. But the married couple will appear as the happiest couple in public, in the way they are good at wearing masks of falsehood.

This is not unknown to the Pramudya family, but they close their eyes thinking it is common. Except for Christin who can only hope in his heart that the tragedy of the late Alan Willyam, his husband, will not be repeated on Edgard.

"Ahh I don't fully believe it" Antoni said in response to Claudya's remarks. He tapped his tablespoon onto the table.

This disrespectful way was glimpsed by Mr. Willyam.

"I'm sure Aresh would choose to marry a woman

the one he loves" said Antoni again.

"The men in Willyam Pramudya's extended family can't just fall in love. Because they will only fall in love with women who have been determined by family rules." Claudya said. He did act as a legislator in the Pramudya family which of course the law has been legalized by Mr. Willyam. Or it was precisely on Mr. Willyam's cue that the law was made.

"If falling in love has a catalog, it may be directed like the thought, Aunt Clau,"

Antoni accompanied the slanted smile in his speech.

All this time it was only he who had a hobby of debating "Mother Suri" Pramudya kingdom. Unlike Edgard who was reluctant to express words with Claudya, especially Damaresh who actually felt reluctant to just meet her biological mother.

"I will make the catalog from a row of classy women of course. if likened to goods, I choose from a famous brand," said Claudya eagerly.

"Don't forget who's good at spending money too, Auntie. If men in the Pramudya family should not fall in love, then women who come in this family must also have the ability to shop and travel above average. Because it is like that, it is a portrait of the household in the Pramudya family," Antoni said in a smile to sneer at him.

Damaresh quietly pulled the corner of his lips with Antoni's words, although he rarely greeted his cousin, but Antoni's simple thoughts were often preferred by Damaresh rather than Edgard.

"Hmm," the king interrupts with his dehem. Which indicates that the conversation will be decided soon.

"What do you think about this, Aresh?" mr. Willyam asked Damaresh directly about his mother's wishes.

"There's still a lot I need to focus on, Grandpa."

sahut Damaresh relax.

"Alright, but if one day I judge you already at the point of 'must' then, your grandfather does not accept rejection, Aresh!" concluded mr. Willyam.

"Yes," Damaresh replied briefly.

As previously reported, when the king had spoken, there was no longer any room for anyone to argue. And that conversation, it's over.
