Married Bad Boy

Married Bad Boy
Part 47's

"Is there any progress?"

Widya shook her head weakly answering Mahendra's question regarding her son. He continued to give her periodic reports on Azri's development. If the change by Mahendra is Azri's improved attitude, then his mission is almost successful.

Unfortunately that's not what Mahendra wants. Half of it is true. Azri's improved habits became an important point. However, Mahendra hopes that Azri will be interested in joining the family business. Mahendra wants to sit his son in the chair of the CEO of Pradipta Group.

In fact, Azri still hates his father and strongly opposes his wishes. He even still looks good in the office.

"I'm working on it. It takes a little more effort and patience. But don't worry, I'm sure it won't be long before Azri will be ready to be the leader." Widya realized Mahendra's expression was so agitated. "What's wrong?"

Mahendra threw himself in the chair. "You know what the shareholders are like, don't you? They can't be patient, some are not even happy. They urged to choose their own candidate for leader if Azri's position as a candidate for leader has not been ascertained. How about this, to convince them of Azri's eligibility, the child must successfully obtain a cooperation project contract with GN Group. We'll give him that job."

"Cooperation project?" ask Widya curiously. Sounds like a very important project. "You sure want to hand it over to Azri. What if it doesn't work? Will the Pradipta Group incur any major losses?"

"Based on his ability, I'm sure Azri can finish well. The problem is whether the child will accept it or not and your job is to convince him. How, it's up to you."

Again, he was given a very difficult task. Widya took a patient breath. It's easy to say it. How did he convince Azri to accept the project? The man willing to come to this office alone was already a rapid advancement.

"Remember. It's a very important project and it shouldn't be until something goes wrong. Besides the Chairman of GN Group is a very complicated person. He is not someone who is easy to face. But Azri's character can definitely keep up with her. If the boy manages to get his hands on it, the shareholders will not hesitate to entrust the chairmanship to him."

Seeing Widya pensive with a burdened expression, Mahendra sighed. He looked at the young girl in earnest.

"Wherever we have to succeed in persuading Azri to be willing to accept it. All for the good of the boy and also the future of Pradipta Group. Maybe this decision seems selfish, but I am responsible for the survival of all employees who work for the Pradipta Group. Azri must learn to take responsibility as well. He can't continue living at will like he does now."

If it comes to the survival of others, like it or not Widya must accept this task. He had to think of a way to convince Azri to accept the project. Just thinking about it he was dizzy. He just hopes Azri is not too difficult to persuade.

Widya did not count Azri as frustrated for anything else. The man often dodges whenever he crosses paths with him. Many times he asked himself what made Azri like that, but he himself did not understand. Like this time, Azri hurriedly turned away when she realized Widya's presence at home once she arrived.

"It just so happens that you're home, there's something I want to talk about."

"I don't want to talk about anything. Office work is enough to drive me crazy" said Azri while changing her suit to prepare to go back after returning from work. He said it without looking at Widya at all.

"Where else are you going?" Widya blinked in surprise when she found Azri had changed clothes and rushed to the door.

Azri turned around for a moment with a cold look. "It's none of your business." After that he came out without saying anything more.

Widya doesn't know what other mistakes she's made. As she remembered since the holidays, Azri's attitude has started to improve, then what happens to her now?

The real Azri did not mean to make Widya sad or misunderstood. He just doesn't want to be around that girl. Her thoughts could be poisoned if she stared at Widya for too long. It's a very strange phenomenon. He had never expected something so big as this moment. He was filled with thoughts of touching Widya.

"You why? These few days seem restless?" ask Jhors confused.

Even the club music that was pounding fast did not make Azri aware of his daydream. Since coming an hour ago, Azri just sat there staring, occasionally cursing and daydreaming again.

"Maybe it's the effect of work in the office" Bobby guessed. "You know he's anti working behind the desk, don't you."

"I think because of something else" said Ki Bum while observing Azri. “I know, it looks like he's in a kasmaran!"

His friends laughed, but to Azri it was not funny at all. They did not know that he was tormented for not being able to control his desires. He needs an impingement. he can't date just any woman, because that's his one-on-one way through alcohol. However, even a few sips of wine could no longer make his mind clear.

"It's nice to find you here."

Marleen came with a cheerful face. He greeted one by one Azri's friends and sat beside Azri who looked carefree. From his attitude, it appears he has recovered from the mental breakdown symptoms that he experienced after the events of their vacation time.

"What's going on with you?"

"You must have some drink." Mar Leen poured red wine into the empty sloki and handed it to Azri.

One by one his friends got up leaving him alone. They prefer to have fun on the dance floor.

"Is there a problem?"

Marleen berta her gentle, Azri exhaled her breaths tightly before turning to the girl who was now staring at her fixedly. He admits he can never be angry at Marleen because this girl and her self have the same fate. Both rebelled because they were restrained by their parents.

"No. Just tired and bored."

"Then we can have fun tonight to get rid of your boredom." Marleen brought her face closer to kiss Azri's cheek. However, Azri swiftly restrained the girl's body before approaching her.

"No Marleen, you just find another man to have fun tonight" elak Azri expressionlessly.

Marleen is aghast at the shock of realizing Azri's attitude towards her is colder than before. What exactly is going on?

Azri gulped a little wine in her glass to relieve dizziness. Like an alarm, Widya suddenly echoed in her ears.

"Azri El Pradipta, I've said several times that alcoholic beverages are not good for health. Quickly put down the glass!'

Azri gasped, he reflexively put his glass back on the table as if it were embers. He was stunned while staring at his own hands.

What did I just do? Shit, if it continues like this he can go crazy.

"Why don't you like your drink?"

Marleen's question is not in the press because Azri is busy dismissing everything about Widya. Her phone vibrated, a message entered plastered on her screen.

Sender: Widya

Where are you at? I've prepared dinner. How about we have dinner together?

Azri's hand suffered a mild tremor when he finished reading the short message. Widya's taking her to dinner together? Without thinking long Azri moved from his seat.

"Where are you going?" Marleen blinked in surprise.

"I have to go. I have important things to take care of."

Azri left the club without looking at Marleen or saying goodbye to her friends. That short message provided an incredible inspiration.

In Azri's heart cheering, she now knew what she was going to do to Widya.

Widya plans to speak carefully with Azri so that she is willing to take on the project. I don't know if this night will succeed or fail. At least he tried. He smiled looking at the dining table that was neatly arranged. All the food served there is Azri. la's favorite food to ask Aunt Swari to find out what foods Azri likes.

"If I can make her happy, maybe she'll take the job."

Widya poured water into the glass while humming when she heard the sound of the door opening. He's sure it must be Azri. Geez, his behavior is like a real wife who awaits the arrival of her husband.

Wait, she's Azri El Pradipta's real wife.
