Khairil: True Hope & Love

Khairil: True Hope & Love
Chapter 8 | Not Ready to Lose

...Minor injuries will feel so painful, when we see our loved ones lying weak because they think of us...

...----------------...

The heart rate is getting faster, when the car boarded by Ali, Aisyah and Khairil is stuck in the middle of traffic jam. Meanwhile, the car boarded by Azzam and Rashid is rumored to have reached the hospital where Jizah was treated.

"God, help us get to the hospital quickly." Lirih Aisyah closed her eyes

Ali held the steering wheel, several times honking the car horn so that the car in front of him advanced quickly. Thirty minutes later, they were finally able to get out of the traffic jam. Apparently, there has been a severe accident and the vehicles involved in the accident have not been removed from the traffic lane which resulted in the surrounding area being completely jammed.

Khairil who saw that instantly closed his eyes as if traumatized by what had happened to him.

Moments later, they had reached the hospital where Jizah was being treated. Azzam and Rashid were waiting for them.

"Why is it so long?" Ask Rashid

"Waalahi was on the street jammed so bang." Answer Ali

They walked a little quickly to the ICU. Khairil, limping he walked and with tears dripping by himself.

After arriving at the ICU room, Aisyah immediately hugged Naura. Zurran immediately ran to embrace Khairil.

"Umma bang, umma." Zurran

"Abang is negligent, Abang can not be careful and Abang has made Umma kayak gini, this is all wrong Brother." Said Khairil tightening his embrace

The two boys were crying. Anyway, now Jizah their only parents. God did not separate them from death. They are unable to feel the loss of parents who are very respected, loved and loved.

"How, has the doctor not yet come out from the inside?" Aisyah asked while wiping away her tears

"So the nurse came out to find another doctor." Naura answered, and that means Jizah is not doing well.

Khairil and Aisyah immediately sat down limp. They can only pray and hope that everything is okay.

A few minutes later, three doctors and a few nurses came out. Their faces looked very tired.

"How is Umma I doc?" Ask Khairil impatiently

"Alhamdulillah, the patient has passed his critical period. But, we still have to take care of him in the ICU room until things really get better." Said a male heart specialist

"Thank God, thank God." Gratitude from the lips of those who hear

Khairil and Zurran immediately bowed in gratitude for what God had given. This all happened by His will, by His permission. The duty of man is simply to be grateful and to receive what God has destined to do is a sign that God loves every servant so much.

"Can we see our Umma doc?" Ask Khairil

"Okay, thank you so much doctor." Naura

Now, Aisyah, Naura, Khairil and Zurran looked at each other. As if asking who among them would go inside to see Jizah. Shafiyyah, who was the most mature there understood that there was something she had to decide. She glanced at her husband and Aska who understood immediately nodded her head.

"Hhmm like this, from now on Ammah Jizah was very worried about Khairil and always called his name. How about Khairil and Zurran go inside first. And the rest, we just pray that soon Ammah Jizah transferred in the hospital room. So that we can encourage him." Said Shafiyyah carefully

"Yes, I think it's better that Khairil and Zurran meet Umma." Aisyah said approvingly and so did Naura who smiled then nodded her head

Finally, Khairil first entered the ICU room later after that Zurran.

...----------------...

Slowly Khairil walked closer to Jizah's bed. His body was fitted with several medical devices that Khairil did not understand. To be sure, those tools are very important to Jizah at this time.

"It is so painful and hurt, O Lord, to see the woman who has given birth to a servant in this world lying weak at the thought of a servant." Inner Khairil

Carefully he kissed the back of his mother's hand on the drip. The tears were allowed to flow on their own. Any man will cry if the queen of his heart is not okay.

"Umma, I'm sorry Khairil? Umma like this must be because of thinking too much about Khairil. Khairil cannot be a child who can boast of Umma and the late Abba. Khairil can only always make you worry. Umma? Khairil is not ready if he has to lose Umma at this time. Now Umma is getting better fast huh? look, Khairil is okay, Khairil is healthy and God willing is not lacking anything. Umma.. sorry." Khairil could no longer linger like this by crying. He did not want to disturb Jizah or the other patients who were there.

The woman he loves so much. She could faintly see that Jizah was smiling even with her eyes closed.

"Khairil dear Umma because of Allah. Don't leave Khairil? quickly back to healthy as ever. Khairil stay first, huh Umma? soon Zurran turns who will enter." Khairil said and before leaving Jizah, he kissed again the forehead and the back of the woman's hand.

After Khairil came out, Zurran went inside. Several times he had tears, but he could not stop it perfectly.

With slightly muffled and quivering lips, "Umma.." hugged him carefully the woman who had given birth to him.

Zurran remembered very well, the late Mufid had told him that the presence of Zurran had not been desired by Jizah. But it did not make Zurran hate his Umma, but he was more in love with her. Jizah's gentle and affectionate attitude and rarely angry with her children, made Zurran convinced that in this world the best woman in her life was her mother.

"Umma is improving fast huh? Do'a Zurran will always be there for Umma. Like the Ridho Umma that is always there for Zurran. Zurran loved Umma. Do not leave Zurran now, if Abba had waited for Umma in his heaven? if it's the same Abba, just be patient for a minute." Zurran spilled all his tears. He was a boy who was so spoiled with Jizah. Its almost similar nature to Mufid had made Khairil envious. But thanks to Jizah, she tried to make it possible for all her children to be equal, without distinction.

Anyone in this world would not have been able to lose someone who is loved so much.

It is enough, to lose half a soul, not to be eliminated both.

Believe, soul mate, sustenance, death Allah has best ordained. No matter what God gives, it is a blessing to be grateful for.

...“Indeed, after the difficulty there is ease."...
