Mentari for Dawn

Mentari for Dawn
CHAPTER 11- Everything Has Been snatched From Me

Darren grimaced while holding his cheek which felt hot due to the hard slap given by Tari. His face still looks cynical.

"So you believe everything Moza said, without asking me first how the truth is?! You think I would sleep with a man who has nothing to do with marriage with me, and do such disgusting deeds with all of them?!! So that low you judge me?!!"

Dance roared with teary eyes and a fiery gaze. He never expected that the man who had been the owner of his heart for four years, could bear to throw dirty words that greatly trampled his pride as a woman!

"Here you go, baby, you don't have to yell or deny. The evidence is clear. And all the kids in the box knew it all. What is so hard to admit? We can do it together. No need to cover anymore"

Darren continued to defend his opinion, regardless of the feelings of Dance which had been deeply torn with every word he heard.

"From this moment we break up! Don't you ever dare meet me again! Because I don't need a pervert and don't have a heart like you!" Dance with low voice and hunting breath. He looked at Darren with reddened eyes and a gaze full of anger. Then he continued his broad steps.

"Okay fine, we broke up! There's still a lot of women who want to be with me!" Darren exclaimed calmly and without feeling the slightest bit sad.

Make the heart of Dance feel more slashed. It was like he turned around and approached the man, to then beat him all out with all his might.

But a sane mind managed to prevent it. He didn't need such a heartless man! His time was too precious for him to waste just for the sake of serving the unfaithful man.

Moza who turned out to follow them from earlier stood a bit away from the position of the two. He could clearly see and hear the feud of the two lovebirds, with a satisfied smile and a sigh that was crashing on his face, seeing the destruction of the life of Dance that had been left by his loved ones.

And they all prefer him. He would never let them come back to Dance again. Because now everything is his.

Dari arrives bored with the feeling of being crushed by Darren's treatment of her. He never expected that the man who had been four years into a special person in his heart, now could throw and humiliate him mercilessly because he was consumed by the sedition of that cunning woman!

"Eh Tar, are you home? How, have you met Darren? What say? Was he busy for a few days until there was no time for you? What is his busyness? Busy college or something? Dong I told you this"

Ranty immediately bombarded Dari with all kinds of questions. Whether Tari didn't hear or didn't budge because of her raging thoughts, she continued walking blankly towards her room.

"Lho Tar, Dance!" Ranty cried with confusion. But Tari still does not push it. He just kept walking into the room. Out of curiosity, Ranty finally catches up with the girl in his room to ascertain what really happened.

In the room she found Tari sitting hugging her roll on the mattress, crying sobbing. Ranty sat down in front of Dari and asked attentively.

"Dance, why are you crying? Didn't you meet Darren? Maybe he was too busy?"

"We met the dicaffe" Dance wiped her tears that continued to flow profusely soaked her facial skin.

"You know who I saw him with there?" Tanya Tari answered by Ranty with a headband.

"He's making out with Moza over there?"

"What?! The moza?! You mean, Darren betrayed you with Moza?" Ranty asked in surprise.

"Not only that, but he also had the heart to insult and demean me in front of that cunning woman! It turns out that Moza has also managed to influence Darren by using the engineering evidence. And now Dimata Darren.... I am just a cheap woman who can so easily give up my body to any man!

For him I have no pride at all. He didn't even mind breaking up with me. I'm alone now Ran. Moza has made them all leave me. Papa, Darren, I don't know who else he's gonna take from me tomorrow"

Dance covered her face with her palms, and raised it above her head, brushing her hair in frustration. Her cries grew even more broken as she at length told him all of her problems.

Ranty stared at Dari with a feeling of empathy. She couldn't cover her mother's sense of seeing her best friend's unfortunate fate now. In a moment Dance's life changed drastically. Life once filled with happiness, now full of misery.

People who used to love and adore her like a goddess, now all leave, hate, blaspheme and throw her away like a piece of trash. Ranty held onto Tari's shoulder with both hands. Makes the girl look at him.

"I know you're angry, disappointed and sad. I know this isn't easy for you. But I'm sure you can get through it. Believe me, there will be rainbows after the rain. And right now you are facing that heavy rain. And you're not alone. There is a me who will always accompany you. As a friend, I will never leave you" Ranty tried to cheer up and encourage Dance as much as he could.

Dance wiped her tears back, and tried to smile even though it felt heavy.

"Thank you Ran, because you're still beside me at times like this. I don't know what my fate would be like right now if there wasn't you"

"Yes alike. Don't cry anymore. We'd better have lunch now, then rest. Because later tonight there is a party that uses the catering services of our place. So we have to work as usual"

"Yes, I'll take a shower first"

🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁

That night the catering company where they work got a party order from one of the largest and famous property companies, in order to commemorate the anniversary of the company. The event was held in a five-star hotel that was super spacious and magnificent, with decorations that looked luxurious and elegant.

And invited guests who all come from the upper class and tajir. It was clearly visible from their appearance that looked neat and elegant, with expensive suit dresses as men's guest outfit, as well as beautiful and varied dresses for female guests.

Dari and Ranty, who worked as catering waiters, returned to duty as usual, to take responsibility for serving the party dish menu. Dari tried to forget all the problems she was facing with her work. A little bit of his mind was able to be distracted.

He did not want to drag on for too long in grief, only for the sake of lamenting the inappropriate person on his list of burdens. It is more important to work diligently to collect rupiah coffers, so that he can survive and continue his education.
