The Part 102
...
Zidan was still sitting there with a glaring look towards the floor. The man leaned over, closing his eyes for a moment before restoring his fallen hair forward using his fingers.
Thought garbled. It should be a happy day for her considering Asya is going to give birth now. However, with his absence on Asya's side to accompany his wife it actually made Zidan worried half to death.
An hour ago, exactly when Zidan was in the middle of a meeting that required her to attend, Rina called and informed her that Asya was about to give birth and they were on their way to the hospital.
Zidan. He hurriedly went out and apologized to the employees before rushing over and leaving to meet the wife.
"Zidan?"
The call made Zidan look up. He straightened his back and turned his head towards Rina who was smiling gently towards him. "What's up, Mah?"
"Don't worry, honey. Asya will be fine."
"You just need to be sure" continued Rendi.
"I." Zidan's voice almost disappeared. His chest felt twisted. He was worried half dead. "I know, Mah, Pah. She's a strong woman. But ...."
"Is it because you can't accompany her?" guess Rina.
Zidan nodded. "Yes, Mah."
Rina smiled. Both hands moved to encapsulate Zidan's face and rubbed his temples and strands of hair wet with sweat. "He'll be fine. Mom sure ...."
Unknowingly, Zidan's grasp was clenched tightly as he looked towards the door of the maternity room. The door was still tightly shut, there were no signs of Asya's labor being completed or anything that could calm her mind.
Zidan looked back. He piled his two elbows on his knees and almost screamed when someone grabbed his shoulders and squeezed him a little. The man looked up, and found Ana's whereabouts still in a typical medical white suit attached to her body.
"Sir Ana?"
"Sorry, you're new."
"No pa pa." Zidan patted the right side of the empty chair. "Sit, Brother."
"How's asya? How can you be outside? No Asya's nemenin inside?" Ana strafed Zidan with questions.
Instead of herself responding, Zidan turned to Rina to make the middle-aged woman represent Zidan to answer.
"Zidan just came by, honey. And Asya was already thirty minutes in there."
"He'll be fine." Ana cheered and patted Zidan on the shoulder.
"Can't I come in, brother?" ask Zidan.
Ana looked uncertainly. "We saw, Dan. Follow the procedure."
Before long the door of the maternity room opened with a nurse who came out and approached them. Zidan stood up. His face was even very tense when he asked a question.
The nurse replied with a smile that could not be separated, then told that Zidan could go inside and accompany the process of Asya maternity.
Zidan smiled haru. Although his chest was beating rapidly when he thought about the possibility of what happened to his wife, the man followed the nurse to enter the delivery room after performing some of the procedures the nurse had said.
There, on top of the patient's cage, Zidan could see Asya's sweaty pale face staring at him. Zidan walked over, almost like running before bowing and instilling a deep kiss in the temple of Asya and whispering words of love and encouragement to keep fighting.
...
A mother's struggle is huge. Containing even giving birth with life is at stake when it will bring the child to look at the world. At first Zidan seemed indifferent about it. He even had a prolonged conflict with his mother before that consciousness seeped into his mind and left Zidan to his chest.
Now, all the struggles he had originally only heard were now clearly drawn in the eye. Zidan even almost cried hard as soon as he saw the struggle of Asya in giving birth to their children.
His wife was straining, grimacing and clasping her hands tightly with her eyes tightly closed. And of the many things that can be done, why Zidan can only encourage and accompany without being able to do anything other than that?
"Darling, you can. You can do it, honey."
"Zidan!!"
Zidan continued to cheer. Until Asya exhaled a long breath and again strained along with the sound of baby crying that was heard afterwards. Zidan was amazed, sculpting, and his chest was beating hard. He fell in love with the creature. His kid.
"Congratulations, the baby's a boy. We'll clean it up first." The baby was picked up by a doctor and shown shortly before being handed over to the nurse for cleaning.
Zidan did not stop looking at his son in amazement. Afterwards the man lowered his head and again planted a kiss on Asya's sweaty forehead. "Thank you, honey. You succeed. Our son is born. It's the most beautiful gift."
