Mentari for Dawn

Mentari for Dawn
CHAPTER 25 - I'll Look for You

After Tari's departure, Tristan gathered with his wife and daughter.

"Please answer honestly, there is actually a problem let alone this? Why did Tari suddenly come here and rampage like that? Did you do anything to him?" Tristan scouted the mother and child with a probing look.

I think he's starting to doubt who's guilty here. Whether what Tari said was true, or he himself did not give her a chance to defend herself?

"Don't you mean what's that talk like? Papa would say, if everything that Dance said was true? Mama and Moza who defamed him, so that he could be in the discount and the hotel? That's what Papa meant?"

Claudia started her drama again. The middle-aged woman responded to her husband's question with a voice and a sad look on her face.

"That's not how I meant Papa. But...." Tristan replied doubtfully. His wife's words made him start to get affected again.

"If it is Papa Tari who is telling the truth and we are lying, then why should Papa throw him out of this house? Why don't Mama and Moza get kicked out and we end this? Mama is also tired Pa, always accused and blamed continues.

My mom doesn't know anything. Maybe with Mama gone from here, Tari will feel happy and she can come back to be the old Dance. Because of her attitude now makes Mama very sad and hurt.

Mama realized, until whenever Mama will never be able to replace her late mother. But Mama's been trying to be a good Mama for her" Claudia used her tears to launch her ears. He behaves like a persecuted person.

"Mama's right Pa. Maybe it's better for me and my mom to get out of here. Because I'm tired of dancing too. The one who kicked him out of this house was Papa. Why are Mama and I to blame? We prevented Papa at that time.

We were both friends before. I think after becoming brothers, our relationship will be closer like a brother in general. But it turns out I was wrong. The dance changed after we became brothers. He's getting rough. Even he came here and slapped me, without me knowing what my fault was"

Moza chimed in by putting on a face that was no less sad than his mother. The mother and son were very good at tongue-tinning.

"Ma, Moza, you guys calm down. That's not what Papa meant. Papa is just confused. Papa seems to have a feeling that... Dance is innocent. But yes, we don't need to talk about this anymore. Just let Dance live outside. So that he can learn from his mistakes. And he can fix himself. We don't have to be influenced by his words"

Tristan's tone, which previously sounded firm, now began to soften to see the sadness and tears of the two women. Making Moza and Claudia smile cunningly.

After the incident that night, Dawn's life became uneasy. Every day, every night even every second the shadow of the woman always appeared in his mind. Guilt always haunts him.

Although until now there was not a single shadow of what he did to the woman that he could remember, but still the reality could not be changed. The woman's virginity is gone in her hands.

It felt like her life would never be at ease, before she could find the woman, and convey her apology. Even if it seems too difficult. It was still clear in his memory, the gaze full of anger and hatred that the girl had given him.

And it wasn't the poor girl's fault. Whoever is in his position will surely behave in this way, towards the person who has destroyed his future. But what can he do? Everything has happened and cannot be changed again.

Because he did not know or know anything about the woman, so he found it difficult to look for her, finally Dawn brought a sketch artist to help him get a sketch or picture of the woman's face.

It seemed that this woman's face was no stranger to him anymore. It seems he had seen it before that night. But where? Dawn tried to think and twist her brain.

She remembers now, this woman almost got hit by her car the night after she let go of Zahra to go with Rahul, whom she had only just learned was her husband. Is this just a coincidence, or is it the way?

But this woman always shows up whenever she's heartbroken over Zahra. I don't know what life's game is being outlined for him. So that his life must end with the rape he committed against the girl.

"Yes-iya's right. Thank you for your help. Now you can go. Later your payment will be I transfer your kerekeningan" replied Fajar while receiving a piece of paper containing the sketch picture.

"Good Sir. Excuse me"

"You look for this woman until you meet. Find out the name and address in detail. I want to get the information as soon as possible" Fajar said, offering a sketch of the woman's face to his men.

"Good Sir"

Dance tried hard to forget the events of that night. He no longer wanted to remember the extremely painful events, leaving him with a deep trauma. He wanted to move on and reorganize his ruined life.

He only hopes that only he and God will know about the dark event. He didn't want anyone else to know about it including Ranty though.

For several days, Tari tried to live her life as usual. He acted as if nothing had ever happened. Busy himself with job vacancies, in order to make him make money to survive.

After almost two weeks of struggling to apply here and there, finally the two friends managed to get a decent job for their daily survival supplies.

If Ranty is accepted as one of the waitress in a restaurant, another case with Tari who became one of the staff in a supermarket. Both are very grateful and pursue their work with passion and perseverance. They have been doing their job for two weeks.

"Eh, you're ready. Let's have breakfast first. After that we are both on duty in each place" said Ranty when he saw Dance out of the room.

"I'm sorry Ran, lately I've rarely helped you. You have to do everything alone. Because I'm so tired. It feels like my energy has been drained so easily lately" said Tari guiltily. The girl's face looked so pale. And his body also looks weak as if it is not powered.

"It's okay. I'm not having a problem with it. Although...."

"Despite?"

"I feel like there's something weird about you. You get easily exhausted. Your appetite is also reduced. Does it work in that kind of market? If you really feel unable, do not be too suspended. Remember, health is number one. Don't let you get sick later" Ranty tried to advise.
