Eps. 83 Infinix Team Showdown

Because the affectionate words spoken by Rheva just made him sit back and make him stay in front of the girl even though just to look at her face and hear a long explanation about Infinix and Pixy to him it still makes no sense at all.

“Can I borrow your book?” he told the girl just to make her lover was happy by borrowing the book that he did not know would read it or not later when at home.

“Ah yes... Just bring this book. If it is done please immediately return it to me.” he said with sparkling eyes while handing the two books to Dirga.

“One first...” he said again handed over one book he picked up randomly to the girl.

Night at Dirga's house.

After returning from campus he put the thick book he borrowed earlier to the study table in his room. He has not opened the page of the book.

Dirga sat in front of his desk doing assignments from campus. After two hours of doing his job, he felt sleepy and unconscious when his head was on the table. He overslept and accidentally opened Rheva's book when her hand on the table touched the book. Thirty minutes later he woke up.

“Ah. Better I move to bed now.” she stands up and tidies up the books that are on the table and piles them up. His eyes were fixed when he saw the ancient book of his lover that was open it showed various symbols in his way.

“This symbol..” he immediately grabbed the book and took it to bed because he was interested in reading it. Sitting against the wall he read the book.

He read the characters of four powerful groups in ancient times namely Ighist, Infinix Excogryf and Pixy. He read the characteristics of each group along with the distinctive symbols of each group.

He recalled the words Rheva had said earlier this afternoon in the library stating that she was probably a descendant of Infinix or Pixy.

He then found one of the characteristics of Infinix's strength that is easily recognized in the strength of his eyes, namely the power of violet rays.

“Why is Infinix's eye power character almost the same as my eye power huh ? This is very strange..” he said softly when reading the book.

He continued reading about Pixy's characteristics. Where in the book mentioned that Pixy is the strongest group in his time. Pixies are a group of people who have multi-talents and have mysterious powers. They can master various skills or abilities easily.

“Maybe all this is just a coincidence.” he said who began to sleepy again. He immediately closed the book and put it on the table. After that, he closed his eyes.

After hearing a report from Infinix's forces stating that Ighist had returned to the Snow Valley some time ago, Arthur asked the Infinix troops to track down Ighist's whereabouts.

“buk...” suddenly the boy fell. He stood up again and looked to the side. There was no one or thing there that could make him fall.

He walked over and saw that there was a black fog around him that felt pressing. He touched the smoke which made him startled because suddenly the smoke turned into a black-robed figure with an assassin-like appearance.

“Argh...” The boy shouted as the black-robed figure had approached him. The figure turned into a mist that was inhaled back into his breathing and headed to his brain and read the child's memories. Instantly the boy fainted from feeling a great headache with the gadget lying next to him.

Thin black smoke shot out from the child's body and returned into a pitch-black mist that spread into the air enveloping anyone passing through the area.

The incident repeated. Several pedestrians collapsed on the streets after shouting.

Moments later the black smoke came out from some people lying unconscious there. The smoke gathered into a dense black fog that led back to Mahakam Beach and disappeared there. Along with the disappearance of the smoke came a cold wind that suddenly blew hard and knocked down some coconut trees on the beach. The previously calm weather suddenly turned windy along the resort area.

At 03:00 in the morning.

Dirga woke up from his sleep because he felt the air there was not good. The air around him suddenly felt hot for no reason.

“What happened... ?” he said he pulled a blanket and got out of bed and checked the situation in the house, which turned out to be fine.

He stood by the window and looked outside where the air outside also suddenly turned hot. Since there was nothing outside after he checked, he went back to sleep with the room window wide open and without a blanket.