Asya just smiled in response. He feels happy. The pain felt during labor, as if it means nothing when the child is born healthy. Their little angel. His heart and Zidan.
...
Perhaps other than marriage, this was the day where the Zidan and Asya families could gather. Zidan was still standing by Asya's side while feeding his wife slowly. Asya's face was still pale, but the pain and fatigue were not at all that the woman appeared.
Asya was transferred to the inpatient room after her delivery. Spacious room. In addition, there are sofas, tables, and special baby cribs on the left side of the Asya cage which is now being contacted by both the Zidan family, Asya and their friends.
"See, what's the baby's name?" ask Fany with eyes that are still focused on baby Asya who is still sound asleep.
Asya smiled, she turned her head towards Zidan after the man had previously shrugged off a glass of water. "Who's Zidan?"
"Zian Kaivano Revandra." Everyone unconsciously also spelled the name of the baby that Zidan had triggered.
Asya grabbed Zidan's hand. "What a beautiful name."
"You likey?" ask Zidan.
Asya nodded while looking towards the side. "i like. Zian Kaivano Revandra's. He and you have pretty much the same name."
"In addition, her face is also similar" whispered Rina. The middle-aged woman was moved and looked anxious when she saw the face of her first grandchild.
At his side Rendi also felt the same euphoria. No doubt the middle-aged man who now has a grandchild gives advice for Zidan to continue to look after Asya and Zian.
All congratulated, even in the corner of the room has been arranged gifts and gifts given by the family including Zidan's male friends who are in the room. They did not even hesitate to give a joke because among the four of them, Zidan was already married and even had children.
Asya smiled haru. Om, Aunt, Brother Justin, and his wife and children present complete Asya's happiness today. He missed his mother and father. Maybe if the two of them were still there it would all feel more complete.
"What are you thinking, honey?" ask Zidan.
Jemari Asya. "I miss Papah and Mamah" whispered Asya.
Zidan who could feel the change in his wife's emotions took him into a hug. "Later, we'll visit your parents' meal. They must be happy."
"Yes." Yeah." Asya nodded.
Then the little whimper sounded. Baby Zian yawned and then made an expression like she was about to cry which was honestly very adorable.
Ana, who had been itching to carry, finally ventured to take Baby Zian and took him slowly towards Asya's branch.
Asya greeted and hugged her slowly. Like a miracle, the whining Zian instantly fell silent in Asya's arms. The baby pranks, looking at Asya as if she is aware that her mother is currently holding her.
"Zian unfortunately Mama." The call felt foreign. However, Asya knew for sure that this was what he wanted. Asya lowered her head and let out a tear as she kissed the tip of Zian's reddish nose.
After that Asya looked. Zidan was still standing by his side with an inseparable look from their son.
"You want a sling?" ask Asya.
Zidan's face turned horror. Actually he wanted to, but was afraid because Zian's body was still so tiny.
"Zidan, you want a sling?" ask Asya again.
Just as Zidan was about to speak, the sound of pent-up rang out from the side. There his best friend looked at him with a mocking look.
"Basic, time doesn't dare to be fat."
"Yes, look at his face is already in tiptoe."
"Don't forget his hands are shaking."
All the throats made Zidan annoyed. He looked back at Asya. His wife smiled. "Try Zidan. He must have wanted to see the Papa too."
Zidan greeted Zian with trembling hands. He barely moved. Stiff as a statue. Naturally, this is his first time.
"Don't be so stiff, Zidan," said Asya.
Finally, Zidan swung and patted him slowly. Looking at the baby makes Zidan remember the taste when he first learned that Asya was pregnant. Not a single moment did Zidan go through without thinking about Asya and the baby as they were far apart.
"Sons of Papah, may be a dutiful child, dear parents and family, and be a child who can boast of the people around him."
The prayer was heard by all ears. A heartfelt prayer from a father to his son. It sounds simple, but it has great meaning.
This is not the end. However, this is the beginning of the story of their love journey which is still fairly short. They were once reunited, separated, before being reunited with misunderstandings from the unsolved past.
Then the truth slowly unfolds. It was accompanied by tears. However, is there not happiness that can be achieved without going through a series of tests from God?
...
END.
