Eps. 65 Meet With Friends

The boy continued to run after Rheva despite not knowing the reason. He swished around and had a chance to see there was a protective array earlier.

“What that array means Rheva is dangerous. Did something happen to her in that area?” looking back at the array he had just seen while continuing to run.

Meanwhile on the other side, in the tent.

All the students conducted a search into the forest for two consecutive days in turn. They divided several groups that accompanied the evacuation team to search deep into the forest. But they all came back empty-handed.

Today is the third day of their search. Five evacuation team officers moved in accompanied by ten students who helped him, one of whom was Tomy who joined. While others remained in the tent to guard the tent and continue their activities which became hampered due to two missing members.

“Let's start moving...! We comb the southeast area that we have not explored for the last two days yesterday.” evacuation team leader orders. The joint evacuation teams moved and began combing the area designated by the head of the rescue team and following its instructions.

They walked towards the southeast and went deeper together. They looked around to look for traces as well as signs of the whereabouts of their two missing members. They're getting into the woods deeper.

“See this chairman.. It's like someone's footprints.” said one of the evacuation team members on the evacuation team leader pointed to a footprint that is still visible even though it is faint and covered by leaves. The team leader approached and saw the footprints pointed at by the team members who found it.

“True these are human footprints. It's possible that this is a trace of our missing members. Then we look for other traces maybe we will find a clue.” replied the head of the evacuation team.

They then walked again into the forest to look for any traces they might find again. Sure enough after they walked another meter they found the footprints again. They followed the trail and came back to find another trail. There were a few more tracks they found and they followed them. But the trail disappeared near a huge and thick tree that looked a little haunted and felt strange air around it.

“We lost track of it....We almost found them. Less is a little more sure we find them.” said one member of the evacuation team to his friend.

Tomy, who saw the trail, ended up near a tree, recalling the day she was with her friend before the incident. He saw the tree and surrounded it.

“This is like a tree when Dirga tripped fall because it caught a large root ?” inner Tomy saw a tree that looked similar to a tree that made his friend fall but no large roots sticking out of the tree.

“What are friends ?” ask one of the evacuation teams to approach Tomy.

“Nothing...” he replied.

“Then let's continue our search. Evacuation team leader ordered us to split into two groups and split up to do search.” Tomy also according to his friend's words and went from that place to search again to greet other evacuation teams who had moved and left the area.

The wind blew and blew away the leaves covering the ground. The tree that was seen by Tomy was also exposed to a gust of wind that made the leaves that covered it crashed by the wind while blowing it and it was seen that it would be large that sticking out to the ground and the carcasses of rats in the area surrounding.

The two teams are now searching. One team moved to the right and the other team walked to the left with Tomy.

“Who's blood is about ?” simon asked to examine the dried blood. Hearing Simon's words, the other evacuation team nearby approached to see the bloodstains mentioned by their evacuation team leader.

They then walked back and looked for traces of blood that they might still find around the tree that had patches of blood. Sure enough, they found another patch of blood and followed the trail that led somewhere.

Back to Dirga and Rheva who were running. As there were blood spots on their bodies, now behind them came ten white wolves chasing after them after smelling new blood and sniffing it.

“Celaka... they have detected our presence.” said Rheva looking back. He was confused as to how he would fight those white wolves. By using force alone he was still injured especially if fighting them with his bare hands. What will happen to him ? Dead for the second time ?

“Damn... ! After the rat, the snake, and now we meet the wolf. Really shit !” groused Dirga who also looked back saw a pack of wolves that continued to chase them.

Quickly the ten white wolves had already surrounded the two of them.

“Bak.. buk..” by having them both beat up the wolf in front of them with their bare hands. They hit the wolf, slammed it on the ground, slammed it into the trees and occasionally slammed the wolf into other wolves. Five wolves fell and five others were still chasing.

“If we continue to beat them to the end there will increase their number because they call their friends. Before that happens we have to run.” obviously the girl while away from the herd of wolves and running into the forest. Meanwhile, Dirga still drove the wolf so that his friend could escape from the pursuit of wolves.

Dirga ran behind Rheva while continuously beating the five wolves into the forest.

“Srak... tap... tap...” heard a quick step sound not far from the evacuation team.

“Awas ! Everyone be careful ! Beware of anyone approaching and we do not know who they are.” Simon said stopped after hearing a rapid pace towards them making others stop searching and now alert.

Moments later they saw Dirga and Rheva running towards them and there were some white wolves chasing after them.

“Senior Simon.. ” said Dirga when he met the evacuation team and its chairman, Simon.

“All help Dirga and Rheva drop the wolf. Be careful not to get hurt !” simon shouted at his team members and led the wolf attack.

All the members of the evacuation team followed the instructions of the chairman and fought the pack of white wolves.
