Mother To Aina

Mother To Aina
BUA 51

Happy Reading's...

Many typo.

Like the previous Ramadan of every first day of breaking the fast, the mother and father always ask their children, daughter-in-law and grandchildren to gather at their homes. Routines happen every year.  Haifa who is the first and the second time now feels it still needs adjustment. Moreover, his relationship with his mother-in-law is arguably not as sweet as sugar.

"What time do we leave for mom's dad's?" ask Haifa.

"Where has ashar been? You see if the kesorean stuck for sure."

"OK if that's it. Children let to sleep first. Don't bother them." said Haifa as she moved away from her seat.

"Where are you going?" alvin asked while removing the sheath. They had just finished praying dzuhur then tadarusan.

"Haifa's going to the kitchen. Who knows if something can be cooked to be brought to the mother's father's house." Haifa replied while pinning her hair.

While in the kitchen, Haifa opened a refrigerator and cupboards that were used as storage for food stocks. The refrigerator and the cupboard alternate. Weighing thoughtfully what Haifa could make and which if fit on her mother-in-law's tongue. The stock of groceries that are still full makes Haifa confused about what will make. Not only that, Haifa was confused, Haifa was also confused because so far the cooking problem is quite sensitive for Haifa and her mother-in-law. Haifa has learned a lot from her mother. But not yet confident enough to take her to her mother-in-law.

Feeling like you don't have a good idea. Haifa sat down on the dining table chair while playing a cell phone in search of repercussions.

"Again what?" tanya Alvin then sat down next to Haifa.

"Find inspiration." Haifa replied.

Alvin's forehead shriveled.

"Haifa was confused what to cook" Haifa said.

"Don't cook, baby. Mother at home must have cooked" said Alvin, stroking Haifa's hair.

"Yes that's it. The old man's time there is ready. While we come empty handed. It's not good. Let alone Haifa, the daughter-in-law" Haifa said as she continued to stare and scroll through her phone screen.

Alvin understood very well what was on Haifa's mind.

"I'm sorry mom."

"Mas can't do that. Haifa's okay, Haifa's just confused what to do."

Alvin smiled, he cupped Haifa's face and told her to look at Alvin.

"This is. Now what materials are in the house?" ask Alvin.

"much. Almost the food stock is there, I forgot yes yesterday we just had a monthly shopping" said Haifa.

Alvin smiled again.

"Why smile?"

"Darling, you're a baker. Why not make some cake?"

"Haifa also thought of making cakes. But what cake? The cake is sweet. Just mother and father should not be too sweet because of diabetes" said Haifa.

Alvin was silent for a moment.

"What if we make pie. Suitable for breaking fast. Not too sweet either. Later we use sugar that is safe for diabetes, right?"

Haifa nodded.

"Now. Yaudah let us execute."

"Have a hand?" haifa said as she looked at Alvin expectantly.

"What help? Help ngicip?"

"Ih my."

"Yes yes. Yaudah yuk." take Alvin.

Haifa is preparing the material and weighing the material as needed. So far Alvin is still standing and watching Haifa with a smile.

"Mas, that'll help you get the sugar" Haifa said.

No reaction from Alvin.

"Mas Alvin." call Haifa.

"Mas Alvin was even dumbfounded with a smile thinking what try?" haifa said as she stood facing Alvin.

"Mas Alvin hey. What the hell was that thinking?" haifa asked as she patted Alvin's cheek softly.

"Eh what, baby?"

"Huh, really dumbass. What do you think hayo?"

"You." replied Alvin.

"Ish flirtatious."

"Haha but happy?"

"No."

"That's a lie, that cheek is red too."

"No" Haifa said as she covered her cheeks with her hands.

"Haha don't do this in front of others huh" Alvin said as he rubbed Haifa's head.

"Why?" ask Haifa.

"Yes, don't be so good. If the gemes gini put on a show in front of her husband."

"Huh basic."

"What's? I like to like it. Your husband."

"Ish."

Alvin smiled with satisfaction.

"Udah ah's. Not okay later. Haifa, please bring me some sugar" Haifa said.

"Yes. The pie is made 2 flavors how? The same fruit vanilla."

"Can. In the refrigerator there are also strawberries, kiwis, mangoes alike grapes. It's good for pie."

"At guarantee bestselling. There are many children."

"Hopefully yes."

An hour or so they struggled in the kitchen and their pie had so stayed in the fridge.

"Thank you, help Haifa."

"Same as a darling."

"Mas did not expect me dear" said Alvin arrived.

"Hm. Didn't know why? Didn't think you could make pie?"

"Not that."

"Continue?"

"Here it is." Alvin pulled Haifa to sit at the dinner table.

"What the hell is mas?"

"I didn't think so. This is our second Ramadan after marriage. Our marriage also lasted a year. Now there's Aidan."

"Yes yes. I'm glad I don't have a wife like Haifa."

"Should I be asked?"

"Oh yes dong. Let Haifa evaluate Haifa's performance as a wife for a year."

