During his time as a checkin counter officer he also befriended the ticketing officer and manifest officer (officer who regulates the data of the flight load list or flight manifest is a list of passengers (or parcels in cargo flights) and crew aircraft collected prior to departure based on flight check-in information. The list is strictly guarded to protect the privacy of passengers).
And from his friends he learned about everything he did not understand including the working system of ticketing, how to book passenger tickets, read the history in passenger tickets, etc.
In this company too many superiors, it confuses me.

Because the room at the airport was limited, we finally had to share space. In front of my desk is a work desk of Mr. Dani and next to him again is a work desk of Mr. Evan while right next to me is a desk of document staff (Lili), (Lili) , this room is not too big there are only four work tables, guest couches, tables, dispensers, lockers, cabinets that contain piles of documents.
For the manifest staff itself there are eight people and the document staff there are 8 people, we are formed in working groups and use day shift and afternoon shift/working hours/the night that each group hour has 12 hours of work and the work system is different from bank employees or companies where we work do not know the red date or other holidays.
In my place of work the employee holiday system is four working days two days off, where the first day and the second day we usually work from 4 am at dawn and go home at 4 pm, where the first day is usually, while the 3rd and 4th day we work at 3 pm and go home at 3 dawn and so on. Well that's the risk of working in the International Airport category because the Airport will be open 24 hours.
