CHAPTER 12

Bastian returns to his office after 8 p.m., he enters and still finds Kania on his desk. What did this woman do, he thought. Bastian's approaching Kania.

"Isn't it time to go home? Why are you still here?" ask Bastian.

"I'm waiting for my dad to come back. The paperwork is done but I'm afraid there's another mistake." replied Kania.

"Fuck that document, it's Kania's night and you're still here. My God, why are you so stupid." snapped Bastian. "Don't tell me you haven't had dinner yet" he continued.

Kania just shut up and bowed. Because Kania hasn't had dinner at all.

Bastian is getting emotional seeing Kania's silence. Bastian walked into his office and slammed the door hard. Kania was surprised, wrong especially what he did so that made Bastian very angry.

Kania immediately walked into Bastian's office while carrying his documents. Kania put the documents on Bastian's desk. Bastian was leaning on his chair while closing his eyes. His mind is very mixed. He was still confused about what to do with the woman he loved.

"Sir.." call Kania.

Bastian opened his eyes and immediately picked up the document. He researched Kania's work. A few minutes later he closed the document.

"That's enough. Do you want to come home in the morning?" bastian.

Kania shakes. "I'm going home now sir." replied Kania.

"Oh my God I can't help it anymore" Bastian said as he stood up and walked over to Kania. He pulled Kania and kissed the woman.

Kania gasped and took a few steps back. Kania's face paled as a result of Bastian's touch.

"Oh my God, I'm sorry" said Bastian.

Kania immediately rushed out of the room. Excuse me... That word made Kania sob. What does Bastian mean kiss him and apologize. Kania took her bag and wanted to go home. A few steps towards the elevator, Bastian held his hand and pulled him back into his room without caring about Kania's moonshine.

Bastian sat Kania on the couch. Then he bowed in front of Kania. "I'm sorry I made Kania's mistake. Are you mad at me? I beg you to forgive me." said Bastian.

Kania turned her face away. "I'm going to be late, sir, forget about it." replied Kania as he stood up and left Bastian who was still sitting on the floor.

Bastian throws a vase of flowers after a few minutes of Kania's departure.

Oh my God what did I do? I should have said I wanted you, not said it was a mistake. It's stupid Tian, how do I face that woman tomorrow Bastian murmured.

It was 10 p.m., he had no intention of going home. He looks for his own work in his office. And until finally he fell asleep on the sofa while sitting.

The next day, Jodhi is shocked to see Bastian in his office asleep.

"Sir Tian, why are you sleeping here?" Jodhi tries to wake Bastian up.

Bastian opened his eyes. "Damn me to sleep. Mr. Jodhi I'm not well today, can you take care of the office today? I'll go home and rest." he asked.

"Of course sir, you should go to the doctor first" said Jodhi.

Bastian just nodded and left his office.

Kania was very reluctant to go to the office. Because the incident last night made him unable to sleep all night, he continued to imagine his first kiss with Bastian. If only the kiss was because Bastian wanted it. Unfortunately, his boss said it was a mistake. Kania laughs miris.

He immediately went to his office, he had to forget about last night because he needed this job. Her mother is now getting better, the medicine given by the hospital is the best medicine for her mother. He was very grateful that someone had paid the hospital fees and that no one had demanded him for a year to pay the debt. His sister's school fees can also be paid from the salary of the secretary as well as personal assistant Bastian.

Kania waited for the bus as usual and he was very lucky today the bus was not too full. Half an hour's drive he reached Widjaja's office. Kania went straight up to the 4th floor, apparently Jodhi sir was waiting for him.

"For the sir, what's the matter waiting for me?" ask Kania.

"Sir Bastian is sick, so today I took his place. I want to know the schedule today." said Jodhi.

Kania picked up her schedule book. "Today there was only one meeting with a client from Australia. The problem of the island land that is being used as a place of recreation" said Kania.

"I already know about it. What time is the meeting?" ask Jodhi

"Four 10 am at Sahid hotel sir." replied Kania.

"Is there another schedule?" ask Jodhi again.

"No more sir. Today's meeting is only one client, then prepare documents for Chinese clients tomorrow morning." said Kania.

Jodhi nodded. "You're not in the office to follow me. You just do other important documents." said Jodhi.

Kania nodded. "All right sir." replied Kania.

Jodhi leaves Kania. Kania thought to herself, how her boss could get sick. He was okay last night. Kania walks into Bastian's room and is shocked to see a broken flower vase on the floor.

What happened to Bastian? Was that guy angry when I left him? Shouldn't that be me? Where's office* boy? Why hasn't the clock cleaned the office yet*.Kania thought while picking up the flower vase.

Before long the office boy permits in and starts tidying up his CEO's room.

Bastian really had a fever, he fell asleep last night in his office without using a blanket. His body started to shiver and sweat now. His head was so dizzy, he could not get out of his bed. He must contact Kania. The woman was also his personal assistant, so far he had never sent Kania to his home. It's time for the woman to work as an assistant.

Bastian took his phone, his hand shaking. He pressed the call button. But his head suddenly throbbed, he groaned in pain. It turned out that his phone had been picked up by Kania. Kania listened to Bastian's moaning.

"Hello sir, you're okay, right?" kania said, but there was no answer from Bastian. "Sir Tian, hello..." Kania suddenly panicked. Obviously the voice of his boss was in pain. "Sir Tian, you heard me. Hello sir.pak Tian say something." said Kania again.

Bastian did not answer Kania's call at all. The man was really sick, but the last time Kania met he was still healthy.

Kania looked for the address book of his superior, some address book he opened, all this time he never asked anyone the address of his superior. A few minutes later, he finally got it. Kania meets Jodhi sir in his room. Jodhi was very surprised and told Kania to go to her house immediately. Kania nodded and exited the office looking for a taxi, then headed to Bastian's house.
