Eps. 72 Snow Valley 1

Dirga enjoyed every snowflake that fell into his hands. He clasped the cold grain and reopened his hand for a lot of snow to fall into his palm. Because this was the first time for him to see and touch the snow felt directly.

Meanwhile, it looks in contrast to Rheva who looks not so happy to see the place and even looks emotional. He didn't think he could reach his hometown. One question flashed through his mind, how could Mahakam Beach connect with his world.

Not yet had he found the answer to his question, he suddenly remembered the smile of his mother and at the call of his father's affection.

“Rheva... Rheva...” call Dirga to his friend who still does not reply at all. And instead he saw the girl galloping into that place.

“Hei wait... wait... ! You're getting weird. I called not to answer, but now I run away from me. What's wrong with the girl. Unusually he was so.” looked at Rheva who was running fast like a deer with a slightly irritated feeling. This time it was her turn to ignore the girl. He walks leisurely while occasionally playing in the snow. He made a snowball and threw it like little kids do.

He then looked at the wooden board at the entrance of the place and read it. There's a letter there. He read the writing.

“Vallee de neige..” he said reading a writing that he did not know what language it was while holding the letters that arise. But strange even though he did not know what language it was but he could interpret the writing.

“What does snow valley mean yes ?” he muttered and walked back and found a writing board on a nail in a large tree.

“Mise en garde !!! Les etrangers ne sont pas autorisea entry dans cette zone sans automation ! Emm... So I'm a stranger and have permission to enter here first ? But where should I ask permission ?” he said back and walked around and looked around.

Meanwhile Rheva ran deep inside and did not care about Dirga. His current thoughts were only on his parents. He misses them and wants to know how they are doing. But there's something weird there. He saw that the houses he passed by looked lonely, but he thought that many residents were inside. So he kept running towards his house.

“Shelf...” The girl opened her house and found her house empty. He went inside and searched the other room, but there was none. His premonition was not good and he immediately went out to the other house.

“Shelf...” back the girl opened the door of the house next to her house which turned out to be also empty. He went back in and opened the door of the house which turned out to be empty.

He ran forward to the street he had been passing and found all the houses there empty after he opened.

“Tidaaak...” cried hysterically and then came out of the house and staggered. Dirga who heard Rheva's scream immediately ran in search of the girl. He saw the girl sitting in the middle of the street.

“What's up... What happened to you ?” he panicked while helping the girl stand up. He thought something was attacking the girl but there was nothing there just the two of them.

“What's up...?”ask again. But the girl did not answer. Suddenly he hugged Dirga while shedding tears. Dirga who did not know what was really going on got even more confused when he felt a tear drop drenching his shoulder.

“Pacify yourself... calm down.. I don't know what happened. But tell me slowly so that I understand..” he said calming the girl. A few moments later the girl calmed down. He wanted to tell a story but not a word could come out of his mouth because he was back in tears. He then pulled Dirga's hand and invited her into his house.

“So this is your home ?” his question, who saw the girl, replied with a nod. Actually he did not know what place this snow valley was but the even more important thing at the moment was to calm the girl who still looked sad without him knowing why.

The girl sat on a chair near the table while Dirga stood nearby.

“You can tell me now.. let's tell me.” he said walking closer.

“Hah... hah.. I don't know where to start.” he replied when he was calm and so confused to start the story.

“Tell me.. Tell me what's on your mind. No need to be systematic, I will still be able to catch.”

“Ya... This is ighist's hometown. Where we have lived all this time. Because of one thing we often move around even though later it will come back here again..” the girl tells all the events that happened to Dirga are not sequential because her emotions are still chaotic. But Dirga can still capture the core of the story.

There are still questions and block the mind of Dirga. Why are they nomadic and what exactly is it that makes them so often move around ?

“Ah... I hope your family is well and all the inhabitants of this snow valley are safe somewhere. It's possible that your family left a clue for you.” her reply calmed the girl down.

Rheva who had just awakened and opened her mind from her timelessness and sadness now began to ponder and think for a moment.

“Dad and mom usually write a message for me if they leave this place.” he muttered and then got up from his seat. He headed to the closet in the corner of the room and opened one by one his drawer looking for something. Dirga who was confused again, approached the girl.

“What are you looking for, maybe I can help you ?” pat the girl on the shoulder, who then turned.

“Surat..” the answer is short. He went back to look for her and emptied all the drawers in the closet looking for her. Dirga helped find her and she asked Rheva to look for her elsewhere.

They searched for an hour, but they did not produce results. They sat down on a chair near the table to rest for a while. Dirga accidentally nudged an ink on the table and almost dropped it. He put the ink back into the middle of the table. There's a peacock feather in there and blank paper. On a whim, he picked it up and tried to write using a pen from goose feathers that he had never tried.

A strange thing happened as he dipped the peacock feather pen into the ink and scratched on the blank sheet of paper he was holding. He had not yet written a word suddenly appeared.
