The day still looks quite dark, evidenced by the traces of the sun that are still timid to show themselves. Asya sighed, the woman fixed the location of the cardigan that wrapped it to dispel the cold, while going down the steps of the stairs.
His forehead frowned as he walked into the middle space. He who previously wanted to go to the kitchen, undo the intention and chose to step closer to the object lying on the sofa.
"Diehan?" The scrunches on his forehead became more visible when he mentioned the man's name.
What he saw was reality. Many times Asya rubbed his eyes, the figure of Raihan who slept on the sofa did not disappear.
Asya grimaced, she recalled how rudely she had rejected Raihan's presence in this villa.
Not without reason. Flashback anger Zidan who did not believe it, continues to spin when he saw the face of his ex-lover.
Their closeness, the attention that Raihan gives, according to Asya is one of the causes of Zidan's disappointment with him -- in addition to the man's own disbelief.
Asya pondered, staring in Raihan's face that looked so peaceful before her.
Then the nausea suddenly stopped, making Asya immediately cupped both palms to cover her mouth, before running quite fast towards the kitchen.
There was only a clear liquid coming out - just like the days before. Asya closed, continuing to feel the urge from inside the stomach to remove the liquid into the kitchen sink.
She's weak. Although this is not the first time he experienced, but the bitter taste left in his mouth even after gargling though, still makes his condition worse.
Two hands he made a focus. Asya looked down deeply, after watering the vomit marks and gargling to clean her mouth.
"That's mending?"
Asya choked, not because of the sound, but rather a gentle massage on her nape that strangely felt so comfortable.
"Udah." Asya replied in a flat tone, re-enforcing her body and turned to look at Raihan's worried-looking face.
"You used to be like this, huh?" Raihan asked in a soft tone.
Earlier, when his consciousness was not fully reached, the voice of Asya who was trying to let out the vomit entered his eardrum.
Raihan has tried to dispel any desire to approach the woman. He wanted to keep his distance from Asya, before actually coming back to try to approach him again.
However, in fact, worry overpowered all the defenses he made. And at that time, he immediately set foot on the floor of the cold ceramics, while brushing a thick blanket and headed straight to the kitchen to see the state of Asya.
"What are you doing here?" ask Asya ketus.
Raihan smiled wryly, he averted his gaze before looking back at Asya. "I'm worried."
"You don't have to worry."
"But, Sh-h-"
"Udahlah, Han. Don't be sympathetic because nothing will change."
"Well, why are you like this?"
Asya grunts. Really, he doesn't want to see that look of disappointment from anyone - including Raihan.
"You know what, Han? Because of our closeness, Zidan misunderstood us. Because. because of all this, I was forced to separate my son from his father. So, please Han, understand me, okay?"
The words made Raihan fixated, he did not expect his attention and closeness had been a boomerang for Asya's own relationship. Sighing, Raihan's hand moved - grasping the hand of Asya who was about to leave him.
"See, I know I was wrong. But, this feeling could not be forced to disappear so easily. It all needs a process."
"I know, but--"
"You promised me friendship, yes. You want that?"
Shaken, Asya grimaced while looking at his wrist that was in Raihan's grasp. He recalled that, recalling his promise to end the love affair, and starting it as a friendship. Now, what should he do?
"Yes, I beg you, don't stay away."
Asya's heart was broken. Ending it all is easy, but he wants to maintain this good relationship. Therefore he nodded, smiling and looking at Raihan.
Raihan felt that, a sincere smile had now returned.
"Okay, we're in office. But I can't do more than this, you know why, right?"
Of course he knows the reason. Asya loves Zidan, and that's one of the inevitable facts.
...
When Zidan's eyes opened, the bendentam attack on his head immediately attacked, making him grimace at the interlocking of his eyes to dispel the light tendrils that penetrated through the window.
"You're aware it turns out."
Zidan turned his head, finding the presence of Andi sitting on the sofa while leaning his body and folding his legs. His friend scolded, looking at him with a look full of annoyance.
"Where is this?" asked Zidan, trying to get up and lean his body on the head of the bed.
"Lo asked, where are you? Ck! You're in my apartment. And don't tell me you forgot what you did in Semalem?"
"What am I doing?"
Grunting, Andi exhaled before inhaling it back. Really, if Zidan was not his best friend, maybe he had kicked this unlucky handsome man out of his minimalist dwelling.
"Lo to the club and drink. And you want to know what happened after?"
Zidan nodded.
"Lo is almost at perk*sa. Fortunately, if not, maybe the girl is good."
Zidan grimaced as he pressed his dizzy head. The man was trying to remember a piece of what happened last night.
Starting when he went to the club, drinking drinks with a high level of alcohol, letting a j*lang roam his body, to-the-minute
"Lo said, you know where Asya is. Where is he now?"
Andi was dumbfounded, she did not expect that Zidan would remember what he said last night before he collapsed.
Sighing, Andi smiled amusedly. "Gue never said anything about Asya."
Regardless of where the power came from, Zidan immediately got up and walked quickly to Andi. The man looked angry, evident from his fist which he pointed to the face of his best friend.
"Lo can lie to me anything, An. But, don't lie to me about Asya's whereabouts. I'm not exactly* that you think. I need Asya, and I need my son, you know, right?"
Swallowing his saliva roughly, Andi nodded. "Okay, I'll tell you. But, please, you don't act stupid again when you meet Asya."
"Gue won't act stupid anymore, An. So I beg you, tell me where Asya is now."
...
Zidan crumpled his fingers furiously without him noticing. His eyes were heating up, his empty heart had now been re-filled, as his manic looked at Asya from a distance.
When Andi told Asya's whereabouts, - without waiting for a long time, Zidan moved to meet the woman.
He misses, he wants to hold her and kiss her with all his love. The smile implied on Asya's face - although it could only be seen from afar - could in fact make Zidan feel peace.
"I miss you, Shay. I miss you guys."
A few tears are now back. He swore, would gain Asya's trust no matter what. Will love him, and their son wholeheartedly.
Until the look of longing turned cold when he saw the figure of Raihan there.
Zidan sighed. Remembering Andi's words that warned him about Raihan's existence, he was tempted not to go back to doing something stupid for the umpteenth time.
Braving himself, Zidan got out of the car that he parked quite far from the villa owned by his best friend.
His steps feel slow. His heart was thrashed, even when his tread had stepped on the vast lawn grass.
There, not far from him, Asya was. Sitting on a chair right on the porch - side by side with Raihan.
"Ashya?"
The hoarse but firm voice that Asya longed for, crunched into the hearing. His round eyes were puffed up, looking at the person he loved, who hurt him repeatedly - now in front of him.
"Zidan, what are you doing here?"
