I FELL IN LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

I FELL IN LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT
Episode 11

The sound of the cock crowing faintly thrust into Faye's dream, slowly opening her eyes to welcome the dewy morning air. Faye covered her evaporating mouth with a hand. One month had the girl's sleeping hours reduced because the time had gone to meet Eugene. At first Faye felt the weight on her body, but eventually she was able to adjust to the fewer hours of sleep. Even Faye felt able not to sleep all day if Eugene did not forbid his stupidity.

The morning shower restores all of Faye's freshness and strength. While kicking the girl began to be busy in the kitchen to prepare breakfast. The somewhat noisy voice he made woke up Vortes who had slept for quite a while due to fatigue forging a weapon ordered by one of the royal family members. Faye immediately approached her father who staggered out of the room.

"Good morning, Dad." The cheek of the man.

"Oh, how about on the other cheek? It doesn't feel good to be active all day with heavy cheeks."

Faye turned the eyeball and then added one more kiss on the other cheek. Vortes chuckles at having successfully teased his beloved daughter.

"You're cooking again?" The mature Fyriel asked as she tidied up her messy hair.

"Yes, I have to practice what Clarina taught me, Dad. I'm sorry that you've been distracted lately." Faye stuck out her tongue with a guilty face.

"Feel you better, honey. I think you're ready to be a wife."

"Dad!!" Vortes chuckled again, then disappeared behind the bathroom door. Faye fell silent in the kitchen, staring at the soup she was cooking in a pot while holding her stirrer in hand. Countless times have her father talked about her love life. That's natural, because Faye has entered the age of enough to feel the experience of love and Vortes as his father and the only parents think about and want the best for his only daughter.

I'm in love, Dad. But....

What if you find out that the young man I love is a devoile....?

I love him, Father.., Eugene the prince of darkness. It's insanity. I didn't even get a single piece of literature mentioning the romance between fyriel and devoile, two nations so opposed. Only me and Eugene make this kind of history.

Light and darkness. Can we unite?

Faye already knew in her heart that her relationship with Eugene had no clear future. He knows that this relationship will not run smoothly like other couples. He knew that this relationship was a mistake, both in the eyes of his people and the devoile nation. But each time he looked into those red eyes, touching the darkness, as if giving him new hope and a strong belief that everything would go well. Even though Faye had not been able to see what awaited her in front, but when she was with Eugene the fyriel felt strong enough to face anything, making her defend against the current that infrequently flooded her heart.

Tok tok!

The knock on the door shocked Faye. At first the girl thought Kyrion was coming, but the way she knocked just now sounded different. If it was Kyrion, there would be a slight pause between the first and second beats.

Who's this early besides Kyrion? Faye immediately put down her soup stirrer and approached the front door with many question marks swimming in her head. A girl with a pair of clear blue eyes stood in front of the door when Faye opened it.

"Clarina?"

"Hi, Faye." A smile on Clarina's lips. "May I have breakfast at your house?"

Faye gawked for a while before replying, "O-oh, of course."

"Alright, I'll drop the gun to the palace." Vortes moved while stroking the stomach that was full. "Enjoy the time of you both."

It felt like Faye could cry happily seeing her father's departure this morning, more precisely seeing her father finally departing as well.

Faye cleared her throat of the sweet taste of the milk she had just gulped.

"So, Clarina.." He pushed her, "what is the real purpose of your arrival?"

"Don't I tell you? I want to have breakfast at your house, Faye," replied Clarina without a strange taste. "May I have one more bowl of soup?"

Sodorant bowl from Clarina only makes Faye's eyebrows furrowed in wonder. It wasn't about the soup, but he felt there was something strange about his best friend's behavior this morning. With a sigh Faye immediately presented another bowl of soup before the pink-haired fyriel.

"Tell me..," said Faye softly.

Clarina stopped blowing a spoonful of soup she was about to devour. "You've always had a much more delicious breakfast than this, Clarina. Come on, is anyone bothering you?"

A spoonful of corn soup went into Clarina's mouth. "You came here to tell me something, didn't you?"

Clarina gave her corn soup a sip, held it longer in her mouth and then swallowed it slowly.

One breath of the girl faltered afterwards. Faye was shocked when she saw the clear hairs suddenly falling from both corners of Clarina's blue eyes, drenching the fyriel's reddish cheeks. A few drops slid on the chin and fell into Clarina's soup bowl.

"Kyrion..."

It was as if a spear had stuck in the chest when Faye heard the name spoken from Clarina's lips that were flooded with tears. Her body just moved, getting out of the chair and slowly hugging Clarina who was crying a mouthful. Faye's lips were unable to move in the slightest, unable to ask about what was really going on.

"Why are you crying...? Doesn't Kyrion have the right not to return my feelings?" Clarina raised her face.

"If I had known this pain, maybe I wouldn't have dared to expect much from the beginning...."

Jemari Faye stroked Clarina's hair which then buried her face on her shoulders.

"I can't eat at home. Can't sleep... Can't water the flowers like you normally would..." Clarina tried to speak amidst her cries.

"I can't do anything because I can still see Kyrion nearby. Every time I see her, it hurts..."

Staring at Clarina's face made Faye's chest feel tight. Bemoan. Her own tears seemed urgent to come out, but she was detained. All he could do was clasp Clarina's hand tightly with her trembling hand. And let time dry the tears of those two beautiful blue eyes.
