PART 30 - WHITE TO BLACK

I was in a foreign place. Only white I see. White clean without a hint of stain. It was like I was in a cotton world. But I'm just alone. It's so quiet here, even the sound of my own breathing can't be heard by me.

Then suddenly came a speck of black from a distance. Quickly the black dot approached, got bigger, then swallowed me.

"Yyyyy....!" I was swallowed by darkness. And now I'm in that darkness. But strangely I can see clearly even though it is this dark.

"Where else am I now?"

I spread my eyes in all directions. At first I found nothing. But slowly appeared some figures that I had seen before such as strange-shaped creatures in the cave, the beautiful princess of the Dutch kingdom, and many more. The most obvious there are two children and the mother in the same dress.

Then slowly the other astral beings began to appear as if they were following each other, as if they were showing off their existence in front of me. In this situation I can't move. It was as if they had come in turns to get close to me and not let me bother them.

Then suddenly they walked faster moving, like a video set to be faster. The sighting stopped at someone I knew very well. Someone who has been bothering me lately and has apparently managed to fill the void in my heart.

"Y!!!" Shouts tight. I wish Zaki could hear me, but it looks like Zaki can't hear me because of our great distance.

I want to get close to Zaki but I can't. As if I was assigned to be just a spectator. The audience who saw the horrible show. How not terrible, I saw Zaki tortured by supernatural beings there.

"Stop! Please stop!" I said it was getting hysterical. I was crying so much.

"Zaki's! Don't just shut up! Get away from there!" I screamed as hard as I could, but Zaki still didn't hear me.

I saw Zaki kneeling. His power was drained after he was whipped, beaten, kicked, and hit by a blunt object. I can't bear to see it, really. I think I want to be there. Although I can't do anything for Zaki, I want to be by his side when he's in trouble.

"What exactly was Zaki doing wrong? Why are you hurting Zaki like this!" I was unceasingly screaming. Who knows one of my shouts will be heard by those there.

"Stop torturing Zaki." I said painfully. My eyes began to blur because of the tears that kept flowing.

"What can I do for you, Zak. I can't stand to see you like this."

Then they seemed to move closer to my position that did not shift a bit. They became closer than my standing. Zaki is closer to me.

"Zaki!" Shouted again. Hopefully this time Zaki can hear me.

And lucky Zaki really heard me. Zaki looked up a little. Can he see me.

"God!" Shouted Zaki. From his voice I could tell that he was withstanding the pain, the pain that he had all over his body.

"Zaki, why are they torturing you? What's wrong?"

Zaki shook his head faintly. "I didn't do anything. I don't know why I was dragged to this place." Zaki said very slowly.

"You must be in pain, right, Zak? Let me also follow_"

"Don't, Ay! Don't be rash! I can still survive, you have to trust me. Better find a way out."

Then the blow back Zaki received. He coughed until he vomited fresh blood. Then Zaki bowed with his hands tied to a pole.

"Zak, aren't you papa?" My toot.

"Zaki, you heard me, right?"

"Zaki why are you? You're..."

Zaki remained motionless. I can't continue my words anymore.

"Zaki!"

Like someone just opened my movement, now I can feel my body can be moved. I ran towards Zaki. But not yet a few steps, both of my hands were scuffed by other supernatural beings. And also many other creatures behind me.

I kept fighting trying to release the disgusting creature's hand, but I lost strongly. Moreover, they are not just one.

I'm losing. I can't fight for power. I certainly can't beat their power. I need to think of a way to fight them.

I hadn't thought of anything yet, they dragged me away from Zaki first.

"Let go! I want to be here. I want to accompany Zaki!" No matter how hard I rebel, so much of my strength is wasted. But I really don't want to leave Zaki alone. I don't want to leave Zaki anymore, I have to learn from the experience.

"Zaki wake! Get up, Zak! I need you!" My yelling. And those creatures attract me even more. Zaki also had no sign of moving.

Mind fucked. I'm so afraid Zaki will do anything. I wish he had just fainted from exhaustion. I can't bear it if Zaki loses his life.

"Hurry and open your eyes, Zaki! You heard me, right? I need you! I'm waiting for you!" I kept screaming. And I won't stop screaming until Zaki can hear me.

But unfortunately the creatures did not want to stay silent they forcefully dragged me further away.

"I swear I won't let you go if something bad happens to Zaki!" I said sharply. I don't know where I got the courage to issue a threatening sentence for the supernatural beings here.

Rougher than ever, they threw myself against the wall. Then they tied my hands to a pole far enough away from Zaki.

"Damn it! You guys dare to flirt!" My sarcasm seemed to forget fear.

Several other creatures came approaching, one of them carrying a whip. No doubt he threw the whip at my feet.

"Akh.." I cried. It feels hot and painful.

Right yeah. If Zaki accepts this torment then I am willing to accept it. I can't let Zaki endure the pain alone.

Again. The creature whipped me back. This time he didn't give me a pause, he whipped me constantly.

"Shhh." I hissed slowly. I don't want to look weak in front of dirty creatures like them. I had to hold my throat so I wouldn't make a sound of pain.

Not only that, one other creature approached and hit my feet with a large beam very strongly. My feet were numb. Was my bone crushed by it?

I stared hard at those creatures. "You filthy creatures, you will not be able to defeat noble beings like us!"

Unaccepting with my words, one of them came forward and smashed a large iron ball right in my face. At that time my nose was nosebleed. Not only that, fresh blood also came out of my mouth when the iron ball was struck on my stomach.

I'm limp. Totally helpless. My power is drained. I don't have the energy to just lift my head. I finally felt what Zaki felt. I'm glad I can't help Zaki but at least I'll be here with Zaki. I was so tired, and my eyes asked me to close it.

"God!" I heard someone call me just before I closed my eyes.

"Ayri don't close your eyes!"

In an instant I opened my eyes wide. Then I circulated my gaze to look for the source of the voice. It wasn't Zaki's voice because Zaki was still asleep. That is the voice of a woman.

"Ayri, please hold on."

I kept looking for the source of the sound, and I finally found it from the top.

"Elsa?"
