Marrying an Imperfect Man

Marrying an Imperfect Man
My Little Lonely Wife.

The next day, at Lais' office.

Revan looked in wonder at the boss who was his best friend who had been sitting in his big chair while smiling.

Persambet times nih people.

"Master!" call Revan. But the called one does not hear.

"Master!" this time Revan's voice was a little louder than his first call. But the result was the same, Lais was still in her own world regardless of Revan.

Revan took a deep breath, curiosity and annoyance mixed in his mind. He stood up and approached Lais' table.

"DORRO!!!!"

Lais jerks. He was shocked to hear Revan's words.

"You're fired, huh?" spray Lais is not happy. Her cheerful face and smile instantly disappeared.

"Secat. fire it. Or if I need to resign. It's been a whole day yesterday having to work alone, today even dicuekin." grumbled Revan like a girl who was sulking.

Lais glanced at Revan who was back sitting onto the sofa with his face bent and a pouting face. He took the blank paper and squeezed it. He threw the paper at Revan.

"You're ugly when you're pouting." lais threw Revan.

"Belgroff." Revan avoided Lais's throw, his face still showing annoyance. It was curiosity that upset him.

"OKs.. Ok. What's up?" eventually Lais gave up.

Revan stared intently at his best friend.

"I want to ask, but not as your subordinate. I asked as your best friend" Revan said.

Lais made a gesture by hand allowing Revan to ask.

"You why? What the hell's been going on? Where was yesterday not working all day? What do you do without involving me? And today, why did you smile all the time?" berondong Revan's.

Hearing Revan's back-to-back questions, Lais recalls what she did with Aruna. He leaned his body against the back of the chair. His lips returned a smile.

"Lais!" snapped Revan because Lais again ignored him.

"Many questions. I was confused to answer it." said Lais flatly. He checked the files on his desk.

Revan got up and walked over to Lais' table. He retrieved the file Lais was checking.

"Jawab my question!" revan said with a suppressed voice.

Lais. Then he laughed. It was funny to him to see Revan upset like he is today.

Feeling himself ridiculed, Revan throws the file he holds in front of Lais and he walks out but Lais's call stops him.

"Revan! Where are you going? Don't you want to hear my answer?"

Revan turned his body. His eyes were staring at Lais. Lais stood up and walked to the sofa. He sat there, and with a hand told Revan to sit on the sofa.

"Yesterday I didn't go to the office because I had to see Sammy's doctor" Lais replied after Revan sat perfectly on the sofa.

Revan's irritated face faded away changing into a face full of worry.

"Is there anything serious about you?" tanyakanya.

Lais shook her head then nodded.

"Me and Aruna.. " Lais hesitates to say it.

"Why you and Aruna? A fight?" revan asked impatiently.

Lais shook her head, "We... "

Lais hanging up her words made Revan even more impatient.

"You why? Argue? Marahan's? Aruna snuggle?"

"No. Our.. " Lais made a hand gesture. He held his fingertips together.

"You guys kissing?"

Lais shook her head then slowly nodded. "More than that." he muttered softly but could still be heard by Revan.

Revan's eyes instantly widened. He couldn't believe Lais's answer.

"More than kissing. You mean you and Aruna did?"

Lais nodded. "Well, I need to get to Sammy. So yesterday I..."

Uncompleted Lais replied, Revan snatched his hand.

"Congratulations, Master!" revan said gladly. He truly congratulated Lais. His eyes were so happy. For Revan, Lais's recovery was his greatest happiness.

Lais pulls Revan's hand. They then hugged.

"Congratulations, Man. Thankfully, you finally recovered too after so much effort and so long." muttered Revan.

"Thank you, Van. You've always supported me. You're patient with my situation." reply Lais.

"That's what friends are for, Lais."

"You're more than just a friend to me, Van. You're my brother." said Lais then let go of his embrace.

"So...?" ask Revan.

"So what?" Lais put on her flat face again.

"Come on. You didn't spend the whole day at doctor Sammy, did you? So what did you do yesterday? Why after Sammy's doctor didn't go to the office?" cerca Revan's.

Lais smiled thinly and mysteriously.

"Don't tell me you were with Aruna all day yesterday...?" Revan said while staring probing.

"You think?" lais replied while standing up. He walked up to his chair and picked up his briefcase.

"Hey, where are you going? The file hasn't been checked out yet." Revan protested at the sight of Lais leaving.

"That's your job. I paid for it, right? I'm going home. My little wife must be lonely at home." Said Lais as he continued walking leaving Revan nagging indistinctly.

"Kc..There was a doank who had a wife. I have one too."
