Eps. 22 Seeing the Other World

A few days after Dirga's vision returned. He saw all the astral beings. But he never told his father and mother. Especially until they are in front of them and other family members.

As he looked at the invisible creatures before his eyes, he tried to restrain himself and pretended not to see their whereabouts while he was close to his parents.

One night Dirga woke up in the middle of the night. He rose from his seat and felt the air around him become different, there was a thin fog inside his room.

He then walked out of the room to check on the situation at home and outside the house. A thin fog enveloped the entire house. He saw that no other family member woke up.

Dirga continued walking outside the house and saw smoke enveloping the entire front porch area, even the fog there was very thick.

He walked to the corner of the terrace to look for Firoz, but he only saw the straps. He did not know where the eagle was going. Usually just around the terrace there he was.

“Firoz... Firoz...” called Firoz but never came too.

“meow... meow..” the sound of a cat behind the mist.

In addition to hearing the sound of a cat from behind the fog, Dirga saw the green eyes that shone brightly behind the thick fog.

“That must be Firoz... Firoz back...!!” yelling for again.

Because his eagle was unwilling to return, he finally walked through the fog to take Firoz back.

Behind the fog, he sees a silvery-white cat that he believes is Firoz's change. He was getting closer to where the cat was.

He was very close to the cat. Dirga crouched down and lifted the body of the cat then stroked its soft fur while walking out through the thick fog to return to the porch of the house.

But he was stunned when he saw his house was no longer in front of him. And the surrounding area turned into a foreign area that he did not know.

He spread his eyes around. Which only looks empty and pitch-black expanse of land. Even the stars or not at that time were not in the sky.

“Where is... Firoz where is this ?” looking at the cat he was carrying.

“meow...” looked at Dirga then detached from Dirga's sling and jumped down.

The cat then changed back to its original form into a white eagle. He then flew away from Dirga.

Dirga ran after Firoz. He jumped up to grab the bird's body to keep it from flying higher, and he finally got it.

He held Firoz tightly and walked to find his way back. The road he walked again changed. This time he was in an area that felt very cold. There was a wooden bridge that lay before him in the middle of two cliffs with a deep abyss in between.

As he looked back, behind him was a ravine. There's no other way but he has to cross that suspension bridge.

He had to cross that bridge. He stepped his foot slowly on the 15-centimeter-wide and fragile wood. He was holding on to a rope along the bridge.

He managed to walk to the middle of the bridge. Then he stopped for a moment because he felt his legs tremble. He intended to calm himself by looking down, and for a moment his gaze turned round.

“kratak..”

“No...”

When falling Dirga had pulled the rope bridge so as to hold his body. But soon he saw the end of the rope he was holding eroded and finally the rope he was holding broke because it was not strong to hold the weight of his body.

Dirga fell down. He could only give up and pray in his heart while remembering Mom and Dad. As his body fell deeper and deeper, Firoz escaped from his arms.

Firoz flew soaring upwards far above Dirga's body. He turned into a tiger with wings.

He flew downwards quickly under Dirga's body and held his body back from falling deeper into the bottom of the abyss.

“Firoz.. You changed at the right time. Firoz you're great. What kind of animal did you turn into ? I just saw your change for the first time.” sat down and held Firoz's neck with a smile after he had felt fear and despair.

Phiroz turned into a creature in ancient historical mythology as found in the books of ancient Egyptian civilization. He flew over the broken bridge and landed at the end of the bridge.

Up at the end, he lowered Dirga and changed into a white eagle and perched on Dirga's shoulder.

He showed his feet on the ground and stepped forward. All around seemed desolate, there were only one meter tall wild grasses along the way. He continued walking and found a light in the middle of the darkness.

When he reached the place where the light source was, he stopped. Many butterflies were flying and shining around him.

Dirga stood up and looked at the multicolored butterfly. The color of the butterfly is very different from the color of butterflies that he used to meet. Among the thousands of shiny white butterflies there is one that is purple.

It just so happened that the colored butterfly was flying low right above his head. He caught the butterfly. And when he caught her. It was as if he saw the place he was in now was once a fertile and prosperous place. The green grass spread out everywhere, flowers blooming various colors along the way. There was laughter from the people along the way.

Rice and wheat plants spread in several rice fields, also seen a variety of fruits that are ripe and ready to be picked for eating.

Dirga was interested in seeing blue berries because he had never met and ate them before. What he saw at the time was real.

He walked towards the middle of the fruit plantation. Arriving in the middle, he stopped and picked some blue berries. Just as he was about to eat it, he felt his body like something was pushing and made him bounce back violently.

He felt his butt a little pain after crashing on the ground. He got up and stood up. Suddenly his head felt spinning again which made him feel dizzy. The longer he felt the dizziness hit the more intense and he was not strong to hold it.

“Auw...auw..” holding the head while holding the eyes.

He then tried to control his breathing to be calmer. After feeling calm and the dizziness he felt diminished, he opened his eyes again.

He looked around and found that he had returned to his house with Firoz. The thick fog on the terrace had already disappeared. He then walked towards the entrance and returned Firoz to his place.

He went into the house and walked to his room. In the room he opened his hand. There were three blue berries that he picked up earlier.

Unfortunately he did not eat the fruit and just stared at it. Drowsy he put the fruit on the table near the sleeping lamp. As he slept, unbeknownst to him, the fruit floated over his body then entered into his eyes and disappeared.
