Eps. 28 Moving Public Schools

A year has passed, Dirga grew older with age. He is currently 7 years old. At that age he went to the next class. Due to her achievements in school with better grades than her classmates, the teachers at the special school suggested that Dirga move to a public school.

One of Dirga's guidance teachers advised Elsa to immediately look for inclusion schools, namely public schools that accept students from special schools.

Elsa welcomes with pleasure the day of advice from Bu Lutfi, Dirga's tutor. He immediately searched for information on which schools were listed as inclusion schools in his neighborhood.

He got the information and checked to the location after getting information about inclusion schools. He was looking for a school close to home.

Elsa also discussed with Hadwan the plan to transfer Dirga to public school. He explained that if the child continues to be in a special school, then he will not experience significant development. Because if you continue to gather with autistic children or other special children, Dirga will experience setbacks. Whereas if he joins other normal children, then a little more he will learn to speak normally and act normally.

“Yes okay, move Dirga to public school. But remember not to force him to be like most normal children if he is not able to. I don't want our child to turn into another child.” approved the proposal from Elsa after a long discussion.

“Thank you dear, I will definitely not press or force Dirga in every way.” got up from sitting because he saw Luna who almost fell out of bed and immediately put a pillow as a barrier on the right and left of Luna's body.

A few days later it was time for school registration to open. In the morning, Elsa immediately invites Dirga to the nearest inclusion school to apply, after which she has a work permit for one full day.

“Mama... kok school is different from the usual school, we go to which school ?” asked Elsa while looking around.

We saw a different school building. He also saw that the children who attended school there looked normal, unlike his friends in his old school.

“So it's time to go to class, and the class Mama find is close to home only. Friends here a lot, later you can play with them.” pause to explain to Dirga.

“But Ma, Dirga wants to go back to old school only. I'm scared here, Dirga is scared.” sees a boy passing by while smiling strangely.

Dirga saw the smile of the stranger was the same as the smile of the neighbors at home, which he thought was a smile of ridicule for him. He was afraid that if he became friends with them, he would only get bully-an.

Elsa sees Dirga scared when there is a child smiling at her, and she assures that not all children are as she thinks.

“It's okay Son.. later you will get used to it. Don't be afraid, Mama will send a message to your class teacher to take care of you. No one will dare to disturb you.” explained in language that is easily understood by children his age while rubbing his head.

Dirga who was initially hesitant and afraid, finally returned to calm after hearing the explanation from Elsa. They finally headed to the new student registration house.

Elsa submits the registration file to the admissions administrative officer of the new student. He had to wait, because he was in line. Many people apply to this school. Not only from children from the local area who register there, but from neighboring villages as well.

While waiting for the queue, Dirga stood next to his mother. The atmosphere of the registration of the core times was really bustling. The school grounds, which are almost 500 square km, are full of people. Not only parents and prospective new students who come there, but many of them bring other children under school age to participate.

Dirga stood facing north. He saw several children playing in the crowd while waiting for their parents who were still signing up. Suddenly he saw a girl running in the crowd.

“buk..”

The little girl fell to a rock and loaded her knees bloody. He sat down while holding his slightly bleeding knee while crying.

Seeing that the day Dirga was moved to help him. He went from her side without saying goodbye to her and approached the little girl.

“You okay ? You okay, right?” crouch next to the little girl.

The little girl looked at Dirga still crying. He found it strange that Dirga's speech patterns were slightly different from most other children, but he did not know that the boy who approached him was an autistic child.

“Come there, I'll help treat you. Dirga will help heal your wounds.” help the little girl stand up, then hold her hand towards the west side of the school yard which is rather quiet.

“Sit down.. sit down, Dirga will help you.”

The little girl sat up straightening her legs and pointed at her sore knees. Dirga then crouched down near the little girl. He touched the leg at the bottom of the little girl's knee and then held it and began to drain the reiki energy.

The little girl looked at Dirga. He felt a warm stream moving towards his wound. He felt a wound that had been sore now felt not sore. He looked at his knees with his mouth open.

He saw the wound on his leg immediately dry as it was treated and did not bleed anymore. He looked at Dirga again and looked at her strangely. Who exactly is that boy ? Why he could heal his wounds so quickly, as he saw in the cartoon movies alone.

“Try now stand up, stand up is it still sore ?”

The girl stood up and felt her knee no longer hurt.

“Thank you... What are you doing, why are my legs healing so quickly ?” looking at Dirga with gratitude.

The little girl looks like she will get to know Dirga and have a chat. But he heard a call from Mother who looked confused looking for him.

“Agnes. I've been looking for you everywhere. I'm done registering you.” walked over to the little girl earlier.

Agnes left Dirga and approached her mother who finally took her walk to go home while continuing to look at Dirga until she came out of the school gate.

Elsa, who had just finished registering Dirga, was confused when she turned around and found her son was no longer on her side.
