The following days were the hardest for Widya. She knew this was the risk she took since declaring herself willing to be the wife of Azri El Pradipta. The man is more difficult to manage and the more days his behavior becomes.
Her night out routine has not been healed even though Widya has used all kinds of ways to stop it. Even his habit of drinking alcohol when dizzy has not changed. That alone may still be forgivable, but what about dating another girl?
Widya had to brazen her heart with steel so as not to easily waver whenever she caught her husband making out with the girl named Marleen, like this time.
"This is the office, Azri El Pradipta. Would a general manager like you kiss a girl who's not your wife in this place?"
Widya kept her tone from sounding snapping or angry. She intends to deliver a report for Azri to check when she accidentally sees Marleen in the room kissing her own husband.
"What else is Miss Marleen doing here anyway?“
Widya's gaze shifted to Marleen who was smiling sweetly, as if she had done nothing wrong. Azri himself had now returned to his seat behind the table.
"I delivered a dinner invitation letter to Azri from my sister" he said, showing Widya a card.
"You can drop him off at the reception below" Widya said quickly.
"Faster is better. Besides, nobody's gonna get mad if I get in here, right?" Marleen turned to Azri who nodded lightly.
Patience, patience.inner Widya. She placed the file she carried on Azri's table while looking at her husband fiercely.
"This is the report, Mr. GM. Please check now as this is much needed at the afternoon meeting."
"alright. I'll check later, you can go, "go away Azri indifferently.
Widya stood upright with her hands folded in front of her chest.
"I'll keep an eye on you here."
"I told you I'd check later" Azri said, not wanting Widya to linger in her room.
"I-would-be sure you-check-report-now!" resolute Widya with sharp narrowed eyes. Even every word he spoke was full of emphasis.
"Isn't Azri su-" Marleen was about to interrupt, but her speech came to a halt as Widya leaned towards her with cold eyes.
Suddenly his tongue was. If stares could kill people, maybe Marleen was dead by now. He would rather retreat from this battle.
"Azri, I'll call you later. Don't forget to come. My sister would be offended if you missed her dinner" said Marleen stiffly, the next second the girl had moved out of Azri's room.
"Why did you throw him out?" reprimanded Azri was angry to see Marleen coming out of his room. He looked at the girl who was in front of him in annoyance.
"I didn't throw him out. He's the one who put his feet up before I'm kicked out," Widya said with sharpened eyes.
Azri grumbled in annoyance. He took the rough map lying on his desk and examined it carefully. Although he does not like it, but he is not a person who will underestimate the work. He always finished his work with satisfactory results.
Widya waited for Azri to finish the report while sitting on the sofa set in her room. He looked around, the room was very neat. The books were neatly lined up on the shelf to his right.
In another buffet there are some photos on display there. Widya was interested in a photo of a woman's face that felt familiar. He got up so he could see the picture up close.
"Here," he murmured while conscious. Widya turned her head towards Azri who remained busy with her report then returned to the photo in her hand.
Of course, how could Widya not know. This woman's face reminded him of Azri. She must be Azri's mother. Finally, I can tell what his face looks like. Somehow Widya felt happy at once relieved.
"What are you doing? I'm done checking!" exclaim Azri surprise.
Widya put the figura back into place and turned to Azri.
"Oh yeah? Thank you." Thank you." Widya picked up the report Azri was referring to and left before hearing the man's comments.
Forgot to feel sorry for Marleen after seeing her mother-in-law's face. He walked into his room when he met Ryan.
"What are you doing in our company?" ask Widya amazed. Of all Azri's friends, Ryan treated her most kindly. Her handsome face gave off such a pure impression that it was somewhat surprising to know she was one type with Azri.
"In company of my uncle met with Mr. Mahendra." Ryan moved closer to her and whispered.
"Does your friend Bella work here, too?"
"Bella?" Widya was surprised, Ryan asked his best friend. "Yes, of course. He's in HRD."
"You're serious?" the excitement was enthusiastic, making Widya squint suspiciously.
"Oh I mean very good. I visit her sometime-oh no, I mean you guys. Well then I have to go to the President's room first." Ryan hurriedly left before Widya interrogated him.
"He is also dangerous," he murmured with a heavy sigh. Looks like he should warn Bella.