"It's good. Miss Alvin's performance for one year. Very good in fact. Successfully be a good mother and wife."

"Honey. Thank you." said Haifa.

"Next year two years of marriage there is a sister Aidan ya dear."

"Huh. It's up to start Ngaco. Bye." said Haifa while leaving Alvin.

Alvin smiled as he looked at Haifa who was getting further away from his sight.

It's 15:45 and they're ready.

"Sister is ready" Aina said as she ran towards Alvin.

"Where is the mother?"

"Mother get the bag first he said."

"Papa's pretty sister, right?" aina said as she spun in front of Alvin. The little girl was wearing a peach-colored robe and with a matching hijab.

"It's pretty dong" said Alvin.

"Sister's shirt is the same as mother." Proud.

"Oh yeah?"

"Yes dong."

"Udah yuk" said Haifa who had just approached them.

Half an hour's drive to my mom and dad's house. The Arvan family had already come first it turned out.

"Here is the Aid" said Alvin after opening the car door next to Haifa.

They walk in tandem.

"Assalamualaikum" they said simultaneously.

"Wa'alaikumussalam."

"Grandfather, Grandma" Aina said as she ran towards her grandparents.

Alvin and Haifa took turns kissing the hands of father and mother. As well as greeting others in the room.

"Oh yes ma'am. Here we bring the pie" Haifa said.

"Gee. Thank God, there is no sweet snack" said the mother.

"Haifa keep it in the fridge huh ma'am?"

"Oh yeah." rich mom. Haifa rushed to keep it in the refrigerator while mom was already cool with her new granddaughter.

"Vin's jam on the road?" ask Arvan.

"Creeping bang. Moreover, there was a road that was closed because there was excavation" said Alvin.

"Grandpa's grandfather was on the road there was a car behind his tires" Aina reported to the grandfather.

"And it's under the deck." Azzam's correction.

"Eh wrong. The tires are above that. Isn't it pa?" aina said to the papa.

"Yes." Yeah."

"There was an accident?" ask dad.

"Yes kayaknya. There was a car wreck on the side of the road" said Alvin.

"Aty Zia where are you coming back?" asked Aina because she had not seen the page since.

"Above the same adek Fika. Wanna there?"

Aina nodded.

"Remove on yuk." take Aina to Azzam.

"Corn."

"Haifa fasting?" ask Haifa.

"Yes, I'm fasting."

"Can emang?" ask mom again.

"Can. Vina was fasting last year" Vina said to her mother.

"Haifa also went to the doctor. He said it's okay if there's no effect on his ASI."

"Against pregnancy or breastfeeding, fasting is not prohibited ma'am. Only for those who are pregnant and breastfeeding, depending on the condition of the mother and baby. If you bring fasting, there is no problem why not. But if the health condition does not allow it then the doctor will give advice not to fast" said Arvan explained.

"Judek. But if it is because of fasting ASI so less, mending do not deh. It's pity for her" said mother.

"Yes mom. Haifa also will not impose if indeed later after a few days of fasting production of ASI reduced."

"Thank God then."

"Oh yeah, you guys are on nginep, right?" ask mother.

"We are God willing" replied Arvan.

"Alvin?" ask mother.

"Yes, Alvin is also Insha Allah nginep."

No terrace in less than 30 minutes is breaking the fast. The women except the mother were busy arranging the food at the dinner table.

"Where is the mobile phone?" alvin asked Haifa.

"In Haifa bag. The bag's in the mas room" Haifa said.

"Have pardon Alvin hp only you brought it?" ask Vina.

"Yes so. Lazy, bring her bag. If asked to be stored in the bag because it is not good to digganjel."

"It's the same as Dad" Zia said.

"Yes, my brother Alvin is the same. I think the twins are both of them. I'm not the same as Alvin" Vina said.

They are not finished talking about the two men.

"Bun, what's dad's wallet?" arvan asked his wife.

"It's the same, right?" Vina.

"It's a good thing that they have a kind, patient, understanding and meek wife of your wealth" said Vina.

At 17.48 wib. Adzan maghrib. All had gathered at the dinner table, including children who were very enthusiastic about breaking the fast.

"Holee opens the weather" said Aina.

"Emang Aina fasts?" ask Arvan.

"Yes dong. Aina fasts uncle."

"Maghrib samples?" ask Arvan.

Aina nodded.

"Seriously?" ask Arvan again.

"Yes. But Aina has already sahul twice. Aina drank milk this afternoon but Aina didn't eat it" Aina said.

The sound of laughter sounded.

"Uncle is shocked dear" said Arvan.

"Uncle is also valid twice huh?" ask Aina.

"Haha don't dong dear." replied Arvan.

"It's no wonder Alvin's son is the same" Arvan said.

"Yes, he's Alvin's son."

"Aina's mother's son." replied Aina.

"They are both equally poor" said Alvin.

"Why fine belua? Why can't they be kids?" ask Aina.
