Me Vs Flocking Mommy

Me Vs Flocking Mommy
Chapter 25. Threats

Ella looked out the window. The sun had set an hour ago. But Ghina has not yet returned.

"Mama's fine, right?" muttered Ella while closing the window curtain.

Usually Ella never worried if the mother came home late. But this time it's different. Her mother was unstable at the funeral. After hearing the story from her aunt yesterday.

"Am I asking Al, huh? Ah, nope. I don't want to deal with him anymore." Ella still did not dare to talk to the man, after they had a fight yesterday.

Geck! Geck! Geck! Suddenly the door of his house was knocked on by someone. Ella jumped out of bed and ran into the living room.

"Ah, it must be mama," he said.

"Home home, son?" ghina.

"Hmm, yes." Ella's attitude back stiff when dealing directly with Ghina.

"Now, Mama's got cake. Take it to the room." Ghina handed him a box that gave off vanilla and chocolate.

Ella looked at Ghina without blinking for a few seconds. She wanted to say something to her mother, but then she paused.

"Yes .. Mama went with Al. Then we stopped by to buy this for you" Ghina said as if understanding the contents of her son's head.

"Good thanks, Ma." Ella was forced to accept the cake to please her mother, although her heart was reluctant to accept Albert's gift.

"Tomorrow I'll give it to a classmate." Ella muttered in her heart. "But why didn't mom say that it ran out of papa's grave? Did you deliberately hide it so I wouldn't be sad?" continued.

"Ma?" Ella called out to Ghina who was about to enter the room.

"What's up, son?" Ghina turned her back, and walked up to Ella.

"I miss papa," Ella whispered almost inaudibly.

Ghina's eyebrows are linked to hear the words of her baby. "Mama also kangen papa," said Ghina. His voice vibrates. She was clearly holding back the crying.

"Tomorrow we go to papa's grave, yuk," Ella asked. For a long time they did not travel together.

"Tomorrow?" Ghina thought for a moment.

"Oh, mama must have an appointment with Albert, right?" guess Ella, seeing her mother objected. The girl has a gloomy face.

"Eh, it's not like that. But tomorrow..."

"Who from, Ma? If it's not from Al, just pick it up here. I want to hear," insisted Ella.Ghina forced to follow the request of her son. The woman sat down in front of Ella.

"H-hello?" ghina was nervous.

"Yes. I'm going to the point." A man's voice spoke on the phone. "Tomorrow you must come to the place I said earlier. Bring the money."

"I will definitely pay. But why should it be there?" Ghina.

"Just in case, so you don't cheat us" said the man.

"That must be a debt collector" Ella said.

"Sst... Shut up." Ghina whispered to Ella.

"Who are you with? I told you not to bring anyone else in on this," the man was angry.

"Pardon me. He's my son" Ghina said quickly. "Don't worry. I will definitely keep my promise."

"Wait for the consequences if you lie" the man threatened before hanging up.

"Did mama often get this kind of treatment from them?" ask Ella.

"Hm? Who did you hear from? Aunt Sri?" Ghina asked her daughter.

The girl nodded. "Uh, shit! At a time like this I can't do anything." Complain Ella. "Certainly, mama came to fulfill her request?"

"It's the only way to keep the interest on our debt from growing." Ghina was desperate.

"Aren't you scared, they'll do something to you later?" ask Ella. Ghina simply stared at the weathered ceiling of the house, without answering her daughter's questions.

"Well, at a time like this, you really need someone who can protect you. But why should Al be the same?" Ella went back to war with herself. The boy still could not accept the master who would marry his mother. "What does it mean that I should accept this bitter decision?"

"Son, don't think too much about this matter" Ghina said sadly, seeing her daughters' two thick eyebrows clinging to each other. "Mama can still handle it" he continued.

"Mama really needs a companion, right?" ella whispered while crying and clenched her hands tightly.

Ghina was shocked to hear Ella's words. "What do you mean?"
