Alvaro who saw the pale face of Inara, of course, immediately could not bear, saw Inara's mouth wet with vomit and then immediately made Alvaro rub it with his hands which of course made Inara surprised by it.

"Don't do it, it's dirty mas." said Inara trying to hold Alvaro's hand.

"Can you wake up?" alvaro asked later while still trying to wipe Inara's sweat.
