“Shh, shh, shh.” Hera gently rubbed Tian's head peak. He loved his best friend so much that he got to the point where he would get hurt if he saw the girl shed tears. “Sorry yes, you snapped earlier.”

Tian shook his head slowly. “You deserve to be angry because my actions are the same as hiding that fact from you. But I have a reason, Ra. I'd like to try to reconcile Afgar and Sapphira first before giving word to you. But Afgar seemed to have given up and Safira said.”

“Iya. I went to Safira's house and Aunt Gita said Safira was not in Indonesia anymore. At first I thought he went with Afgar, but it turned Afgar to Bristol for business.” Hera laughed cynically.

Tian's forehead frowned at Hera's statement, especially when catching her ugly look when she mentioned Afgar's name. “Who did you hear from if Afgar went to Bristol for business?”

“Hagan who said,” answered Hera without bothering to give frills “Bang” before mentioning the name of the eldest son of the Linus family. He had already lost respect for the two brothers, even for the Linus family as a whole.

Tian sighed. He never doubted Hera's words, but Afgar's expression as he recounted the news of his breakup with Sapphira was also impossible to make up. The expression did not belong to someone who could fly abroad just to take care of business interests, but rather the expression of someone who was completely broken and wanted to momentarily forget the failure of his relationship. Therefore, his brain tried to find a logical explanation for the conflicting information Hera had received.

“You believe the same nonsense, Brother Hagan? Do you know how Kak Hagan is related to Afgar?” tian asked gently.

“That's a great idea, Ti. But lying about the problem is of no benefit to Hagan, right?” ask Hera back.

“I don't want to say that Brother Hagan lied, but the way Hagan and Afgar saw the end of Afgar and Safira's relationship was clearly different. Hagan and everyone in his family may judge Afgar and Sapphira's engagement relationship is only limited to business cooperation. But Afgar certainly looked at all of this differently,” Tian explained. However, Hera gave a skeptical look to him.

“OK. It may sound like I was defending Afgar too much, but Afgar's expression was broken from Safira indicating that he was broken. I'm sure it's not the expression of the person who only thinks about the connection in his head,” Tian added.

Hera tried to ponder over Tian's words. His heart was still suspicious of Afgar, but if Tian dared to side with Afgar, it was likely that he was too emotionally flammable without considering Afgar's feelings.

“So, how should we, Ti?” ask Hera at last.

Tian took a deep breath before shaking a little. “Afgar seems not to want to fight their relationship and Safira himself does not seem to want to meet anyone who has anything to do with Afgar.”

Hera covered her ay face with both of her palms.

“What the hell happened to them? Why did Safira make this extreme decision?” hera asked herself, but Tian's bitter expression made Hera again feel bad omen.

“Safira suddenly asked Afgar to choose between him or me,” Tian said.

The wrinkles on Hera's forehead deepened. “Why suddenly that?”

Tian took another breath before retelling the whole thing that Afgar had told him. The atmosphere was silent again as he finally finished his words.

“Why did the name Meda suddenly appear in Afgar's story earlier, Ti?” asked Hera after compiling the pile of information that had just entered her head in the right order.

“You remember Afgar's birthday party time?” ask Tian back. Hera nodded quickly.

“Back from there, Meda suddenly told me to keep my distance from Afgar,” Tian said again.

“Reason?”

Hera's eyes were rounded. “Hold-hold how?” tanyanya.

“When at the party I ate it was a mess. And you know Afgar, he's like a guard and a nanny, right if I'm the same?” Tian looked at Hera to see if the girl could catch the intent of her speech.

As Hera nodded her head, Tian resumed his words. “Afgar tuh giniin me.” Tian then practiced what Afgar did while cleaning the breadcrumbs on Tian's lips.

Hera scrunched her nose. “This is what is meant by hold-hold?”

Tian nodded slowly.

Hera raised her arm to rub the back of her head, her habit of thinking. “Alvin is also jealous, but it's just the same for people who are not known. If the same Afgar or friends in the class who have been deket he never suspected.”

“You want to say that the overprotective Alvin alone can tolerate, right?” tanya Tian quickly. It was Hera's turn to nod.

“I think so too. I think maybe Meda needs more time to get to know Afgar better and see for herself that the closeness of me and Afgar is not what she feared,”.

“Or maybe you should better understand Meda. He may never have had a relationship that lasted for years with someone, like you and Afgar. So, he can't relate to your closeness and Afgar's,” soft advice Hera.

Tian bit the inside of his lower lip before slowly nodding his head.

“You really. I can't just impose my point of view on Meda.”

Hera breathed a sigh of relief. At least he can provide a little help for one of his friends who are being perpetuated it.

In fact, Hera felt very guilty because again something happened when she spent alone time with Alvin. It makes him feel selfish because he can enjoy his vacation by having fun while his other friends face complicated problems. Even so, he did not blame Alvin who gave the initiative to vacation alone because he himself accepted Alvin's proposal without thinking. At that time all he had in mind was how to keep his lover's mood did not deteriorate. Who could have predicted that a major incident like this would happen in the space of a week?

“So, you'll make Meda better, right?” asked Hera again while looking at Tian's face which was starting to shine.

Tian nodded excitedly. “I actually intend to be better with him anyway.”

Hera raised next to her eyebrows. “Oh yes, when?”

“Later. The day before Meda leaves for Paris.”

“When is it?”

“Tomorrow,” says Tian while grinning widely.

Hera was intending to tease Tian further, but the ringing of the cell phone she placed in her bag made Hera swallow back her words.

“Iya, Alvin?” Hera answered her phone while gesturing to Tian that she should leave immediately.
