Public relations department of Pradipta Group was overwhelmed by the protesters who rallied in front of the headquarters. Azri managed to get out secretly without being noticed by the reporters. He is now on his way to the GN Group office, ah no, better he came directly to the residence of the GN President. la sure the GN Group headquarters will be filled with journalists.
Everything became chaotic. Azri had already tried to focus his attention on work to divert his frustration from Widya's departure. He had already devised a strategy, but Lia again messed it up.
Widya, where were you when I needed you?"
Azri does not expect much, only wants Widya beside him. If the girl existed, she was sure that such a difficult time would be easier to overcome. His mind was filled with Widya as his phone rang.
"Hello," he said rudely.
"Where are you now?!” His father's voice pierced his ears. Azri twisting eyeballs.
"Towards the residence of the GN President. Wh why? If you want to be mad at me, you're calling at the wrong time. I'm trying to find a way out of this. I know you're going to make a big splash about the perfect time to marry Lia, but thank you, I still rejected the idea."
Azri guessed. What else could he expect from his father besides that? It was because of her refusal that Lia acted this fast. Though it's been a long time since his father said that marrying Lia could save the company from debt. However, he did not listen to his own father's advice. Which crazy man is willing to marry another woman when he loves his wife so much?
"I do want to scold you, Son,” his father said after sighing heavily. "But not now, and not to force you to marry Lia."
Only now did he finally stop meddling? Isn't it too late? Azri sneered inwardly.
"Then why did you call me? You want me to persuade Lia to cancel the foreclosure?"
"If you're willing."
"That's the same as handing over your neck to be tied up with a chain. GN groups can control us as they please. I don't want to be their slave. I better fight. I'm sure there'll be a way.“
"Alright, Son. I just wanted to tell you not to act rashly. Listen carefully to my words."
Sounds quiet at the end of there. Azri prepared to listen to whatever her father would say. Whether that's good advice or not.
"President GN is the person you really have to face. He's a sly man. It's been a long time since me and him fought to be superior to each other. But since long ago I managed to advance further than him. I know him well. He is someone full of revenge. That bad attitude is what makes the GN President so want to bring me down. Unfortunately this time he succeeded. He cunningly made Pradipta Group wrapped in such a large debt with his company. If you really want to face him today, you better be ready physically and mentally."
Azri was a little in disbelief at hearing the words of her own father. The president of GN is a real bad guy?
"Wait, why do I have to prepare physically and mentally?" his forehead was frowning expecting an answer. However, then Azri realized the connection had been severed.
The mansion was guarded by dozens of bodyguards in black uniforms. He closed the door after getting out of the car, when he came to the door there were two bodyguards blocking his way.
"I'm Azri El Pradipta, the CEO of Pradipta Group came to meet Mr. Matthew Fernandez."
"Sorry Master, but the Great Lord cannot be bothered for now."
Damn it, the man apparently intended to hide.
"It's best to let me in while I'm being polite" Azri said sharply, full of threats.
The two bodyguards looked at each other with pale faces. They try to contact someone through earphones in their ears.
Azri tried hard not to act rude. There's no point in people calling him a bad boy if he's not good at fighting. Don't think Matthew can hold it in front of the door while he's already filled with anger ready to be vented on anything - including his bodyguards.
"Sorry to disappoint you again, sir. But the great master still refused to meet you. Please come back tomorrow."
Azri clucked after taking a deep breath. "Unfortunately, you gave me the wrong answer." He looked at those people with a flat expression. “Have you heard gossip about Azri El Pradipta from the conglomerate family?”
Stupidly the two people were confused.
"He was known as a bad boy and won the Mix Martial Art tournament in America."
Azri raised his hand and with an almost invisible movement threw his hand towards the two poor bodyguards. The two large-bodied men bounced far enough and fell on the terrace floor.
"He was also known as a grumpy and impatient man. A big mistake has made a man seem upset."
Azri then stepped over the two people casually and entered the house. His steps again stopped because now not only two men he faced, but some men burly. He counts in his heart. Fifteen people, inwardly.
Azri raised his chin haughty and calm. "So, you guys want to get in my way too?"
