"Miss Aura," Damian walked up to the hijab girl with a raised smile.
He did not expect that the guest who was waiting for him in the Small Guest Room of Pramudya's office was Aura Aneshka.
"Please sit down, Miss!"
Aura nodded small, the face that always screamed hospitality now looked bloated, no more beautiful smiles that always spread from both corners of her tiny lips.
"It's an honor, Miss wants to see me" Damian said, shortly after Aura sat herself on the super soft sofa that was available inside the room.
"I am honored to be able to set foot in this magnificent office again" said Aura with a gaze thrown at the entire room with a glance.
"Actually, I would like to meet Mr. William in person, but surely he will not be pleased," said the hijab woman later.
Damian smiled gently.
"Mr William is not currently in the office, he is in the mansion.
Lately Mr. William's health has always declined, yes maybe the age factor, plus more and more workload," Damian said.
"I just found out, if someone like Mr. William can be burdened with his work, too" Aura said.
That Aura speech sounded like innuendo in Damian's ears, even making the middle-aged man feel mispronounced. But at once Damian laughed crisply to cover up a bit of his surprise, so as not to be read by Aura.
"If Miss really wants to talk to Mr. William, I'll take you to the mansion." Damian offered his services without being asked.
"Ah no, thank you," Aura refused.
"I'll talk to Mr. Damian, yes it's enough, like I've spoken to Mr. William in person. Because I believe, Mr. Damian only acts and speaks on behalf of Mr. William, not on behalf of a personal Damian."
This time, Damian could no longer cover his shocked expression at Aura's remark, he felt completely being insinuated for his actions of exposing Airlangga's situation to Aura which he recognized as a personal initiative, a few days ago.
It was seen Aura taking something from inside her tote bag. A brown envelope that Damian gave to Aura a few days ago was given by William.
The woman placed the envelope on the table that was the barrier between the two, and with her fingers Aura pushed the brown envelope right in front of Damian.
"I'm returning this envelope to you, sir."
"It's a right, Miss. Mr. William has given it to you" Damian said as he pushed the envelope back toward Aura again.
"No." Aura immediately prevented with her hands. "I don't deserve it. Tell Mr. William, if you just want me to leave Damaresh, there's no need to give me a stock book, let alone a company. I'm just a little guy who never dreamed of being a big guy like you. My purpose in life is only God's desire, not to have company as you think."
Again, Damian was only able to be speechless hearing Aura's words accompanied by a stern look.
"I'll tell you, Miss." That sentence was later chosen by Damian.
"Tell Mr. William also, if I choose to leave Damaresh at this time, it is not because I fear your intimidation. I have always believed that everything that God has put together cannot be separated by anything, no matter how much effort you put in. I decided to leave, because I didn't want to put Damaresh in any doubt, because I had to choose between saving his wife or his father."
Damian just nodded his head just hearing Aura's words. Somehow there was no happy smile on his face because he had succeeded in achieving a resounding victory from the task given William. Which with his words a few days ago, had managed to make Aura decide to leave from William Damaresh.
Damian actually did not feel victorious now, the article every simple sentence spoken by Aura as if the right blade hit his heart, especially when then Aura said.
"This is how I love Damaresh, a little affection, probably because we were in a bond for no more than a year. Unlike the way that Mr. William loves Damaresh, which is very much a pressure and threat, which you value as a form of great affection, perhaps because Mr. William already knew Damaresh from before he was born."
Aura pulled her hand resting on the table onto the lap, then pulled her body to lean comfortably on the back of the occupied chair. His position this time looks more relaxed, along with the tone of his speech which is also more relaxed.
"It needs to be questioned, where is the true affection of what I did and what Mr. William did to Damaresh. Because according to what I have understood so far, that compassion only exists in people who have a conscience, not those who are just filled with ambition, what do you think, Mr Damian?"
Damian could only display an imperfect smile in response to Aura's question. The man actually wanted to lower his head, but his ego and prestige made his neck as though stiff steel could not be moved.
"I will tell you everything Miss Aura said to Mr. William" Damian said. He used that sentence again, It seems that it was the most appropriate sentence to cover his current nervousness.
"That's what I expected, Mr. Damian. I believe Mr. Damian will tell Mr. William nothing more and nothing less than one word."
Aura then packed up to immediately end their meeting. "I beg you, Mr. Damian."
Auras of gasps stood up and Damian also joined in his line.
"One more thing, sir." The aura that was about to step immediately undoes its intentions.
"While I am no longer with Damaresh, it does not guarantee that he will be fully obedient to Lord William. Damaresh is a very principled man."
"Good, Miss. Mr. William should know this" Damian said immediately.
"If, Mr. Damian has forgotten all of my words, you can replay the tape" Aura said with a pointed look.
"Recorded?" Damian looked surprised, because he felt he did not record the conversation between the two of them.
"All small guest rooms in this office are equipped with sophisticated CCTV that not only contains images, but also talks clearly. The cameras in each Small guest room are directly connected to the CEO's room and the commissioner's room. It is intended that there is no secret from the company if one of the officials of Pramudya Corp is receiving a guest visit in the small guest room," said Aura. Because only high-ranking officials Pramudya only can receive guests in small guest rooms. In addition, you will receive a visit in the lobby or living room on the ground floor only.
"Miss knows about that?" ask Damian in wonder.
"Mr Damian didn't know I'd worked for more than two months in this office as a personal assistant CEO?"
Damian looks surprised expression, this he does not know, because all this time he worked for William at Pramudya Corp, London, not in Jakarta.
"It is not impossible that Mr. William is currently monitoring our conversation from his room. Because I know, if Mr. William is in Pramudya's office, not in his mansion," said Aura who immediately silenced Damian of all words.
"I'm sorry, Mr. Damian." Aura immediately ended the conversation after Damian fell silent.
The woman rushed out of the room towards the elevator that would take her to the ground floor.
*******
"Sir Dirga," said Aura astonished to see the nanny of Damaresh since childhood was waiting for him in the courtyard of Pramudya's office.
"I was ordered by the young master to deliver, Miss back to Surabaya," said Dirga immediately.
"I will return to Surabaya today. But I do not want to trouble Mr. Dirga, I can go home to Surabaya alone," Aura refused.
" I will carry out my duties with or without my consent, Miss," said Dirga. Aura was silent, because when Dirga had determined so, forbidding it, was a free action.
"Miss Aura" said Dirga, breaking the silence created in the car that took them to the airport.
"What's Mr Dirga?"
"That young master, loves very much, Miss.
Although maybe you never said it. And no one told me to talk to you like this, Miss."
There was no response from Aura to Dirga's words, the woman fell silent with a pair of eyes that began to condense.
"I can go wrong with what I say, Miss.
But I feel like I know my young master well enough. Once he loves you, miss, he won't know how to stop.
Whether you are with him or not, he will stand with all his feelings.
That's all I know about Mr. Damaresh."
It was Dirga who immediately made Aura look down, when the lump of dew in her eyes had turned into water, water ready to flow.
"I'm sorry if I'm so presumptuous of you, miss.
In my opinion, it is not the right decision, if you choose to leave the young master now. Because even though I never said it, I knew that the young master was secretly rallying forces against the tyranny of Lord William. And he gets more excited when you get into his life" Dirga said.
"What should I do, sir?" The aura is a raucous voice.
I want to calm myself, first" he continued while wiping one clear point that had fallen rolling on the cleavage of his cheek.
"If that's the reason Miss, I get it..
You may leave but only to pull over, because the young master really needs you more, than anything,
This time."
Dirga immediately clenched his mouth again.
