CHAPTER 32

Three days Bastian had accompanied Kania in the hospital, his condition was getting better but until now the woman did not open her eyes.

"Kania..what are you waiting for, baby, why are you punishing me like this?" Bastian. He was getting frustrated waiting for his girlfriend to open her eyes.

"Patience dear, maybe Kania still feels trauma due to the accident" said Emili who accompanied Bastian in the hospital. Rafael keeps Derry in his apartment.

"Tian misses this lady very much Grandma, grandma knows no, Kania is a very strong woman. He never gets angry and complains when Tian is cruel to him in the office. He was very patient in facing Tian's attitude. Tian was often evil to her. Tian used to do that because to avoid Tian's fond feelings for him. "Tian, listen to grandma. You have to be strong, baby, don't be weak in front of Kania. Grandma sure she's okay." said Emili.

But Bastian was getting hysterical while hitting his head and chest. He couldn't see Kania like that. "Tian would rather die than see it that way."

"Ssssttt.you can't talk like that. Kania needs your strength." said Emili.

A few minutes later the doctor came out. "Patients experiencing post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or trauma from an accident. He needs support and confidence back. So we beg you to be calm when the patient regains consciousness. For now, the patient can calm down again" said the neurologist who handles Kania.

"How long will patients experience something like this?" ask Bastian who is still letting out his tears.

"Depending on the patient's psychology, stay next to Kania's mistress, sir. That'll help him." said the doctor.

"Thank you doctor." replied Bastian. Then he and Emili went back into the room. Bastian looked at that pale face. He really wants to hug her if there is no tool that is on the body Kania. Emili could only calm her grandson down.

Cristina decides to fly from Paris to America to meet her beloved sister. Delia contacted him and explained how badly Bastian was hit by the accident that befell her lover. Bastian loved her so much that he made her weak. Cristina didn't expect her sister to be like that.

After he finished his work. He left for the United States. 6 hours more journey, finally Cristina to Maryland. He went to his grandparents' apartment first.

Rafael was shocked when he opened the apartment door. His favorite daughter immediately snatched away his embrace. "Fire.." he shouted.

Raphael hugged his daughter and lifted her up. Rafael kissed Cristina's face. "Oh my God, I miss you so much. How come you can be here at night like this, baby."

Rafael took him in. "I mean why are you going to America, baby?"

"Cristin was curious about the woman who could make Prince Widjaja weak" Cristina replied.

This time it was Rafael who sniggered. "A very beautiful woman dear, your sister's love is very big to her. There was good and bad news with Kania. But later on, you'll be tired."

Cristina shakes. "Cristin has been sleeping on the plane for a long time so not too tired. So what's the good and bad news?" tanyanya.

"The good news is that Kania is aware, but it is bad when she realizes that Kania has PTSD due to an accident" Rafael said.

Cristina gasps. "Oh my God, that's bad pi. He can be prolonged stress if he is not next to the person he trusts."

Rafael nodded. "I hope your brother can handle it."

"Amenas. Where's grandpa?" ask Cristina.

"In his room, he had just gone to bed" replied Rafael.

"Cristin wants to see him." Cristina leaves Rafael and his big suitcase. Rafael just shook his head at his daughter's increasingly mature and successful behavior. Rafael takes Cristina's suitcase to his room.

"Grandfather.." whispered Cristina slowly. He looked at the face of his grandfather who was getting older. "Cristin misses grandpa. When do we get back together like we used to." he said.

Derry blinked his eyes and was shocked when he saw his grandson. "Cristin.." call him.

"Grandfather, you remember Cristin." replied Cristina.

Derry hugged Cristina while crying. Derry is very close to Cristina. Just hearing her voice, Derry must have remembered Cristina. But with the others, they had to explain it first. Derry is getting older and sometimes senile.

"Grandfather don't cry, Cristin was sad" Cristina said, hugging her grandfather.

"Cristin wants to be here forever, right?" Derry.

Cristina hesitated to answer what, but she pleased her grandfather and nodded. "Now grandfather sleeps again, tomorrow we have breakfast together okay." Cristina said.

Derry nodded and laid down the old body again like a child his mother told him to sleep. Cristina enveloped her grandfather and left her grandfather's room after Derry fell asleep.
