Haifa has been like this for a week every morning. Long ago Haifa also began to suspect. He checked the calendar on his phone.

Haifa was surprised to find that if she followed the date of her period she had menstruated from a few days ago. But Haifa was unaware. Although the menstrual date was never really the same but usually also Haifa never late so far. There was a speck of hope, Haifa thought maybe wait a few more days.

Haifa chose not to tell Alvin first. He was afraid of it happening like that. When Haifa complained of dizziness with nausea and vomiting, Alvin was enthusiastic and immediately told her to take a test. But the result was nil, Haifa was scared like that again. So right now it might be better to make sure for yourself first.

"Bismillah" Haifa said as she was about to enter a hospital.

Haifa had been in the doctor's office for a consultation and USG for half an hour. Finally now Haifa was able to come out with a feeling of relief and happiness.

Now the task is to tell Alvin and compose the word as best as possible because it has been hiding his suspicions all along.

Haifa looked at her watch. It's 10:45. It was better for Haifa to pick up Aina. Thinking Aina Haifa was so scared. How did his daughter react when she was told?

Alvin just finished a meeting with his partner. He had just opened his phone, quite surprised to see a lot of incoming messages from Haifa who asked what time he would be home, and many more questions that made Alvin surprised.

Instead of being confused Alvin decided to call his wife.

"As usual I came home around 4 a.m. Why did the nanyain tumben come home?"

"What's really wrong?"

As usual after school, Aina ate, played until sleepy then took a nap. Actually while accompanying Aina to sleep Haifa wanted to start telling Aina slowly. But it seems Haifa can't explain itself. At 22:00 very far from the promised time Alvin just got home. Alvin came home very late than usual because there was a demanding job to be completed immediately.

After putting his car into the garage inside, locking the door and turning off some lights, Alvin immediately headed to the room. Hope Haifa hasn't fallen asleep. All day long Alvin was suspicious of his wife. How not, almost every time Haifa asks when Alvin came home. Very different than usual. Usually Haifa simply asked once when saying goodbye.

Not finding his wife in the room, Alvin walks into Aina's room. It was true that the two women had already fallen asleep by hugging each other. What a beautiful view for Alvin. Alvin kissed Haifa's forehead and Aina took turns before rushing off to clean herself up. Afterwards Alvin decided to join his son and wife. Tonight the three of them slept in Aina's room even though Alvin had to be willing to sleep on the sofa because Aina's bed was too small for the three of them.

Haifa woke up from her sleep and saw a wall clock that showed 00:25. Haifa is not aware of Alvin's whereabouts. He wanted to go out to see if Alvin had gone home or not. Just being tied up his long hair and about to stand Haifa already saw Alvin who was asleep on the sofa with his body bent because the sofa is not too long for the size of Alvin.

"Mas.." call Haifa while shaking Alvin's arm slowly. Haifa did not have the heart to see Alvin sleep like that because it could be tomorrow Alvin's whole body will be sick.

"Hm." replied Alvin with a murmur while writhing a little.

"Mas.." call Haifa again.

"Hm." again only mutters were heard.

"Mas Alvin's. Waking up her sleep moved in the room." said Haifa in the ear of Alvin.

There's been a little movement from Alvin. Before Alvin started to open his eyes.

"What, how do you wake up?" alvin asked as he blinked his eyes which still felt very heavy to open.

"Move in her bedroom" said Haifa.

"You too" said Alvin. Haifa replied with a nod.

"Why not sleep in the room?" haifa asked after they were in their own room.

"Hm. I don't want to split up the room with you."

"Gruby."

"Seriously dear" said Alvin, shifting his body and closing in on Haifa. Then he put his hand around Haifa's waist.

"Yaudah ah sleep." said Haifa, closing her eyes.

"Wait a minute" said Alvin.

But Haifa did not press her, she kept her eyes closed.

"Darling." call Alvin while kissing Haifa's eyes. He meant for his wife to open her eyes again.

"Sleeping mas."

"Yes, but I want to talk for a minute" said Alvin.

"What?" haifa asked while opening her eyes.

"I'm sorry I came home late."

"What did you say before, you also told Haifa why."

"Hm. Thanks, honey, I understand."

"Udah right? Yeudah sleeps."

