Me Vs Flocking Mommy
Chapters 121. I Like You

"Why are you smiling?" Ghina rubbed her daughter's long, fine hair.

"Oh, I'm talking to my friend again" Ella replied as she lay down.

"Maira and Naya?" ask Ghina. Ella shakes.

"What about Imelda?" ask Ghina again. Ella returned to her head.

"Oh, dude, huh? Or your boyfriend?" search Ghina again.

"Not yet a girlfriend, Ma" replied Ella. "Ups!" The girl suddenly closed her lips. He just slipped on his mom.

"Hmm, what's the crap?" Ghina smiled to herself at her son's behavior. "Yes, if that's the case, you don't want to bother."

"Ih, Mama. That's not. She's my friend, really," cried Ella who was embarrassed.

"Boyfriend's okay, too. As long as he's a good guy, and you can both take care of yourself" Ghina said.

"Ma, not gituuu," cried Ella again. "Uh, Mama's misunderstood, right?" muttered.

"Oh ... Ethan, huh?" albert's chirp happened to pass in front of Ella's room. His right hand brought a cup of hot coffee.

"Darling, you know that too? I guess what the hell is it?" ghina asked Albert.

"You have to see for yourself and judge. If it is from the physical it is pretty good. But for other things I don't know. It's usually a woman's instinct to judge her more accurately" Albert said after sipping his coffee.

"Same mom misunderstood. He's my friend" said Ella, who was still embarrassed.

"Tuh, look. You just don't argue, if what we're talking about is Ethan" Albert said with a laugh.

"Ah, Mama was curious. I guess what the hell is it?" reply Ghina pula.

"Same Dad's not cool, ah. That's why I'm not staying here" Ella said, pretending to sulk.

"Sure to go home? Dare to take the bike alone at night. It's eleven at night, you know. If there's anything, Mama and Dad are bothered too" Albert said.

"Ck, it's true Dad said, too" Ella murmured inwardly. "I am brave. But thinking of Mama, so yeah, I'm just staying here." Ella hastily shut herself in her room, before being interrogated further about the scene.

"Well, Ethan had a lot to reply to my chat," said Ella who just read the incoming message.

"Ethan, keep going tomorrow again, yeah. It's eleven o'clock at night. I have morning class tomorrow" Ella replied.

"Eleven-night hours? Are you in Papua again? Or is the clock in your room dead?" reply Ethan again.

"Huh? What does Ethan mean?" muttered Ella, then checked the clock on her phone screen.

"Aaarrrh, basic Al impostor. It's only 21:05 now" Ella scolded from the room. "Why did I believe it, when it was eleven? Now she must be playing me," Ella grumbled again.

...🥀🥀🥀...

"La, let's pick the menu. How to be quiet? Sorry, yeah, I can just take you to the meatball stall."

"O-oh, yeah. It's nothing, really. I love meatballs as much as chicken noodles" Ella said. "You order first, I'll wait for Maira and Naya. They're not coming, are they?" Ella continued.

"Maybe they still have class. Your majors are different, right?" ethan says.

"Maybe, too" Ella replied.

Ella lowered her head deeply. Avoiding eye contact with Ethan. Somehow he felt embarrassed, looking at the guy.

A few moments later. "Mang, I ordered meatballs ribs do not use noodles, yes. A lot of fried onions," Ella said. Ella orders food with Ethan. Both of his friends have not yet appeared.

Drrkkk! Just as Ella was about to spoon the meatballs into her mouth, the chair next to her was pulled by someone. Ella looked at him happily. He thinks Maira and Naya are coming.

"Ehem! So this is who wants to eat out with friends?" said someone sitting next to Ella just now.

"Dad! What's in here?" Ella put on an annoyed face.

"Dad to see a client. It just so happens to see you here" replied Albert.

"O-om... Hello to you." Ethan shakes Albert's hand awkwardly. Albert answered him kindly.

"Lied, right? Why is it that every time I meet Ethan, Dad shows up, anyway? Anyway since when did you make a deal with a client at a gini meatball stall?" said Ella.

"Oh, so you're upset because your date was interrupted?" albert said without guilt.

"W-who's dating? I just ate with a friend? Soon Maira and Naya also come, really," Ella argued.

"Yes, don't be angry. Continue eating. Your client has come, sir," said Albert, pointing to two men who had just entered a meatball stall. "Ethan, take good care of my daughter" Albert said.

"Yes, Om," replied Ethan.

"Huh? So he didn't lie? Oh, my God, I'm so ashamed. Where was Ethan's angry front again," Ella's inner self held in shame.

"It turns out your relationship with your stepfather is very close, huh? I salute. Usually the same father or stepmother never get along," commented Ethan.

"Huh? You're no longer insulting me, are you? We were obviously fighting" Ella said.

"Yes, you guys are fighting. But not because of big things like that in soap operas, right? I'm sure you actually care about each other" Ethan said.

"Thank God you think so. I was so embarrassed, fighting in front of you" said Ella.

"Why embarrassed? Because you like me?" guess Ethan.

"Huh? What the hell? No, that's it." Ella stammered at Ethan's words.

"Well, apparently not. I'm disappointed, here. I think we both like it" said Ethan.

"Eh, what did he just say? He wants to take me, is he serious?" ella's mind was confused. "Where is Maira's share of Naya, anyway? I'm not nyampe-nyampe," Ella thought to herself.

"La, how dumb? I'm shooting you again, you know. I like you" Ethan said again.

...🥀🥀🥀...

Meanwhile somewhere else. Naya Sama Maira was relaxing at the front stall of the campus, enjoying fresh young coconut ice.

"Where are their dates? Good luck," said Naya.

"Hopefully Ella is not angry with us because we did not come," continued Maira anyway.

"About today they're not gonna be, are they?" mummified Naya.

"Yes, I don't know. It depends on Ethan, anyway. He is honest about his feelings. All this time he's been acting normal, until Ella thinks he's the only one who likes Ethan."

Apparently they both made a deliberate pact, to let Ella and Ethan go eat together.
