Marrying My Ex-Husband's Boss

Marrying My Ex-Husband's Boss
The Whistling of the Duda

The day went by, Johan was already on his way to Dirgantara's house. The sangar's face seemed to carve out an occasional smile his lips hummed with a whistle. It was as if no one was able to break the happiness in his heart, even though the red light, the rider who weighed, or the horn of the car behind him. He drove off casually, knowing that he was too late.

Johan parked his car inside the garage, still with the same whistle he stepped towards the house through the front porch.

"You look different today, Jo!" Johan stopped as his feet stepped on the first step while looking to the right. From behind the ornamental plants, appeared the figure of his Mistress Boss was training Ranu to walk.

Johan's smile was like a preservative, long lasting. "Ah, Mistress! You've been watching me so much all this time, apparently?"

Kira sneered, "You won the lottery or you ran out on a date last night? I'm back you're home?"

"Ah, it's because you're taking too long, madam! So I go home first, poke my back!" Johan grimaced as if he felt extreme pain. His hand felt his waist.

"Huh, you must have a date, your tumben came home when today is still working!"

"Madam, I doubt if you were ever young! Where's the Friday night date? That must be your version of dating and your husband!" Seringai Johan instigated Kira to raise her legs, her hands reaching for the slippers she was wearing. Johan's laughter exploded as the slippers floated but did not hit him at all. Makes Kira even more furious.

"May you be a widower forever, Jo!" Shouted Kira.

"No way!" Reply Johan who has reached the front door.

"Why just got here, huh?" Johan's smile subsided as a loud voice greeted him.

Johan blinked to normalize himself. "Sorry Sir!" Johan. "There's a little business!"

"Let's go!" Harris said indifferently, his hand carrying some files that Johan immediately took over. Without buttoning his suit, Harris stepped ahead of Johan. Dark blue with gray stripes, feels very striking with its clean skin. Her hands brushed her hair neatly, leaving the top slightly long.

"Darling, Papa's leaving first!" Harris hurried down the steps and approached Ranu who was walking towards him in Mama's lead. Harris grabbed her little daughter into a hug, and showered her with a kiss.

"Don't be too tired, Yang! Poor baby!" Harris rubbed Kira's stomach and it managed to make Johan turn wide.

"Gosh, he thought, what baby factory's wife?" Inner Johan.

Kira just nodded, "Calm down, there will be Rina who will be watching Ranu!"

"If you want something, you just say yes! I'll buy it!" Harris tried to kiss his wife's innocent lips. However, Ranu immediately slapped his Papa's cheek. Even with Kira who immediately distanced his body. Since then he had been holding back the turmoil in his stomach. Harris sighed, forgetting his wife's new habits.

"Mama's pinjem just can't!" instead, Harris hunts Ranu down with a kiss, which manages to make Ranu laugh.

"Ranu thought you were going to bite Mama, Mister!" Chirper Johan.

Harris sneered while handing Ranu over to Kira. "Papa's leaving, baby!"

"Be careful, Papa," Kira played down the sound, making it look like a child. His hand moved the fat hand of Ranu who was reluctant to move.

Harris returned a wave of their hands when they arrived next to the car that was about to take him to the office.

"Master, Martin got caught!" Johan said as they exited the residential gate.

Harris who had originally focused his chin on his fingers immediately focused his gaze towards Johan.

"Evening Doni did the chase, sir! And, Martin was arrested after a single accident as a result of speeding away from Doni,"

"Where is he?" Harris's hands clenched, hearing Martin's name his heart reverberated with rage.

Without answering, Johan pointed the car in the opposite direction to the road to the office. It didn't take long for them to get to the place they called "headquarters"

Harris came down impatiently. Half ran to reach the door. Without saying a word, Doni who was near the door immediately opened the door for Harris.

The dark door that was fused with the wall was again opened. Even with a lamp that greeted him, until finally arrived in a spacious empty room. Harris slowed down his steps as he looked at the faint-hearted face of a tapered face. His legs and hands were tied to the iron chair.

"Why are you acting like a loser?" Martin said without raising his face.

Harris laughed cynically, "Didn't I hear wrong? Aren't you the one who acts like a loser?"

"Huh, if you're a real man, let's go one-on-one, don't rock!"

Harris laughed, "You seem to have a comedic talent, sir! I'm still sane to remember that this guy in front of me was the one who did the braking on me!"

Martin growled, thinking Harris had done nothing because he did not know the attack was masterminded by him.

"Well, I'm in bankruptcy! That must be it!" Inner Martin. She loses everything, and Viona and the assets in Viona's name disappear. Not even she knows, Viona or Dela lied to her.

Harris crossed his arms. "So Martin, what did you get from attacking me from behind? Are you happy afterwards?"

Martin is silent, boro-boro happy, living as an escape from one place to another is a stupor he never imagined. Stealing for food, tricking to return to this city, is a dark story in his life. Fierce because of his greed.

"Did you get that woman too?" Connect Harris. Martin raised his face again.

"You're not happy first, did you know that your assistant last night met him? You sure you're not being betrayed by your confidant?"

Harris raised his eyebrows, the corners of his lips re-carved a smile full of ridicule. "You've been in exile too long, sir. Just so you know, me and Viona are long over, so long! So who is free to be with!"

Harris drew his face closer and whispered, "He's no longer important to me, because I have something better than him,"

Martin was surprised, but he tried to calm down. Harris smiled with a smile of ridicule. "Didn't you want a child from her? You threw it away when she was pregnant with your child? You sure you didn't miss that time?"

"Well, you're really confident in saying that, sir!" Harris pitted his palm, producing a loud pat echoing.

"Unfortunately, Viona has already admitted everything! He's not my son, but your son! And, it's not me who's sorry to miss that time, but you!" Harris pointed at Martin's skinny chest that seemed to be fixated for a little while.

Unable to speak as if the voice had left him. As if I forgot to write a sentence. Just a blank look, lucky, Viona managed to spare her son from the vile deeds of her own biological father.

"You must be lying!" Martin made clear Harris's remarks.

"For what? I have absolutely no benefit in lying to you! Even if I love Viona, but I'm not blind! Lucky is my life, and I have to thank you!" Harris approached Martin who was still confused by the circumstances.

"Because of you, I'm free from Viona. Because of you I got Viona's better replacement a thousand times!" Harris's whisper in Martin's ear.

"Doni," Harris raised his arm, pulling slightly the end of his suit. "Take him!"

The newly-appeared Doni nodded immediately. "Good, Master!"

Without saying another word, Harris breezed away from Martin who tried to believe Harris' words. Even if he doesn't know Harris, but the news out there says that Harris is not someone who likes to interfere in other people's affairs. And he was a man who never disavowed his words.
