The Rivet Part 3

Aruna and Lais meet at Revan's apartment. They went down and started to step towards Revan's unit. Upon entering the building, Aruna sees Rendy walking with a woman. Aruna's eyes narrowed in order to see the woman clearly.

"Isn't she the woman that was with Mama and Nisa?" Aruna Gumam.

"What are you talking about?" asked Lais who had heard it.

"Ah.nothing." Aruna. "Master.that's Rendy's brother!" Aruna pointed towards Rendy.

"Sister...!!" aruna shouted while waving her hand. Lais immediately lowered Aruna's hand which waved towards Rendy.

"What do you call him?" tanyakanya. Looks like Lais still doesn't like Rendy.

Rendy who heard Aruna's call turned her steps towards Aruna and Lais.

"How are you, sir?" greet Rendy while extending her hand. And he was very surprised when Lais received the helping hand and answered him.

"Good! You?" answer Lais.

"I'm good too." replied Rendy as she glanced at Aruna. He asked Aruna with his eye gesture about Lais's strangeness. Aruna held up her thumb.

"Finally!" said Rendy with a smile.

"What finally?!" ask Lais.

"Oh.nothing, sir. I'm just happy because sir and Aruna were fine after the kidnapping" replied Rendy.

"Talk about kidnapping, why are you in that building?!" lais asked as she stared intently at Rendy.

Pestilent. What I should say. There's no way I'm saying that me and Revan were planning to have Angela kidnap Aruna.

"Hey! You're listening to me, aren't you?" lais exclaimed because Rendy was silent and did not answer him.

"Oh.it. I was asked to help Revan find Aruna. But he was caught." answered Rendy at last. He scratched his head to expel his nervousness from having to lie.

"Sister! This who?" aruna asked while looking at the hijab-wearing woman standing by Rendy's side.

"Yes until I forget. It's Megar. Good friend of Nisa. Revan asked me to drive him home" replied Rendy. Megar extended her hand towards Aruna. They're acquainted. Then Megar nodded respectfully to Lais.

"You guys fit in" Lais said suddenly. Aruna, Rendy and Megar look at each other.

"What's?Why are you confused?" ask Lais.

"Master why did you say we were a match. There is nothing between us." Rendy explained while Megar just lowered her head

"I just said you guys fit in. What wrong? Do you have to have a relationship first can be said to be suitable?" lais said again.

Aruna bobbing head. "Easy-after. Sir is not wrong. They do fit. Let's go up. Didn't we come to see Mr. Revan." persuaded Aruna. He glanced at Rendy so that the man would no longer argue with Lais.

"Why are your eyes?!" lais asked when she saw Aruna's eyes twitching on Rendy.

"Not knowing it, just the taste. Kinda stiff. So I'm making a move." Aruna said as she continued to pull.

Aruna takes Lais to the elevator and the elevator leads them to the third floor where Revan's unit is located.

"This apartment is good." commented Aruna as she walked towards Revan's unit.

"You likey?" ask Lais. Aruna looked at Lais. He smiled and answered Lais' question. He really likes this apartment, simpler than Lais mansion. But if he said he liked it, Lais would buy him this apartment. And Aruna doesn't want that.

"Why smile?You likey?" lais asked back.

"Eh sir. Which unit of Revan sir?" Aruna distracts Lais. Lais pointed with her chin. Apparently they've arrived in front of Revan's unit.

Lais rang the bell. Not long after, Revan's apartment door opened.

"Hi Nisa!" greet Aruna cheerfully. Nisa was a little shocked to see Aruna and Lais standing at the door.

Nisa's eyes are growing. This time he was really surprised because all this time Lais had never spoken directly to him.

"She's on the back balcony" Nisa replied nervously.

"Can I come in?" ask Lais stiff.

"Ah yes can. Please!" Nisa stuttered. Lais went in and went straight to the balcony where Revan was.

"Roon!" Nisa pulls Aruna's hand. "He?!" Nisa pointed towards Lais.

Aruna nodded. "Yes. He was no longer afraid of strangers. He can overcome his fear."

"Can't you?" ask Nisa.

"Don't pretend. I already know from mama." said Aruna while shaking Nisa's arm.

Nisa nyengir's.

"There's a lot I want to ask you. We're talking somewhere else! I'm afraid Mr. Lais will listen to it." said Aruna.

"I happen to be out shopping. We can talk on the way. I paid my respects to Revan's, didn't I?" answer Nisa.

"He uh. I'd like to say goodbye to Mr. Lais."

They headed to where Aruna and Lais were. After saying goodbye, they then went out to shop at a mini market close to Revan's apartment.

"Nis, how did you and Megar get to be with mom in that building?" asked Aruna while walking.

"Actually my intention was to help my husband find you. Because Mr. Lais was in such a bad condition, Mas Revan couldn't leave him, so I volunteered to help look for you. I invited Megar because he has good martial arts. Very good in fact. When you found your trail, there were some people who tried to block us from finding you. But all can be overcome by Megar until finally a woman stops a fight between Megar and the men."

"And that woman is a mother?"

"Yes. Big madam. As soon as I saw the big madam, I immediately told Megar to stop fighting back. The big lady then invited us to chat and she told me about your kidnapping which was actually her man. His intention is only one, to heal lord Lais."

"How could you think that by kidnapping me you would be cured?"

"Mrs don't have such thoughts. He was just doing a plan drawn up by Mas Revan and Mas Rendy."

"Their plans?" Aruna could hardly believe it.

"Yes. According to the big madam, he always told people to spy on Angela. And when Angela meets Mas Revan and also Mr. Lais, she asks people to further increase their surveillance. Until finally you know when Mas Rendy had a meeting with Angela."

"Then the great mistress asked his men to bring Rendy mas and from Rendylah mas the great madam knew their plan and helped make it happen on condition that neither Mas Revan should know. So since then Mas Rendy completely cut off communication with mas Revan."

Aruna nodded. Now he understands.

"But what makes me still confused is Mr. Lais. According to your story, he was in bad shape but why did he suddenly get to the city?"

"That's why I don't know. You just ask your husband or the big lady." They end the conversation when they get to the mini market.

Aruna helps Nisa shop. He also bought what he needed. Most of his personal needs are due to home needs, Ira ma'am who is shopping.