"One more."

"What?" haifa said while reopening her eyes.

"Today you're weird. What's up?" ask Alvin.

"Huh weird? Why strange?"

"Chat Haifa is disturbing? I'm sorry, not anymore." Haifa replied in a soft tone.

"Udah yes interview. Haifa sleepy. Tomorrow again if there are still many who want to ask questions." cut Haifa. Because I feel like Alvin still wants to ask again.

"Now you sleep." said Haifa then kissed Alvin briefly before actually falling asleep.

Alvin just smiled and kissed Haifa back.

As usual every morning Haifa always felt bad in her body.  It feels when he wakes up his body is open fresh but even limp plus the nausea. But this time Haifa did not complain because he already knew the cause. While in front of the sink after feeling like spitting something out. Haifa still had time to smile while stroking her flat stomach.

"Adek wants to wake up mom. Good, son. Later soon mother tell papa and sister." said Haifa while stroking her stomach again.

Alvin wriggled he reached for Haifa's whereabouts.  Aware of bolstering his life no Alvin immediately opened his eyes. He saw the clock was already at 02:30.

"Honey." call Alvin in his hoarse voice while walking to the bathroom. The bathroom door is not closed. Alvin decided to come in. He saw Haifa standing in front of the sink looking at the reflection of her face.

Alvin, who was standing behind Haifa, saw his wife's pale face. He turned Haifa's body to face her.

"What's sick?" ask Alvin.

"Honey it's been a few days even a week and see every morning you're always limp, pale. Wh why? If someone is sick, say don't kayak like this." said Alvin.

"Ih this is why. As if Haifa was going to be very sick." upset Haifa then left Alvin alone in the bathroom.

"Darling it wasn't so. I just can't bear to see it. We go to the doctor." take Alvin while walking after Haifa.

"Please take haduk dong. I forgot to bring a towel" Alvin said, putting half his body behind the door.

Haifa who was already wearing a mukena walked towards the bathroom door.

"More. Habits don't bring towels."

"Sorry baby. The morning was the same as my husband" said Alvin.

Haifa did not understand why but it felt when she saw Alvin with all his behavior. Haifa suddenly became upset with everything Alvin did.

Alvin who had just returned from the mosque after dawn prayers. He went to Haifa, who was cooking in the kitchen.

"Assynolajet. Morning darling." said Alvin as he kissed Haifa. But not until his lips on Haifa's cheeks. Haifa's hands had already covered Alvin's face.

"Wa'alaikumussalam's chat. There don't deket deket." said Haifa while pushing Alvin's body.

"Love. It's usually like this" said Alvin, forcing her to hug Haifa and kiss her on the cheek.

"Why the hell, baby?" alvin began to wonder.

Honestly Haifa also did not have the heart to see the face of Alvin who looked very confused and wrong. But yeah how since this morning it feels like Haifa is always upset when she sees Alvin. Haifa is wrong, right?

"Darling why the hell? Angry because I came home last night?" alvin asked when they had just finished breakfast.

"No." replied Haifa.

"Yes Papa." replied Aina. Alvin then kissed Aina's forehead and both cheeks. He looked back at Haifa, thrusting his hand. Haifa accepted it and kissed Alvin's hand. Alvin responded by kissing Haifa's forehead.

"Go first. Hopefully later home has not sprained again with the husband yes." said Alvin in the ear of Haifa.

"Assalamualaikum" said Alvin.

"Wa'alaikumussalam."

Usually after dropping off Aina Haifa will go to my mother's house to be taught to cook a new menu every day. But this time it felt lazy. Haifa chose to stay home. Let's just slack off one day.

Sitting in the living room reading her new novel collection. Haifa suddenly felt guilty for not telling Alvin if in her womb is now growing fetus fruit love with Alvin who is only four weeks old since the last Haifa menstruation.

It's like being connected when Haifa is thinking about Alvin. His cellphone suddenly rang and indicated there was an incoming call from Alvin.

Haifa : Assalamualaikum.

Alvin : Wa'alaikumussalam. You where? (Alvin asked with a very flat intonation)

Haifa frowned. This morning her husband was still ordinary.

Alvin: Where do I ask you?

Haifa: Uh yes Haifa is at home. Why anyway?
