My love is blocked by your throne

My love is blocked by your throne
20. Marrying.

"Sit down" Lukman invited with his hand for his guest to sit down. Guests who have been waiting for his arrival since the last three days. Kaivan sat down first and then followed by Damaresh Willyam.

Aunt Husna came with a tray of two drinks and presented them to the two men, "Call Aura here" Lukman said

who was immediately nodded by Husna, not forgetting the middle-aged woman stole a look at Kaivan and Damaresh before passing away.

"So what's wrong, Mr Lukman called me here?"

Damaresh doesn't seem to want to waste too much time. Today he has to return to Jakarta. But Aura's father's invitation via a telephone that asked him to come made the man have to turn the direction he had from Mediatama would directly to the airport, but instead ended up at Aura Aneshka's house.

"Please drink first!" Lukman said casually, but his facial expression looked tense.

Kaivan had glanced at Damaresh who looked ordinary, in contrast to him who felt a change in Lukman's attitude. Aura's father who at their first meeting showed a friendly attitude, now even showed a flat face.

Aura was present in the room, was shocked to see two men sitting in front of his father.

He immediately sat down not far beside Lukman following the gesture from the middle-aged man.

Without a word, Lukman handed over a large brown envelope to Damaresh, which the man noticed immediately, but did not touch.

"Please open!" Lukman's voice trembled slightly, it seemed like the man was trying to restrain himself

who since seeing the face of Damaresh had wanted to

put his fists on the handsome face of his daughter's superior.

Damaresh gestured for Kaivan to open the envelope. Kaivan immediately carried out his duty. Open the envelope, see the contents and immediately show it to Damaresh.

"Is that true Mr. Damaresh with my daughter?"

ask Lukman.

"Yes, right. That's me with your daughter" Damaresh replied

resolutely, it seemed that he had no intention to deny it all. The aura seemed to hold its breath

he stared intently at Damaresh.

"Akhtar, Aura's future husband, canceled their marriage because of the photo. I understand, anyone will have negative thoughts on you looking at such a photo, including me," Lukman immediately stopped saying because Aura immediately said.

"But the real events are not the same as you think, Dad. Mr. Damaresh please, explain the truth,"

"Don't talk before I ask you, Aura!"

Anger, disappointment, and sadness mixed in Lukman and radiated clearly on his face, making Aura unable to speak anymore.

"Dad was very disappointed in you," again, the sentence was said Lukman with a trembling voice. It shows how deeply disappointed you feel

her only daughter who had always been her pride all along.

"Aura never did anything like that, Dad,"

Aura tried to explain once again with a voice that started to roar as she almost cried.

"Don't tell Aura, the evidence is clear!" Lukman snapped at his daughter in a loud voice.

Aura lowered her head, one clear point her tears fell.

All his life, only this time did Lukman crack him violently. Aura's heart ached, though,

but seeing the pain of the father knowing he had done something he had never done,

it made his heart much more painful. His heart screamed,

and immediately hatred towards Damaresh Willyam erupted in his chest.

"I don't want to know who the father is" Lukman directed his sharp gaze at Damaresh.

"All I know is that you have done something inappropriate with my daughter. Then you must account for your deeds."

Lukman said with great emphasis, there was not a single sense of trepidation in him. Although he knew how powerful Damaresh Willyam was, perhaps just by snapping his finger, Lukman and his daughter would be doomed.

But Lukman must tell the truth, especially about Aura Aneshka, his beloved daughter.

"You must get married!" Lukman said firmly.

"What?" only Aura looked surprised, not with Damaresh. The man who always appeared with his flat face still showed the same expression.

"No Dad, until whenever I'm not getting married to Mr. Damaresh," Aura shook her head quickly. Why for him to establish a sacred bond with a man who never believed in a marriage like Damaresh. What will be the destruction of Aura's life later if living with him.

So thought Aura.

"But dad, .."

"I will marry Arra," Damaresh said quickly before Aura finished her speech.

Aura looked at her boss with a glare, Kaivan also looked surprised.

"Good, it should be," Lukman said, looking relieved and also worried at the same time.

"When should we get married?" ask Damaresh with ease.

"Fastly,"

"Then we're getting married tonight, too,"

break it without burden.

"Mother, don't joke!" Aura lodged a loud protest while staring intently. According to him, there is no way a Damaresh who has not been willing to submit to anyone, would just follow Lukman's decision. Moreover, this was the decision to get married, one thing that Damaresh never wanted to do in the past. That guy must be just playing around.

"I'm not kidding, Arra." Damaresh stared back at Aura with an intimidating look, as was his custom when his orders were rejected.

"I don't trust my father" Sahut Aura.

"Whatever, the important thing is that I'll marry you tonight is also at your father's request."

The man really decided. A decision that cannot be disputed.

"Don't mess with a wedding, man,"

Aura tried to remind him that even if he knew, this would not work. But there is one fact that cannot be forgotten

Aura, that between himself and Damaresh Willyam has a different view of the meaning of a marriage. (as told in chapter ten)

Damaresh smiled obliquely, ah not a smile but rather a grin towards Aura as if confirming that his decision could no longer be challenged.

The aura felt his head throbbing, all this happening was too shocking and unexpected.

Married to Damaresh Willyam was not a good choice. The man should not be able to be a good priest in his household, until now Aura did not even know what beliefs were espoused by him.

"You ready?" Kaivan asked, frankly, he worried about his best friend. Soon Damaresh will marry Aura.

"I'm always ready to face anything, Kai."

"I know, but this is something else Resh, I don't think it's too late

if you want to cancel!" kaivan.

"Why should I cancel?"

"The real color you never want to get married,"

Kaivan of course knows how a Damaresh is.

"I want to do it right now." break up Damaresh

"Why?"

"Arra challenged me once, if he would never marry me, now I want to prove that I can marry him."

Damaresh.

"Aresh, that Aura isn't someone who has simple thoughts about marriage,"

"I know. have Kai, now teach me the creed, I've forgotten how it is,"

"Testament of the Creed?" Kaivan was confused.

"Yes. He said it's an Islamic marriage contract,"

Kaivan according.

Damaresh was born a Muslim, but do not ask him how to pray,

wudhu, and so on from the ritual worship of seoarang muslim. Because in him it is not implanted such a thing since childhood. Only when her grandmother was still alive, Madam Laura Dewi who was born in Java native that taught some things about the religion of Islam to her grandchildren such as prayer, worship and so on.

And when Damaresh came of school age, religious studies were no longer a priority.

Because the children born to Willyam Pramudya family are only educated and encouraged to be tough dollar fighters. Especially when Laura Dewi died in a plane crash, no more religious education was received by Damaresh and his brothers until they were adults.
