The typical tense situation of the operating room is so felt in the room. The sound of Inara's heartbeat coming from an Electrocardiogram device was heard echoing the process of delivering their first baby.

It's been almost 15 minutes since Alvaro heard the sound of a baby crying from inside the operating room. Strangely, there was no sign of the doctor coming out of there and telling him the results. Alvaro looked back and forth with an agitated look on his face, making Kikan who chose to stay as he appeared to move his feet closer to where Alvaro was.
"Sit down for a while and calm yourself, believe me if Inara is able to get through this." said Kikan in a soft tone made Alvaro immediately turned to the source of the voice.

"How's my wife doing Doc?" alvaro said with a full face to worry.
"The delivery process went smoothly, it's just that there was a cardiac arrest right when the operation took place, lucky we can bring it back. At the moment his condition is still unstable, I will move the patient to the ICU room for a while, after which he realizes we will monitor his development again." the doctor was followed by several nurses who appeared to push the gurney of Inara's patient.
The pale face is clearly visible there, especially with some tools attached to Inara's body, making Alvaro so unbearable to see the state of Inara at that time.
