Me Vs Flocking Mommy

Me Vs Flocking Mommy
Chapter 51. For My Own Sakes

"That's my novel books and my bracelet, right?" "You want to throw all the presents away from me? Why?" Albert narrowed his eyes and growled in annoyance.

Ella's friends stop their steps, when they meet Albert. They feel guilty. Those high school boys didn't expect to see Albert here.

"Yes, I threw it away" Ella replied. "Where may I keep all your gifts again" the girl continued.

"Why is it not possible? You really keep feelings for me?" albert whispered so Ella's friends wouldn't hear her.

"I wanted to sell it. But it's not because you still think a little about your feelings, which will hurt if I use the money from the sale later," said Ella, without answering or avoiding Albert's questions.

"Sister Albert? Forgive us. We proposed to Ella to keep it for a while. I-this, we give it back again" said Imelda as she walked up to Albert.

"It's not your fault! Why are you even apologizing, anyway?" ella snapped, making her friends flinch. Her tears had piled up in her eyes.

"Yes, it's up to you. You can do as you please. Those things are yours now. Want to be sold or thrown away, that's your right" Albert said.

Imelda then handed the objects to Ella. "You can take him. That's your business with Ella" Albert told Ella's friends.

"Really?" murmured Imelda while glancing towards Ella. The teenage girl in front of Albert just nodded her head, as a sign that she agreed. "We're sorry for interfering with my sister's relationship with Ella" he said.

"No problem, really. I'm sorry I got carried away with my emotions" Albert said with a sweet smile.

Gulp! Imelda swallowed her saliva, seeing that sweet smile that bewitched her heart and mind. "Then we go first, sis," said Imelda, bowing her body. He and the rest of the friends then hurried away from there, before they became increasingly hypnotized with Albert's good looks.

"Our business is done, right? I'm leaving first" said Ella to chase her friends' footsteps.

"Wait on! Albert clasped Ella's hand to prevent her from leaving. "Do you know what Ghina's decision is? You threw all the gifts away from me because of that?" ask Albert.

"What, anyway? Very GR! Whatever it is, I don't want to interfere in the affairs of the two of you anymore" replied Ella Ketus.

"From your words, you think your relationship is good?" ella raised both her eyebrows high. "Are you going to cancel your plans, if I ask? No, right? So now let me get out of here" Ella continued.

"We're going to be a family. I hope we'll be good partners later" Albert asked in a soft voice.

Ella was glued to her place. Albert's words just now, penetrated his heart to the brink. Her tears that had dried up. He could no longer cry for his poor self.

"La, I'm taking you to the cafe, yes," Albert said after a few seconds of silence.

"No need! I can go alone," Ella refused.

"Yes already. If so be careful ..." Albert stopped his unfinished sentence. Ella had already left, without saying goodbye to her.

...🥀🥀🥀...

"Pathetic! I saved myself, not my mom. I'm making excuses for not being able to be with Albert, because he's going to marry mama. Without a mother, she would never look at me as a woman."

Ella's mind raged. Ever since sitting in the cafe, he had been immersed in his own thoughts. The shadows of the handsome man who had filled the recesses of his heart for the past few years, were extremely difficult to exterminate.

"I gave my mom permission to love her? Huh, bullshit! I avoid men who will never love me. I hope this is the best way for me" said Ella.

"Mom, Ma! I'm gonna pay."

"Other thing you want to pay? You won't be able to replace all my grief with money" Ella replied as she sipped tears streaming down her cheeks.

"What do you mean, anyway? I'm gonna pay the number four billing and the print costs." Two boys in Junior High School uniforms stood in front of the cashier's desk and put on bitter faces.
