Mentari for Dawn

Mentari for Dawn
CHAPTER 66 - Feelings of Relief

"So sir, Thank God the condition of Mentari's mother is fine, as well as the baby in the womb. The baby is strong and can survive. The clash experienced by your wife is not to the extent of her loss. Only his head was injured.

But even so, the condition of Mentari's mother still cannot be underestimated. He still has to be treated here for the next few days, until his condition really improves. Especially for now that Tari's mother has not been awake"

The doctor explained patiently and at length. Then he glanced at Oma Violet and Astrid to convey Gerald's condition.

"And for Mr. Gerald, his condition is worse than Mentari's mother. The wound he suffered was quite severe, resulting in internal injuries. We will conduct a thorough examination, to be able to ascertain his condition, whether the injury suffered by Mr. Gerald is severe or not...."

"Dok, but my grandson can be healed right?! Gerald is my only grandson! And I don't want him to be up to nothing, let alone to a severe injury! The doctor needs to heal him. I don't want to know!" Tukas Oma Violet who was increasingly worried about Gerald's condition upon hearing the doctor's explanation.

The words of the old woman who called Gerald as her only grandchild made Dawn stunned. Although all this time he knew that he was never considered a grandson by his own omana. But his heart still ached hearing such a speech.

But yes, he does not need to think too much about the attitude of Omanya who has been like that since he was born. Most importantly, his wife and son are fine. That's much more important.

It was so easy to think of Dari and her baby who survived, unconsciously the mouth of Fajar uttered words of gratitude.

"God, my wife and children are well. Thank you for guarding and protecting them" Dawn smiled in relief as she rubbed her palm against his face. Oma Violet was shocked and glared angrily at the words of her second granddaughter.

"What did you say just now?! Alhamdulillah?! You are insolent! There's no feeling! You might even be grateful for what happened to Gerald!!" Oma Violet curses Dawn with a high tone and sharp gaze.

Dawn was surprised to see the anger of Omanya. He just realized that Gerald's condition is still worrisome. And he said Alhamdulillah, to make Omanya misunderstand.

It seems he was wrong. After all, Gerald was still his brother. So awakened with a feeling of relief because Dance survived, she forgot Gerald.

"Yes that's what Ma is, whose name is the son of the actor. How could you possibly have feelings for someone else?" Astrid chimed in cynically.

The woman's words caused Dawn to crack her teeth furiously. Her still-uncompletely stable mood worsens, as Astrid again carries her mother in their debates.

The guilt or unease over his previous words evaporated instantly! Replaced by anger and emotion!

"Auntie please don't start again. Don't force me to spout harsh words against you, with you bringing my mother back into our debate. I am grateful that my wife and my future son survived. Gerald's problem, I don't think it's any of my business. Didn't Oma himself say that Oma only has one grandchild? Then who's Gerald? Why should I feel sad or happy, with what happened to her....?!"

Dawn said with a growl and a sharp look. Astrid and Oma Violet grow increasingly furious at him.

"Master already. Don't get emotional. We came here for Madame Dance. Not to make a scene. Especially this is a hospital. Everyone needs calm. The other patients if they get distracted because of us" Kiss Miss Olives, trying to calm the emotions of her young master who is exploding.

The dawn breathed a long breath. The words of Olive Ma'am made his emotions faint slightly. "Yes Mother is right" he answered with a softened heart. He refocused his attention on the doctor and asked about his wife.

The doctor nodded and replied. "Yes Sir. After our patient moves the treatment room, you can already see him"

"Thank you very much Doc" Dawn said with a forced smile.

"Together Sir"

"Come Bu" Dawn invited Miss Olives to pass from the place, ignoring the two women who were still staring at them with antipathy gazes. They want to focus on taking care of the administration, so that Tari can be immediately transferred to VVIP hospitalization.

The dance was moved to an inpatient room with VVIP facilities. Dawn faithfully guarding and waiting for his wife who is still unconscious. He sat in a chair beside the bed of Tari, holding hands and stroking his wife's hair gently and lovingly.

His heart felt very warm and calm seeing his wife in good health. Unknowingly she clapped Dance's hand. Then switch on the danced forehead wrapped in bandages.

The night is getting late. The longer the eyes of Dawn the heavier it becomes. He fell asleep next to his wife, who was still lying unconscious.

At one night the Olive Lady entered the room, and awakened Dawn by gently shaking her shoulders. The dawn is awake.

"Master, it's midnight. Better get some rest now, sir. Let me change to look after the madam"

"No need ma'am. Just let me. It's better that mom just continue her rest. Mother must be tired too, all day working at home, and now accompany me here. It's okay, it's my duty to take care of my wife. I don't need to worry" Reject Dawn while rubbing her eyes that still feel heavy to open.

From before the Olive Lady had offered that she should take care of and accompany Dance, and told the Dawn to rest. But the dawn was so stubborn. He insisted on keeping his wife alone, and told the Olive Lady to rest.

And now the man is acting like that again. It seems useless that he persuaded. His master would still not want to leave his wife to rest.

In her heart Olive was happy with all this. He could see that his master was already in love with his wife. And he also knew that his young mistress had long had feelings for Dawn.

He was grateful that the love that Master Fajar felt this time did not clap one hand. Most importantly, the woman is her own wife. Olive is very hopeful, hopefully this time there will be nothing to stand in the way of her master's happiness with the woman he loves.

"Yes, I live first. Later if there is anything, you can call or ask for my help" said Olive Ma'am.

Dawn nodded. "Yes, thank you"

After the Olive Lady left him, Dawn turned her attention to Dance again.
