Marrying an Imperfect Man

Marrying an Imperfect Man
Virus Growing Hair

At the company, Lais came in without Revan. After her trauma to a stranger healed, Lais now doesn't need a spokesperson anymore. Even so, it is still cold. Not everyone will talk to you.

That morning with high self-confidence, Lais stepped into her room. He stopped for a while in front of Revan's room. Lais was about to open the door to Revan's room but stopped. Actually he wanted to apologize about last night, but his prestige as the boss made him cancel his good intentions. Lais continued her steps into her own room.

He sat down leisurely in his great chair while waiting. He thought Revan was coming soon and nagged the country he stayed asleep last night, His smart brain was spinning around looking for answers to deal with Revan's scolding. Lais stared at the circular round object on her wrist. Lais lowered her feet that were originally perched comfortably on the table.

"Ck! Where the hell is he?" muttered Lais a little annoyed because time has shown seven more but Revan has not yet appeared. "Didn't he come home early this morning, why not go to the office too? Is he snooping?" back Lias muttered.

Lais took the phone out of his pocket. "Ah no. If I call first, he'll have a big head. Thought I needed it most. Shouldn't he be the one who needs me? I'm the boss." Lais put her phone back in her pocket and sat in the chair in the position she was in, Legs up to the table.

"Five more minutes. I'll give you five minutes." said Lais. His eyes kept looking at the wall clock and counting every second.Five minutes had passed but Revan never showed up.

"Ten minutes. I'll give you ten minutes. If you don't show up in ten minutes, you're done!!" back Lais muttered. Her lips turned on a cynical smile.

But a ten-minute respite from Lais did not bring Revan to the scene.

"Dam. You're really done this time!" exclaim Lais. He took his phone and dialed Revan's number. After waiting for a while, Lais' call was lifted. Lais was already preparing to spit out her anger when Nisa's soft voice raised Revan's phone.

"Assalamualaikum, sir!" greet Nisa.

"Vaalaikumsalam. Nis, where's Revan?" ask Lais flat.

"Mas Revan is sleeping." replied Nisa.

"Sleep??!" ask Lais not to believe it. Not usually Revan hours this time still sleeping.

"Yes, Sir. Mas Revan had just rested after planting hair." replied Nisa innocently. Since becoming pregnant Nisa has changed her nature a little.

"Growing hair? Whose hair?" tanya Lais is just as innocent.

"Hair of our son-in-law. Mas Revan said must be diligent in planting so as not to be bald. Oh yes Sir. I closed yes. Afraid of disturbing his sleep Mas Revan. He said he'd be at the office at eight. Wassalamualaikum.' Without waiting for Lais to answer, Nisa ended the call.

"I'm the one who called. Why did he close first. Basic, husband and wife are the same." grumbled Lais annoyed. " Warming hair? What's that supposed?" Lais shook her head expelling the confusion of Nisa's answer.

Lais then calls his secretary Revan to bring back the old files of their company. Lais will sort it out and see anywhere from her current company that should belong to Angela.

“It will definitely be difficult. I had to contact some people who were directly involved with the process of uniting the two companies other than papa. But where should I start?” Lais's forehead was wrinkled, a sign that he was thinking very hard.

Revan then checks on the old company officials. His forehead creased as he knew who they were.

"Sad. Papa, apparently this is the reason for forcing me to marry the children of this man. To shut their mouths." Lais is in disbelief when she learns that most of her father's old company executives are her former in-laws. "You don't want me to have to get back in touch with them. But this time they will face a different Lais." he muttered with a confident smile.

Lais separated some of the files that he thought were important. As he is engrossed in his activities, Revan appears.

"Sorry late. I was.." Revan's words cut off Lais.

"It's planting hair" said Lais who made Revan gawk.

"What's? How do you know?" ask Revan.

"Your wife said it." Lais replied, still focusing on the files on her desk. Revan patted his forehead realizing Nisa's innocence.

Why did he turn so innocent

"Van! Check these guys out!" lais commands while giving some files to Revan. Revan opened it and skimmed.

Lais nodded. "Sadly so."

"You want to call him? I thought he'd give us trouble remembering that your son was divorced one-sided." Revan tried to remind Lais.

"Not to be afraid. If he's the other way we can cover his mouth with pictures of the affair and his stabbing at Aruna" Lais said.

"You're right. The stabbing problem, we still haven't taken care of it. It turns out to be useful to us too." Revan replied. "alright. I'm gonna go back to my room and start looking into these people's data."

Revan was about to leave Lais when Lais called him back.

"Van!" exclaims Lais stopped Revan's move.

"Yes?" revan replied while turning around.

"On growing hair. What does Nisa mean?" ask Lais.

Revan grinned while scratching his non-itchy head. "So gini." Revan told Lais the drama this morning. Lais's face flushed red with rage with Revan's actions.

"It has. Stopit! You can come out!" drive Lais. Revan chuckles at the look on Lais's face. He then walked out of Lais's room.

After Revan came out, Lais thought of Revan's story.

"Maybe also Revan's crazy idea. But if I don't need to use deceit every day can also grow hair." murmured Lais with a smile. He stroked Aruna's face in the photo above his desk.

Lais distracts her from Aruna's photo as her phone rings.

"Yes, Miss Ira?' lais asked when she found out she was Miss Ira.

"Young master. Miss Aruna is crying. He asked the young master to come home" said Ira, worried.

Lais sighed. Aruna is very spoiled now. Sometimes his effective attitude makes Lais a little overwhelmed.

"Mom Ira, give Aruna her cell phone!" lais's word.

The sound of Bu Ira's voice was persuading Aruna to talk to Lais over the phone. Aruna refused it. He wants Lais to go home.

"Young master heard, didn't he? Miss still forces the young master to come home." Mom Ira explained.

"Alright Ma. Tell Aruna I'll be home now" Lais said, ending a phone call from Ms. Ira.

Lais tidied up her desk after which she came out. While in front of Revan's room, he passed Revan who also just came out of his room.

"Where are you going?" tanya Revan saw Lais walking in a hurry.

"Go home." answered Lais short.

"Eh, you don't usually come home during work hours. What's it for?" Revan begins to tease with the oddity of Lais.

Lais stopped her steps. He turned around and patted Revan on the shoulder, "Putting hair" he replied shortly and left immediately to leave Revan, who was gawking in shock.

I want to go home too, right Van? Hayo ngaku
